Sold me a bunk lemon car never go to this place completely lied point blank about the car.drove 20 miles engine light came on now 80 miles super loud rattle.tons issues titles issues.all dented up.i have msgs saying car is completely mechanical sound only one small dent.had no choice but to buy on word of guy as my other vehicle broke on way to look at this one. BEWARE

Awesome service! My alternator went out on a trip from Santa Rosa to Chico and One Stop sourced an alternator and installed it within an hour and got me back on my way home! They also provided a warranty card for the work that can be used anywhere! Amazing! Thanks so much for getting me home!

They sold me two used tires on the front of my van. Within a week both of them had blown leaving me and my family on the side of road we could of crashed. I was so mad did not even tell them about it. Probably would of gotten arrested so instead I tell everyone and stay away from them . That tires I had on there in the first place were better should of stuck with really used ones.

They replaced my cars radiator and because I didnt bought it from them, didnt received warranty and they made a little hole in the bra new radiator so I had to take my car back and they told me that my car needed engine work and the estimate was $4500 so I went to another place and found out that the radiator was leaking and looked like someone made a hole on porpoise, and the engine didnt have any problems, is been a year and my car runs perfect, this place stole about $400 from my pocket!

Very inexperienced tech and as a master certified tech myself I gotta warn you. He has no real idea how a steering system actually works.... Blamed his inability to align my truck on a faulty rack and pinion seal.... This is impossible because the steering gear inside a rack and pinion is designed to still be able to steer in case of pressure loss..... The tie rods are what adjusts toe alignment.... The alignment issue I was having with my truck was camber which is adjusted with eccentrics on the upper a arm on this particular truck..... Rack and pinion has nothing to do with.... After that he refused to make it right which is poor business.... Ive also looked at several vehicles hes charged customers boo koo bucks to fix by throwing parts at it.... None of which actually repaired the issue.... One in particular resulted in internal engine damage costing the customer an additional 5000 dollars to repair the burnt valve which occurred overtime from the engine running lean due to the failed maf sensor

These guys worked there tails off. What started out as an one hour job turned into six hour job through no fault of there own. Jay made the correct diegnostic and replaced the part with a new one from AutoZone that was defective when this was discovered another part was obtained from AutoZone. That was also faulty. In the end Jay pieced the two parts together and made an operating part from the two. I tried to leave a tip that was not excepted. I highly recommend One Stop Automotive in Clearlake Ca for all your Automotive needs. The team is professional and curtious. Exellent experience
