The worker or the owner is a classic used car person. I wouldnt trust any of the vehicles they sell here. Thought about buying a car on the lot til I met randy. Buy from somewhere else! Encase you wondered if my impression was accurate of best buy auto see owner response below...

Got a jeep liberty from this place. Ran great for about a week. Then I noticed a wonderful grinding noise coming from my front drivers side. This jeep was supposed to have brand new wheel bearings.... Also, I went to get new tires and an alignment on the thing, and it turns out that same front side had been hit or something because they cant align it and stuff is bent. And by stuff I mean the steering knuckle, and possibly the frame. Couldnt tell just by looking at it when I bought the jeep. So now Im gonna go through tires like crazy, or have to do some serious expensive work on my front end. The dealer totally knew about this, said he had taken it to a shop to get worked on and any shop would have pointed that out. Real nice. Dont buy from this place!!

I was very skeptical to go to this dealership because of the previous reviews.. but, they had a great deal on a Subaru that my son really wanted.. so we went and met Randy, he was very honest about the car it was traded in the night before.. he told us everything he knew about it.. let us take the car and have it inspected before we bought it.. we have had the car for a month and still no issues.. I bought a 99 Subaru legacy wagon from Randy, the day I test drove it it ran perfectly and did so for the next day and half then it started running horribly. I talked to Randy over the phone about it and he just simply didnt seem to care, so I took it to Young Subaru and after 3 times in the shop not even they could fix or figure out the problem. So we took it back to Randy hoping for some help or a refund for selling us a LEMON, hes a real class act while I/We were explaining the situation and the fact that the car was a safety hazard due to the lack of any power when accelerating from a stop light or merging was scary the entire time my wife and I were calmly talking to him he was playing solitaire on the computer, I dont think he could have shown less interest in the situation and simply replied by saying it was an old car, it was sold as is and that was to be expected, he gave me the number of his mechanic and several months later still no diagnosis. Ive owned a Subaru with 387,000 miles and still had good acceleration so theres something wrong with the car!!!! Im hoping I can get in touch with the owner of best buy and see if hes willing to help. So my advice to you folks is to run like the wind away from this place, if I could give it a negative 5 million stars I would!!!!

I bought a car from this dealer paid 1,600 dollars cash. They said it had a new radiator put in it and it was good to go what they failed to mention was it had a blown head gasket. It started leaking coolant and overheating the day after I had bought it. I couldnt even get it to work which is why I bought it I was broke down and paying for a tow. The car is completely undrivable and worthless. Pulling the radiator cap you could tell they had added a stop leak additive that worked long enough to get it home. Contacting them was completely useless. He said take it to his mechanic when the car is undrivable. I would give them negative stars if I could do not buy a car from these scam artists.
