Delivery was beyond horrible!!!! The delivery crew as well as the store was rude and did not care about the customer at all! Was told they would remove old mattresses and either take them or move to another room, but when they arrived with order they said “We don’t move any mattresses!” Called the store and they were rude and didn’t care to hear or help! Young punk delivery boy stated we don’t just move your furniture for free! You have to pay for it ! I informed that I spoke and set up delivery with Eva and she stated to me and my husband that that was included with the delivery fee. They called me a liar by stating she knows we don’t move furniture and wouldn’t tell you that. They literally said they had to hurry and just do it and didn’t even explain how to use or set up! Said I’d have to read as they are only concerned about meeting times…. Throwing it in your house and leaving as they already have your money! Store only wanted to take off the $69 delivery fee after my husband went down to the store and confronted them face to face. If wouldn’t have already had to wait for 2 months to get supposedly because of Covid we would have taken it all back!

Denver Mattress has great options to choose from and prices are reasonable for the quality. Eva is AMAZING! Great customer service! She helped us find the right mattress for two very different sleepers. We’ll be back….in 7 years! 😉

My experience with Denver mattress was very pleasant. Due to supply problems as EVERYWHERE we did have to wait but after 5 years prior when we bought our soft side watered we knew it would be worth it. We tried the cheaper memory foam mattresses and were replacing them every year and half so their mattresses have actually saved us money in the long run

I find that service was pleasant experience. Manager was well informed. Should have two people in department to avoid customers leaving due to no service. One manger can not work with two separate people and give them attentive service. Not managers fault but companies. Waiting three weeks for a mattress is absurd. Should maintain in stock two for each out on floor to give availability. If you don’t have storage, get some. That is all!!’ I will let you know how I like the mattress when I get it!!!!

My husband and I went to shop for a new mattress on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised that we enjoyed the experience. The general manager of the store, Eva Nemeth, was very personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. She spent a good amount of time educating us, sizing us, and having us tryout many mattresses to find one that suited both my husband and I . First impression not impressed coming to this location, never been to furniture row it’s a pretty large furniture store with many sales associates. Not a single person said hello and I had to walk around to find someone to help me. I even called 8 minutes prior to coming to the store and talked to an associate about purchasing a purple pillow. I said I will be there in a few minutes to buy it. Eventually made eye contact with someone who I had to ask them if they work here. Only will acknowledge you if you’re making a big purchase is the impression I got.

Checked out several stores,. When I went to Denver Mattress, I was greeted by Eva Nemeth, she ask what I was looking for, I told her. She took me over showed me what they had. Then brought out a pillow with a protective cover and had me lay down and try the feel of the mattress. She was not pushy and knew a lot about the product. I narrowed down to 2. Then ask about warranty and all. I left said I would let her know about what I would or wouldn’t purchase. Called her next day, made the purchase. I strong recommend her and the store.

We were happy from the time we went and the store we were not pressured, we were shown exactly what we were looking for. CaseyWallbaum Was our salesman and we really liked him a lot. The only thing I really was disappointed with is the fact that we do have to wait for a month for our mattress to be delivered but I understand that things are different now so it did not keep us from buying the mattress from him we actually bought 2 mattresses, one for each of our 2 bedrooms. I wish I could remember the woman who helped me (maybe Eva) but my experience was very good. I was approached soon, didn’t feel pressured, the sales woman was very nice, had good suggestions, seem to know her products and everything was clear, upfront and concise. The process was fast and I got a really nice mattress for less than I expected to pay. The spectrum of mattresses was very good too. Price ranges from inexpensive to very high end and luxury as well as sizes I didn’t know existed. The only question she couldn’t answer was why a California king was called a California king 😆. I was going to shop at another mattress store, for I was just shopping for furniture at the store next door, but I liked the selection and prices and just had an overall pleasant experience so I decided that earned my business.
