This is one of the worst experiences I have had trying to pick up a package, there where packages everywhere they had no idea what package they had or did not have despite being informed by ups that they had my package they had no idea if they did have it or did not have it. Not to mention the rude customer service they had a line to the door and weren’t helping a single customer they where to busy taking social calls to help customers I definitely made a report with ups about this experience!

Be warned UPS customers, they charge you for picking up a package from UPS here. Just have it sent for free anywhere else- the nearby UPS store, CVS... Not here. Shady scammers.

This is a place you definitely want to avoid! Unprofessional rude! They will stand at the front look and you and let you stand there why they play around.

Signs say that they are open until 7pm but on multiple occasions they are closed before 6pm!!!

I should have been using them instead of the post office since I moved to DE! They are so friendly and courteous, always pleasant. Not to mention its a one stop shop, you can fax, check your email to get your return package info, notary, make copies, receive & mail off your packages, P.O. box and all of that good stuff. And theyre open until 7pm.Thank you guys so much!

Their staff is courteous and polite. They help me a lot, almost with everything I need. I drop packages everyday and it is my happy time to talk to someone. Great work Global express. You should be so proud of such great team!

Friendly, quick and accurate. They also stock shipping supplies. Great place to drop off properly packed packages for shipping whether its for UPS, FedEx and DHL.
