We recently had a fundraiser with Swig. This is the greatest company to work with and all of the employees were so kind. The three girls that were working had some large rushes and they were able to complete the drink orders fast. The drinks are always amazing and similar businesses hands down. I will be a Swig customer for life.

My favorite place for flavored soda. The flavors taste a lot better than the ones at Fizz, in my opinion.

We love this Swig. So many yummy drinks. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. If you go to this location, Devin is THE BEST ! He is always so friendly and makes sure everything is just right for us. Even when it’s busy, he makes time to say hello and always has a smile. He makes this store our favorite!!!

10x Better than Fizz. We had an issue where the app accidentally sent the order to another location which was frustrating. Both locations were happy and willing to resolve the issue. They have consistently shown great customer service!

Fast service, polite staff. If you like tropical flavors try the dizzle drink. Love it.

Love this place !!!! and from the line they usually have, so does everyone else in Syracuse. They get everyone taken care of really fast and have a huge variety of awesome drinks and treats. I personally love the raspberry dream and the beach babe both with xtra coconut cream. The staff is great and very kind.😋

Ive come to this location a TON (its the closest to me) and they are always willing to share a favorite non-soda drink with me. Also, I can never resist a sugar cookie haha. The lines are quick and short, the employees are kind and professional and its just a nice place to stop by when youre out running errands.

I took my kids for the first time and they loved the shark attack. I got the Bloody Wild (MTN Dew with mango and strawberry purée) and it was delicious! The coconut cookie with chocolate, coconut and pecans was easily one of the best cookies. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We will be back. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful while providing quick service. Ive gone to a lot of drink shops and Ive never been as impressed as I have with this Swig.On my first visit, I wanted to try a peanut butter cookie and when asked if I wanted it frosted, I asked if there was any way I could get it half frosted. The girl was happy to accommodate my request, then found out they had ran out of frosting, so she just gave me one with and one without frosting. THIS IS HOW YOU STAND OUT. Going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a happy guest.

Super good sodas and a very friendly staff. Shout-out to Justice! He was very friendly! Also Daphney was super nice. She always has a smile when I go there.

Every time I go, they are super quick and efficient at getting me through the drive-through line and the sodas are always yummy!

My husband and I took our daughter here and got a delicious mt.dew drink and a pink sugar cookie. We loved the delicious mt.dew drink that had mango and strawberry puree. And the sugar cookie was super yummy if you like your sugar cookies thick. We enjoyed this place. :)

Plenty of unique drinks to try! The drive thru is always a long wait. Definitely recommend ordering ahead for a quicker pickup experience.

I just waited in line while the girl had a personal conversation with the car in front of me. There were no cars in font of them so I guess she thought it was okay to have a long conversation.

SWIG cookies are the awesome! I’m not huge on flavors in drinks so I just go plain Jane diet dew. But dig the swig sugar cookie.

The drive thru line was super long, but they worked through it VERY quickly! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie with pink frosting is the best!

Swig is a delicious place to stop for a treat! I love their Dirtball cookie. The diet Heartbreaker is my current favorite drink, although you cant go wrong with a Diet Texas Tab! Their scones are delicious too, but they are even better if you bring it home and warm it in the microwave 🙂 and the popsicles are a fun addition to the menu!

I frequent this Swig multiple times a week and am always impressed with the exceptional customer service I receive every time! Five stars for this location!👍🏼Edit to add: I love that I can order my drink from my phone and then have it delivered to my car out front. Makes it so convenient for me, and the service is seriously always so prompt! I’ve never waited longer than two or three minutes in this drive-thru, whereas at other soda shops I’ve waited up to ten minutes before!

Decided to try the new Reviver drink and loves it! Most some energy drinks have a weird taste but this doesn’t! I love that they offer a sugar free version- The Drama Queen. So good!!!

Disappointing... Ordered a raspberry dream they used raspberry syrup instead of raspberry puree and there was no cream in it:( I specifically asked for the puree and cream too..

Love swig! Having a drive thru makes stopping to get a drink and cookie so much more convenient. They have a big menu with something for every taste.

While it is good, I think its a little pricey for soda. The cookies on the other hand are amazing.

I love swinging by Swig n’ Sweets. The are fast and friendly. I use the insulated mug they sale and have fallen in love with it, my drink stays cold and fresh (I always have ice left in the morning when I wash it out for a refill). If I had to pick a favorite cookie it would be the peanut butter.

I am addicted!!! I love swig and all of their treats and love that they have a loyalty program because I go there all the time! I like this location better than the Syracuse one.. they always seem to mess up my order. I get the Big Al with coconut cream instead of plain coconut. And the coconut cookie is BOMB

Service is always quick - my order is always perfect. I had an old gift card and they were able to convert it to a newer card so I could still use my old balance. I love SWIG!!

Tried out their new popsicles today. We got the coconut & strawberry mango. I preferred the coconut one because it had more flavor. Not sure I’d pay $3 again though.

Went into Swig for the first time today for review purposes. I didnt realize they were less than a mile from my house! Staff was great in explaining the different menu options and whats popular when I couldnt choose. Walked out with a Bloody Wild and wasnt disappointed! Will be going back there again.
