I use this sallys as it is closest to me and has my hair coloring supplies. Stocked well, clean and friendly. But sometimes it is uncomfortable in the store, it is sooo quiet and the cashiers/employees sometimes follow you around and constantly ask if you need help. I appreciate them asking, but once is enough.

The young lady who helped me was awesome and very patient.

I went in yesterday and today, service was outstanding every time. I wish I couldve got the names of the two employees that helped me, they deserve a raise!

Outstanding service always

I called to ask the customer service person if an item was in store she checked and said no. I asked if another store may have it she says, Im not sure, not would you like for me to check for you...as to why i asked. Poor, lazy concern for the paying customer.

Well I ran in about an hour a go to get some supplies. I was the only person in there. I asked the lady where the item was. She said oh, that would be over here and proceeded to continue stocking. I was having difficulty finding the item and told her to have a great day. She said ok and I replied as I left I guess you dont have it which wasted my time. Lost the sale because she lacked customer care, unlike the store at 40/42.

I was recently at this store with my fiancé and as soon as we entered we were greeted unfriendly an rude by the blonde with piercings. As we stood at near the front of the store in the center of the aisle mind you looking at hair brushes an irons an wands the other associate was friendly then the blonde came An demanded I empty my pockets claiming I had stolen an wouldn’t leave us alone till I had done so.

Employees were very helpful, friendly and polite.
