I talked to Dalton over the phone before I came in here. I came in and had a experience I couldn’t even believe the service I got. Dalton was absolutely great. I came in with a price and he set me up with a perfect mattress and even gave me the mattress protector for free! He explained everything in depth on all of the beds. I would recommend anyone in town to come here, do not waste your time with other stores.

I went in with my mother in law to purchase new mattresses in late June 2021 for a move to this area. Sonia helped us and we had a lovely personal conversation with her that created a special kind of bond as well as awesome customer assistance. We left the store that day we what we came for plus a new friend.In august, after moving to this area, I unexpectedly had to purchase a new box spring and Sonia again helped out and was very pleasant and helpful. Sonia was very helpful! She asked me questions about my sleeping style and helped me narrow down what type of mattress would fit my sleeping needs. I came into the store thinking I wanted a hybrid, but after testing some of the other mattresses Sonia helped me consider other types of mattresses. Also, Ive been shopping around at different stores and Sleep Outfitters is the ONLY store that has a protective cover for you to use on the pillow and the mattresses as you try them out. There are also masks and hand sanitizer at the door. Overall I had a great experience at this store and would definitely recommend this store!

My wife and I just moved to town and we’re searching for a new bed. We happened to be driving by and decided to stop in. We are sure glad we did. We were immediately greeted by the manager Stacie. She showed us all of their options and helped us find the best option for us. Then it came to the scary part for us, the pricing. Stacie was wonderful when it came to helping us get the best deal available which ended up saving us more money than I care to admit. We ended up not buying one that day because we still had not had a found a house and were still staying in a hotel. Once we found a place, we immediately came back and was greeted by Sonya (?) (I believe that’s how it’s spelt). Anyways, she was terrific as well. We told her we had talked with Stacie and knew what we wanted. She called Stacie to verify all the pricing and options and ended up saving us even more! Being military might have helped as well. Two days later the box truck showed up at our doorstep and we haven’t had one regret since then. We couldn’t be happier with this business.I just want to say I’m not one to go and write reviews but the quality of this place far exceeded any and all expectations. Think I’m full of it? Ive been waiting to post our review until after our mattress was delivered because our experience was so easy and wonderful that I just KNEW something would go terribly wrong with the delivery - and it didnt. The whole dang process was perfect and painless! Last month I decided that Id had enough of my old, saggy mattress. My husband gave me his blessing to test out and order a new one. My family had used Sleep Outfitters before, so I knew I wanted to go there first. As soon as I walked in, Sonja greeted me with a welcome smile and asked how she could help. I told her that we had been needing a new mattress for a while. I simply shared that my husband was a back sleeper and totally against memory foam, that I was a stomach and side sleeper and loved memory foam, and that we were HOT sleepers. She suggested a hybrid mattress - what I would soon learn to be the absolute BEST of both worlds! Sonja was helping another couple at the time, so she introduced me to the new hire - JP Marsh! JP and I roamed the showroom floor, seamlessly chatting and trying out different mattresses until I landed on two Sealy mattresses that I LOVED. Because Im no expert on mattresses, I asked his opinion of the two. He told me that he actually had one of the two that I was choosing between! Coincidence? I think not! I quizzed him about the quality of his sleep, and confidently chose our bed. After Sonjas previous customers left, she came to join us. I learned that she, too, had the same bed. I quizzed her about it, asked her advice on sizing (Cal King or King), and if her and her husband were hot or cold sleepers (because my hubby and I sleep with every fan on, the temperature on LOW, and still manage to wake up some nights drenched like weve ran a mid-summer marathon). Both JP and Sonja gave me honest answers that have proven to be true since sleeping on the bed! We chose to finance part of our mattress/box spring set. I thought this would be a MISERABLE process, but we set up a 12-month payment plan (interest free, I might add) and had all of the paperwork wrapped up in no time! I was JPs first finance customer and have had zero problems with the finance agency, all of my information was correct, and my bills are delivered to the proper address - way to go, JP! Because we live in the boondocks of Kentucky (right across the TN line), the delivery crew from Alabama only makes it our way once a month. That may be a deal breaker for some, but we were happy to wait and werent billed until the mattress was delivered safely into our home. We got a call the day before our mattress arrived, and another call on the day-of when the crew was roughly 30 minutes out. They had the new mattress, box springs, and frame moved in within a matter of 10 minutes TOPS. We also paid a few extra bucks when we bought the mattress to have our existing one removed - best $20 youll ever spend! The delivery crew was kind, professional, and swift! Overall, our experience with Sleep Outfitters was unbelievable and we will definitely be returning!Side note: We told my parents about our experience with Sleep Outfitters and they ended up buying a bed from them the following week. Their experience was just as good as ours! If youre in the market for a mattress, GO HERE!

Went into store to shop for a better mattress. My back has been hurting and I have been needing a new bed. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the beds. He asked me questions to get to know what I needed and helped me choose a bed that fit me. He was very accommodating helping me with my budget and I ended up leaving having purchased an awesome bed I didnt think I was going to be able to afford. I must first admit that walking into the store was rather intimidating as I am a complete novice when it comes to mattresses. However, Matthew asked me just a few general questions and was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted within the first few minutes of my arrival. He spent a substantial amount of time explaining the pros and cons of every mattress, common feedback from other customers (which I REALLY appreciated) and price differences in each. He was professional yet personable enough that I felt at ease discussing my back issues with him and trusting his suggestions. I would definitely recommend seeing Matthew if you are like me and want a salesperson who actually has your best interests at heart instead of pushing you to spend an exorbitant amount just so they can benefit from the commission.

While I did not ultimately purchase a mattress here, this Sleep Outfitters is certainly a positive experience. Location is perhaps not the best, in the thick of the tangled mess that is Wilma Rudolph Boulevard by I-24, with one way in and out. Mattress shopping can be confusing on the best day, but this store was not particularly so. Space on the smallish side and dominated by or focused toward Tempurpedic, which was not the direction I wanted to go but definitely a great option. Choices are somewhat limited, but appropriately so, and they tend to skew to pricier offerings. If controlling, as mattress salespeople seem on par, this salesperson was very pleasant. Would visit again when Im in the market for a new mattress, and I would recommend you do so, too.

Had just moved to the area and needed a mattress. I googled several mattress stores in the area and noticed this one was having a Memorial Day sale. Me being the thrift shopper I am decided to make this be my first stop. Walked in and was greeted by a warm and friendly face. She answered any questions I had and even helped me switch out some of the mattress that were on display so I could see how they felt before I decided which one I might want. After finally deciding on one we set up a delivery time (which deliverly was free) and to my surprise it could be done the very next day. I was very excited about this after sleeping on and air mattress for almost 2 weeks. I also like the fact that their mattress can be exchanged with the purchase of a mattress cover. So for any reason within 120 days if I dont like what I chose I can switch it out! If I am ever in need of a mattress or know someone that is in need of one I would defiantly suggest this place.

Four stars because they had to order my mattress, when no one called to schedule delivery, I found out they failed to order. Next town over had it in stock, went and got it, and they reimbursed me some for my trouble. Stuff happens but they did what they could to make it right.

We chose the Clarksville location that was closest to our home. When we went in we were greeted by Carrie. She was very friendly and greeted us with a smile, she took her time and explained in detail all the differences on various beds. She made the experience very comfortable and pleasant. She never pressured us to chose a more expensive bed over another and answered all our questions in detail and never made us feel rushed. She took her time and ask what we were looking for and learned what we needed to have a good nights sleep. After probably an hour (we liked several) we found the one that was for us. We wrapped up the sale and set up the delivery. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a bed go see Carrie at Sleep Outfitters.

Went to sleep outfitters today to look around and get an idea of what I wanted in a mattresss. Matt and Carrie were very knowledgeable on all their products and got me set up with a Sealy Optimum mattress for a lot less than anywhere else. I highly recommend them if you are in the mattress market!

My wife and I were shopping for a mattress and happen to stop in to see what was available. We were greeted by Sonia who asked us how she could help. We told her that we were interested in 2 Twin Xtra long mattresses because we have an adjustable king size bed with 2 twin XL mattresses and we also told her that we both have different preferences when it comes to the the comfort of a mattress. Sonia did a survey on my wife and I to get an idea of the types of mattresses we both preferred. Upon completing the survey, another associate joined Sonia and they split my wife and I up to help us find the mattress we were looking for. Of course we were showed the best mattresses in the store with the most expensive price tag but that did not bother us, that is what they are supposed to do. After showing us several mattresses, and I am not exaggerating when I say several and getting more associates involved, my wife and I found the ones that met our needs and pillows also. Throughout the process, we had questions and although the staff was VERY knowledgeable, the Vice President of the store happened to be in the store and he also got involved with us and helped along the way, a very nice and professional person. There is also a store in Hopkinsville and some of the employees work there also so no matter whether in Clarksville or Hopkinsville, if you need a mattress, visit their store

Worst return policy ever. Period. Informed at the store that I had 90 days to return the mattress if I didnt like it, 120 days to exchange the mattress for one of equal or less value, and was politely asked not to even think about doing either of these for at least 30 days (the time it takes to break in the bed). Well, I dont like the bed, I dont want the bed, and when I tried to return it there is nothing they can do because its been over 45 days. Im on day 60 as of today, 15 days over their policy and its just out of their hands. I would never buy from any sleep outfitters again! For a product that I will spend decades of my life using and had tried to invest in something that would benefit me for my long-term health, I have had a horrible experience. If I would have known about the Purple bed before I went to Sleep Outfitters I would be a much happier customer. Buy anywhere else, purple is backed by science and teaches you about sleep so I would start there. Let these people go out of business, they certainly dont care about you or your long-term health.

We were shopping for a mattress and this was the first store we went to. Matthew was friendly and showed us to ones in our price range.
