I called this morning and the lady was very pleasant and scheduled me for service the same day. A couple hours later a young man who was very professional, efficient, and did clean work repaired my garage. I felt as though he went above and beyond his job. My garage is now fixed and works better than it did prior to it breaking down. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Entire process went extremely well. Prices were good and installers were very meticulous. Very pleased with the finished product. Would highly recommend.

David was a wonderful technician who came out and demoed on a Friday giving me time to rework the opening and header to make way for my larger door that he promptly put back on Monday. David and the other tech were friendly and answered all my questions. Craftsmanship was top notch and they tweaked and adjusted until they felt like the door was perfectly balanced and was operating smoothly.

Last October my husband and I replaced our front door and Doors Galore was amazing throughout the whole process! So amazing that we decided to get our new garage door from them too.They worked around our schedule and got us in as soon as possible. This is a really good company. When my back garage door broke where I have an antique tractor and other tools they came right out and fixed it for me. They were more than helpful and more than willing to work with me On getting new garage doors and did it in a timely fashion. The office staff and the installers were more than helpful you could not ask for a better company.

Awesome!! The bottom seal and channel had pulled out of my garage door. Ryan showed up on time and was very professional from the moment he stepped out of his truck. He quickly assessed my problem and gave me a price to get it fixed. After that he inquired if I had any other concerns or problems with my garage door. I told him the laser sensors needed fixed, but that would probably have to wait because I only really called because of the bottom issue of my garage door. Ryan said “ no problem, we can take care of that right now also.” He quickly looked at them and gave me a fair price to get them working. WOW 🤩. I asked then if by chance if he had any remotes for my garage opener? “YES”, Ryan told me and gave me a fair price on those also!! Ryan fixed my bottom door seal, laser sensors, got me 2 new universal remotes for my opener, and lubed all the working parts of the garage door. Let me tell you, the garage door did not function this well when it was new!! Now keep in mind that I only called to get the bottom seal fixed and if Ryan wouldn’t have asked if I had any other issues or concerns, I wouldn’t have any bothered with the other stuff right now and probably would have just scheduled to fix that stuff at another time. Oh and did I mention that he had everything I needed on the truck!! No, “sorry sir but we will have to order it and it will be 5-30 days before we get it in and reschedule another appointment.” Absolutely awesome 😎!! I can not say enough about Ryan at Doors Gallore!! I recently had a new storm door installed and I received excellent service. I am so happy with my new door.

We ordered a sliding patio door and it was installed on December 4th. After the door was installed and as I was paying the installers, the one tells me that it comes with a screen door but the one they had with them had a hole in it. He said someone will be out next week to put the screen door in. A month later still no screen door. I called and spoke with Laurie who was going to look into it and call me back. 4 days later I called back and Laurie said the screen door had to be ordered. Fast forward to February 18th, still no screen door and still no word from anyone about where it is so I called and spoke with Laurie again. She was going to speak with Rick to find out what’s going on. I feel Iike I’ve been scammed. I know it’s the middle of winter and I’m not going to be using a screen door right now but when you pay $2000 for a door, you want what comes with it. I wouldn’t recommend using this company because once you pay for the product, if you have issues good luck getting it taken care of. They got their money and apparently that’s all that matters.

I have been a customer of Doors Galore for 10 years and I always have fair prices and great service. I had my home up for sale and one of the inspectors that came ran into my garage door very hard and it needed replaced. I called them and told them my predicament of the house is sold and ready to close in the next few days. They were able to order the door and set my install up for the day the door arrived. They showed up promptly at 9am when scheduled and by noon they had the new door installed and looking beautiful. They cleaned up and did not leave a mess. Doors Galore is definitely a 5 star business that I highly recommend.

Called for an estimate for a new garage door and a rep came the next day to measure and provide me with some choices. I ended up selecting an insulated steel door that was reasonably priced. So reasonable that I also replaced 2 entry doors. The garage door was a nonstandard size and had to be ordered from the manufacturer, which didnt take long at all. The install was quick and professional, no complaints or issues. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old doors and debris. I called and asked about a cosmetic issue with the trim that cropped up later on and they were here the next morning and fixed it. Purchased a Linear garage door opener from Doors Galore last April for our new house, technician showed up on time, explained installation process and went to work. When he was finished he explained the procedures for using all the different equipment (key pad, remotes and opener), opener is so quiet you can bearly hear it operating. Very happy with our opener and when the cheap garage door the builders put in needs to be replaced I know exactly where to get my new door- Doors Galore, they are very professional, knowledgeable and always leave the area cleaner than it was.
