I love that we have a local owner who has built a new shop, who contracts with Hertz, so you can get a rental car, but who also makes loaners available as well.Alvaro gives back to the community tremendously. I had a great repair experienceWhile driving on busy highway 29, an ice chest fell off the truck in front of me and significantly damaged the front end of my new car.Having had a previous good experience at A&B Collision, I didnt hesitate to go back to Alvaro and his crew. Im glad I did. They were timely, proactive communicators, provided a clean loaner car, made sure I had all new OEM replacement parts and once I had a claim number from my insurance company, they made the remainder of the process hassle-free and the repair job was perfect!I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservations.

They no longer do windshield replacement for AAA insurance, offered to do it at my cost! Will have Ford dealership in Ukiah do the work

I highly recommend going elsewhere for your needs I had my Challenger worked on there after I hit a deer and yes they made it look nice in the front but the power was never the same afterwards. finally I brought it to the dealer and all the engine work that needed to be done in the front of the engine didnt get repairs... And all the damages were done by hitting the deer

Took my car in for a windshield replacement and not only did they replace my windshield beautifully but they replaced my windshield wipers as well as detail my car for me! Definitely 5 stars for me; price, timing, customer service, experience and how well and clean they did the job!

Best in Lake County. They did a wonderful job on my car. I had foot surgery & they brought my car to me. Perfect paint match, really looks great. Cant wait to drive my car again, right foot surgery. All I can do right now is look at my shinny new (fender) car. By the way, someone else hit me.

The kind folks at A&B Collision recently replaced the windshield on my truck that had been damaged by a stray rock. Short & sweet, they did a terrific job quickly and at a price that I thought was great. I had always thought of A&B Collision for the big jobs but theyre just as adept at getting smaller jobs done like my windshield or minor damage, making your headlights shine again and that sort of thing. Good people to deal with - I would enthusiastically recommend them!

Rescheduled me several times. poor communication with insurance companies and customers. Update: once insurance issue was resolved (AAA full coverage doesnt always cover rentals) they got us into a nice free loaner and we recieved fast service and our car was fixed returned in great condition.

Did what they said in time said, car looks new. The inside detailed, a nice surprise.

We had damage to our bumper and both fenders. When we got it back it was beautiful. Couldnt tell that anything had happened.

Worst auto repair service Ive ever been to, they left wires unhooked, left bolts off my bumper/frame and replaced my custom headlights with the cheapest stuff they could find, NEVER USE THIS MECHANIC
