I have purchased computers and accessories here and had all my repairs done here for several years now. The staff is great to work with, knowledgeable, and honest. They even recovered files I had from a old network storage device! I had been trying to get stuff off of that for years, and these guys were the only ones who could. I am definitely a lifetime customer!

I honestly couldnt ask for a better experience. Hands down one of the best computer stores that Ive been too and Ive been to most of the local majors. This beats them all. Clean shop, parts in stock, good variety, and what really gets me is the level of service. You just dont see customer service like whats offered here anymore. My husband took a laptop in since we were having issues getting the screws out to replace the battery. They not only got the remaining screws out, but replaced the ones that we had striped in trying to get the battery out. Super friendly and helpful!

I had a keyboardgo out on an older HP laptop, He came out to our job trailer andreplaced it in no time, their rates were fair and he handled ordering inthe keyboard so I didn’t have to worry about getting the wrong part.Sure, I could have saved some money by bringing it to them to work on intheir shop, but I don’t have time to go without my computer. I have used InVision Computers for the past 18 months to work on my offices computers, have purchased both a new desktop and refurbished laptop. Their service is very responsive, timely, and affordable. He has offered to pick up my machines from me, or have me bring them in. Whenever there is an issue with a computer we bought there he is always happy to fix them at no charge under his warranty.

I’ve been at this location for a few years now and I’ve had more worst experiences than best. They over charge for products that you can find at a better price somewhere else and lie to you upfront about your problems. I left my laptop there to get fixed which should have been only a few hours because the only issue it had was the WiFi button was broken (which it was their fault anyways because they fixed my laptop before and ended up breaking the WiFi button on the side of my laptop). Anyways, they ended up telling me and my family that the whole keyboard was busted (which was impossible and like I said before the only issue was the WiFi button on the side. And that they have to replace tons of parts for only around $100-300. I told them really? They said it was what they had to do but could fixed it in no time. I told them I would have to think about it because it was a lot of money. They told me it was okay and they could hold my laptop for me while I talk it out with my family. Come to find out they ended selling my laptop for parts without my knowledge and when I confronted to them about it they said that there’s a policy about a time limit holding computers which the first time was never mention to me and the second time when I talked to the guy about it he never told me about their policy and told me it was okay to have them hold my laptop with no worries. The last time I came to their place was to get another computer fixed and they tried to charge me for small piece that had to be replace in my laptop for over $400 and said they couldn’t get the piece for anywhere else cheaper. Went to Best Buy and they they said they can sell me the exact same piece for just $75. These guys are rips offs! Never coming back here again.

Took in my desktop computer as it would no longer display and got my computer back the next day with a new video card. They helped save my day so i wouldnt have to wait to bill out my customers. Thanks for all you guys do.

Invision Computers has always been ready to help when asked, even when I was working for a company that had some crazy old Cisco routers and we had no idea how to acclimate the issue to the new systems. I have bought items from them, I have sold hardware to them.. I have NEVER had an issue. These guys are about CUSTOMER service, which is the gold standard in Business. I usually dont leave reviews online, but I felt like I should leave this review as it might be helpful not only to future customers, but also to the company itself. Keep in mind my intention is not to discourage people from doing business with this company, nor is it to say the company is bad, immoral, or dishonest. It is more to educate and hopefully help customers and the company make better decisions. I know that was a long introduction, but I feel it important to make myself clear.Now for my experience. Long story short my computer was stuck on the blue screen of death and I couldnt get back into windows. After spending extensive time on youtube trying to figure out if there was a way to rescue my pc, and not finding anything that would work I decided to bring it in to Invision Computers. After a few days the guy called me back and said that my hard drive was failing and that my ram needed to be replaced as well. He also told me that there was no way to get into windows because my hard drive was so full that there was not enough access space to do anything. I asked him how much it would be to replace the ram, the hard drive and to get things back up and running. He said it would be about $350. Ok, so my PC is maybe worth $100. I then asked him how much it would be to just extract the files. He said somewhere around $130. I told him to go ahead and do it. I had to purchase an external hard drive for him to put the files on which cost me an additional $50. After it was done I went to pick up my computer and it ended up costing me almost $200. I asked him if he had erased the files from the pc. He said no. So I got home and didnt know what to do with my pc. I didnt want to just throw it away, as the hard drive had sensitive files on it. A few days later I was researching if there was a way to reformat a hard drive without logging onto windows. It was then I came across a youtube video that explained how to get windows working again from the blue screen of death through using command prompt. I followed the instructions, and bam! I am back in windows! Furthermore, I did a diagnostic of my hard drive, and it seems to be working properly.So my question is, if I was able to figure out how to get back into windows, why wasnt he able to do it? And if he said my hard drive was failing, then why isnt my computer telling me that it is? I l also did some price checking to see how much ram and a new hard drive would cost me. I found that I could get a 1 TB hard drive fore $50 and ram for $15. Again, he wanted to charge me $350. Now I know that includes labor, but that seems like quite an up charge to me. Again I am not here to blame or bash, simply to educate.Bottom line, I feel I spent $250 that I didnt need to spend, and that I didnt receive the customer service that I expected. I hope this is a benefit to all who read it.

I own a DJ/Photo Booth business, and one of my Photo Booths had crashed the software very expensive so I called around and 2 of 3 companies I called said I had to replace, but Invision told me they could fix the problem, Ultimately I took it to Invision Computers with the helpful staff they gave me a peace of mind everything would be OK. Few days later they called and had it fixed I was up and running before my next show. Over all Invision computers saved me Aprox 1,200.00 cost of a new Touch Computer and Software. Invision computers helped debug my desktop computer that we use at star pawn as our main computer, and helped save my business. They were very friendly, very fast, very honest people! i called 8 other techs in the area, everyone else and their dogs worked on my desk top and couldnt get it debuged, and said it wouldnt run faster. Invision not only repaired it, and debugged it, but they made it run super fast! i will never go anywhere else for tech support ever again, i highly recommend it!
