Very poor costumer service. Prescription was to be ready by 7pm Monday. Not ready tried to call Monday am never answered the phone at noon called the store they transferred me to pharmacy was told to check back after 3pm that they were so busy after 3 got my meds no apology just so busy
This pharmacy has super unfriendly staff. I also have waited over 4 hours for a medicine in which I never received. They state they are busy and are low on staff. Im sorry they need to get their priorities straight this is a horrible mess.
They have a great choice of products. Prescriptions, food electronics, lawn chairs ice cream cones etc.

Ive enjoyed my visits there. The pharmacy has a younger female that is very helpful and just a doll i didnt get her name. They always keep the store clean and there is usually cute little things you cant find elsewhere.
Friendly staff I think its wonderful they greet you as you come in!
The pharmacist is great but I had a quick question to see if my daughter can pick up my prescriptions because I felt too bad to go pick them up and I’m literally still on hold for over 50 minutes.

I went to Rite Aid on 1/1/2021 to send Western Union to my girlfriends lawyer...i called them gave them all the information...i noticed the person on the phone kept calling me Mr Rider and i corrected hom at least 4 or 5 times ..i even got him to spell my ne and when i hung up was convinced he now had my name right...wrong!!!The next dayi get a call from her lawyer saying that he didnt receive the money because they had misspelled his nameI thought easy fix..ha ha haI called Western Union told them of the mistake and was instructed to go back to where i purchased it and call and make the correction..when i arrived at the store i called and they said that id have to call back in 30 minutes which i did to be told to call back in 20 minutes,hen i called back was told to make a change id have to resend it.Now all i needed wasmy refund so i could resend itWhen i went to get the refund they couldnt refund the money because my name was also misspelled..anyway it took 6 days to get a compitent person to get my refund.The moral of this is send gift cards

What a guy I picked up the wrong tooth paste thought it was on sale he went back found the right one and helped me get it .great customer service. Sorry didn’t get his name but will sing his praises.

Aside from the store being great... The EMPLOYEES found and held my purse that I had randomly set down and forgotten!! Not only did they return it, only after inquiring who I was (to make sure the name matched the id), it was returned with Money, Keys, and my Wallet still inside and. Thank you all!!
I phoned Rite Aid as instructed, they said, Come and we will fill your Rx. I went in to fill the Rx...We dont have that medication. We will have to order it. Then...Our delivery didnt show up. Go to Walmart.
That guy Anthonys a star !!!!!best customer service I’ve seen so far . he is the nicest person every time I go to rite aid he welcomes us and makes sure we find what we are looking for . He used to work at walmart .
They have a Young Female Pharmacist who is down to Earth, with their customers. Shes wonderful!
If you want to have the worst customer service then this is the pharmacy for you. I have had SEVERAL experiences where I was treated rudely or just outright ignored. I contacted corporate, and received an apology phone call, but nothing changed. However, because they made the effort to address my concern, I gave them another chance. I waited at the counter while the pharmacy tech ignored the customers to have a personal conversation with a friend. Finally, another customer asked her to help me. I dealt with it, because I have been going to them for years (it has only been bad for about a year now). Last night I went to pick up my prescription, which I had been notified by phone that it was ready. My medication was not ready so I asked what do I need to do next and the pharmacist came over and said this is a window for drop off and pick up only. If you have questions you need to call. I said that I was there to pick up and she repeated herself and walked away. The staff appears to be hanging out and act like you are an inconvenience when they have to wait on you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY.
Slow lines. Too pricey. Dont give you full refund unless you have the receipt. Dont have receipt only will give you half. So dont throw it away!!
Everything is so expensive and they dont have much of a selection. Atleast the employees are nice .

Walmart is way faster. They never have my order ready when promised. They love to say 20 minutes and take way longer. When I bring in a new script I am told 1 hour or more.even when no one is there in line. I know they can fill one in less then five minites. They did it once. Most of the staff is very rude. I switched to Walmart and could not belive how much faster they were. Ill never go back!
