Everything started great. Sales rep was quick to return quotes and very friendly. They were over 10% cheaper than my original supplier. After calling to place my order, I realized there was an issue. They underbid my job by nearly 20% and wouldn’t honor the original quote. They left off charges from the original quote which seems like it was done purposefully. At the very least, it’s negligent and sloppy work. At this point, I had to backtrack to my original supplier. This caused extreme frustration and a delay in my job. I’d recommend saving yourself the hassle and finding a different company.
I had high hopes when I first walked into the business and immediately saw what I wanted. After coming back with my wife and deciding on what we wanted we put 50% down and got a template date and installation date. The contract we signed said they will call us the day before our installation date to confirm everything, well I had to call them only to be told there would be a two delay. No big deal, I know it happens but it would have been nice if they called me. Flash forward two weeks and I have to call them again for an update and they inform me it will be another three weeks. This is getting ridiculous now with their lack of communication. Installation date finally arrives and all seems to be going smoothly but they forgot two pieces of backsplash. Two days go by and I had to reach out to them (AGAIN) telephonically to which no response so I go in and they had no idea that I was missing these pieces. Does the installer not communicate with their office? Of course not. I understand that things happen beyond our control but it is up to the business to communicate with their customers when this happens, not the other way around. Go elsewhere for your business. There are enough of them in Clarksville and the surrounding areas.
I have provided pictures and security video of our damaged front yard grass that your granite installers did when they decided to drive their truck through the middle of my front yard. They never notified me nor asked permission to do so. Also, I provided 1 video showing the dropping of our granite at our door entry which resulted in damage to our front door threshold. It was during this review of video that I noticed the truck parked in my grass by the front porch (the man ran to the truck to get something to lift the granite-not sure why he was carrying it bare-handed to begin with). We would like some type of reimbursement for the damage. The deep tire tracks begin at the road and come straight up the middle of our yard to our front porch. The distance is maybe a 150 feet. It will take topsoil and grass seed to repair and possibly some type of excavation. The front door threshold will require new wood and a threshold plus the labor to repair. Despite multiple attempts for resolution by speaking to the sales associate and the manager who initially contacted me after my complaint, we have had zero contact since I forwarded the pictures and video. The granite is beautiful but the lack of professionalism and respect for personal property by the installation crew coupled with a lack of MC Granite’s accountability for the crews they hire is very disappointing. We would not recommend.
My family and I bought a home and realized the kitchen was in much disrepair. The sink and faucet were terrible, and the countertops were worse! They were not connected to the cabinetry very well and were wobbly, they were stained with crud on them; just very unattractive and gross. We have always wanted granite countertops, so we looked at the different styles MC Granite had on their website and selected one. The woman who answered the phone and set everything up for us was very professional, friendly, and an overall delight to work with! Everything got set up in no time, the team came in to measure the following week to ensure everything fit, and came in about a week later and installed the new counters and sink. Everybody was polite, friendly, professional, and great to meet. We absolutely love how our kitchen looks now!**One quick note** They dont do anything with plumbing, so you need to disconnect all things plumbing beforehand. The sink does NOT come with drains, so you need to have some ready to install or have a plumber on hand to take care of it. Even then, having new and beautiful countertops is worth it!
My Kitchen remodel finally finished and I couldnt be happier thanks to Ms. Bechet and her team. Their wonderful service helped me find a great set for a reasonable price. I can certainly recommend them to help spruce up your kitchen with their high quality granite.
They have excellent customer service and the best prices you can find in this town. I am very happy with the work they did. I would definitely go back.
