Wait times for service are very far out, two weeks to get a tech to diagnose, another two-three weeks for resolution. Thats more than a month for a solution.I went and picked up the parts myself, because I didnt want to wait and was made to feel sorta shotty because I interrupted the owner over their bad paper work and what I paid for a deposit. Scuse me Ryan.Employees/owner do not wear masks and pretend its okay not to do so. 7/17/20.

First, I am so pleased and very happy with the repairs to my old refrigerator... I thought I was going to have to buy a new one and since my funds are tight I was dreading it. However family members said to call Ryan at Lakeside, boy I am so glad I did...Ryan sent Mike out and Mike is great...Mike said it can be fixed..which he then called to make sure they had the parts.. They had to order the part on Tuesday they got the part and called to make the next appointment.. We bought a washing machine, for my veterinary practice, a couple of years ago from Lakeside Appliance. As you may imagine, we work our laundry equipment pretty hard. Over the last several months we have had a series of problems with it. Because we purchased an extended warranty, Lakeside was coming out on warranty work, often. The repair crew patched it up a few times. Recently, Ryan decided to replace the unit and did so at no cost to us. What more can one ask?

I bought a Speed Queen washer/dryer combo from Lakeside Appliance on 5/6/2016.Regarding the price: Speed Queens are pretty much a set price, so there is not a lot of room for negotiation. The best online price I could find was $1615, delivered to my front steps. The White Glove delivery was going to be an extra $99, so that would have put me at $1714, delivered and set up. That is an important point.The price from Lakeside Appliance was $1675, delivered. Lakeside does not charge extra for White Glove delivery, so I actually saved $39 over Internet pricing for the same service. I seriously doubt, however, that whoever they would have sent would have been nearly as good as Raymond from Lakeside.That brings me to the delivery: They promised it the next day and it was here on time. Raymond had everything he needed to do the installation regardless of what he may run into; he has clearly done this before. The installation was outstanding. He didnt just make sure the machines werent wobblying, he broke out a level and made them level and the same height. He took his time, quickly, and did a really nice job. As I said, hes clearly done this before.So, I saved money and I did business locally with a company who seems to care about its customers. Win-win, gotta love it.Also, my wife loves the washer/dryer. Win-win-winPS- Raymond loves his job. It was refreshing to talk to someone who loves what he does and has nothing but good things to say about his employer. I get the feeling they are pretty good people over there. I didnt go into the store, so the only employee I actually met was Raymond.
