For my entire life I have enjoyed zestoes as I’ve gotten older I have developed an intolerance to milk products. So I can’t enjoy ice cream anymore. Twice this season I risked how I would (be out of sorts) the following day and ate my favorite hot fudge Sunday. Both times to my disappointment there wasn’t Evan a teaspoon of fudge ruining my expected pleasure. Not worth taking that risk anymore. SAD.

Great place for you to get that tasty summer cool down treat that your craving. It was my first time going there and I was very satisfied with my experience. Even on a rainy night the drive thru was full but they were cranking out the food. The wait was long at all. Great place to take your kids or grandkids to.

Live nearby and visit this location often. The past two times I visited, the walk-up windows were closed, and the staff were not friendly about serving walk-up customers in the drive through. No one *wants* to walk through the drive through, but if you didnt bring a car, what are you supposed to do? Also, because you have to walk up to the window to read the sign saying its closed, people were getting out of their cars, walking up to the window, and then harassing the staff for not serving them through the walk-up windows. Ostensibly, this is because of a staff shortage. But theres no explanation given on the sign. Management needs to do a better job of handling the walk-up window situation.

I have never had such great CONSISTENT customer service from an ice creamery. They are always quick friendly and eager to serve you with a smile. The product taste great too. My personal favorite is the peanut butter pretzel yogurt, its absolutely to die for. They will continue to get my business when my sweet tooth acts up.

As hot as it’s been grateful to have a kool treat. However with all that is going on Please serve ice cream cones with gloves on or better yet a napkin around the cone. Thankx

I have loved Zesto since I was a child. Im always happy when they open up in the Spring. So are my grandchildren and my dog. Im 70 years old and when I was a child there was a Zesto on Eastern Blvd in Clarksville, IN. The Doctor who I and many other people went to (we only had a few doctors back then), would give us a coupon for an ice cream cone from Zesto if we had to get a shot. I never forgot that and now I have a grandson living with me and its our thing to go to Zesto after we go to the grocery. Or sometimes we just want Zesto, so we get in the car and go.

Milk shake was too watery and warm right from the start, however the banana split was awesome

Ice cream is fine. Staff doesn’t wear gloves when handling cones.

I only go through the drive-thru in my blue minivan. Once I get my milkshake or malted, I am blue no more, lol. Truly delicious shakes and ice cream and the friendliest workers in the business. Thank you Zesto.

🙄 ice cream was good! They charge 1.50 for a Kroger bottle of water.... Bbq pulled pork had big chunks of meat, not a big fan....

I love this place I always get a frappe from them and its coffee and its amazing but the shakes are also good and so are The banana splits and everything else they serve they have homemade freshly made ice creams of different varieties

My boyfriend and I love zestos we actually pay a visit at least once a week. The staff have always been very pleasant and friendly...the lines are usually quite long but its well worth the wait.

I love pretty much everything about Zesto. I loved going there when they were a little walk up ice cream parlor located a block down. I love the chili cheese dogs so much that 18 yrs ago in Mar. When I was in labor with my son & on my way to Clark Memorial Hospital, I made them stop at the Lewis & Clark location and get me a chili cheese dog to eat on the way. ☺️

They cannot get a order right

I absolutely love Zestos and so does my wife. The value is better than DQ or any other place and the amount of toppings/mix-ins is really good. My wife and I frequent this place and tonight we were very disappointed. Our kids had just ran out to get some and when they came in the house and I saw the Zestos cups I immediately looked at my wife and said you know what I want..... and then I had to follow up and say no I mean ice cream. So we headed right out the door only arriving about 5 minutes after our kids came back and when we drove up they were closed. The sign was off and we could see people sweeping. But they werent taking orders. It was 9:48 p.m. when we drove up. Im confused, did they close at 9:40? Thats the reason for the 3 stars 🌟. If you say youre open until 10, be open until 10. If they can get this fixed and maybe retrain staff not to close early that would be great. I really hope they do as I like my late night ice cream fix and Im sure the people in the car behind us were disappointed as well.

Perfect ice cream shop. They have a good variety of everything. Enjoy going because its not only delicious, but the prices are really good. I was there the day they closed for the winter and there for the beginning of this season.

Great ice cream

Best ice cream in Southern Indiana, and I have tried a lot of places. Their buckeye hand dip ice cream is incredible. If you get a vortex, you can get it with any hand dip for an up charge, so the variety you can come up with is endless. My wife loves the banana split (again try it with hand dip) and their in-house made waffle cones are really delicious.

I’ve been going to zesto since i was about 4 now and every time i go it has incredible ice cream and service. highly recommended

We go once a week in summer. I like icecream sandwiches and shakes. My wife likes going here. Order at windows and eat outside. More shade would be great.

I know that Zesto and Chillers are under the same ownership. However, whenever my husband and I get a milkshake from Chillers it is not as good as the ones we get from Zesto (Clarksville and New Albany, IN). We live 1 mile from the Jeffersonville Chillers and will travel 9 -12 miles for Zesto. Employees make sure they make the order up perfectly.

I got a banana split with hand dipped ice cream and to my surprise it was the worst tasting banana split I think Ive ever had . The ice cream didnt taste good at all the chocolate was real dark and cant find the words to describe the taste the vanilla was edible but the pineapple topping had alot of hard pieces in it and the strawberry ice cream was awful never again plus it cost almost 6 bucks
