I just recently purchased my first item from Bargain Find Shop. I usually stick to familiar sites but this was the only site I could find the item I needed at a price I could afford. Anytime I purchase from an unfamiliar website I am a little worried of what could come of it, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I received an email within minutes of placing my order to guide me through the steps of finalizing the order and payment process. But it didnt stop there, I continued to received e-mail communication until my order was shipped and delivered. The e-mails were not just auto-generated, they were personalized. There was an actual live person checking on my order status for me and communicating that status to me. This personalize service was just awesome! I placed my order for a Christmas gift and it arrived with plenty of time to spare. The customer service was impeccable and the on-time performance was better than expected. Thank you Thomas and Bargain Find Shop; my son is going to be very happy for Christmas.
