Covids been around for too long, I get it. Yet this store has yet to update its hours online. They close at 6PM, not 9.

I love how we finally have a variety of different stores here in Clearlake now. I like Big 5!! They have a good variety of things like guns, fishing tackle, swim gear, outdoor equipment, and weights. They also have much more. Everytime I go in there, they never have a line when I go to checkout and the checkout is very short and painless. I will definitely continue to spend my money at their store. Thank you Big 5!!

If theres a slow day with customers they jist shut down the store for the day. Also the only person who works the firearm section who can run background checks doesnt come in till 11 on the weekend. One trained person should be working at all times

Ive been here multiple times and I can never find anything Im looking for, because the never have anything in stock! All they have is basket balls, water bottles, and other basic garbage. WALMART has more sporting goods than this so called sporting goods store! Dont wate your time!!

Ive never had such a horrible time getting shoes. First I waited for a half hour for him to find the mate to the pair I wanted. I should have checked the box before I left the store, because when I got home I had two right shoes. Then when I went back the next day, I waited for another 20-25 minutes only to be told they had no mate. At the register I was told all day the day before people were bringing back shoes because they were given the same foot. To top it off, I was given three coupons to use for 20% off because of the inconvenience of it all. But when my son called he was told we could only use one. Needless to say, I will continue to buy my shoes from the Big 5 in Ukiah. I might shop for other things at the Clearlake store, but no shoes until they figure out what theyre doing. It was a nightmare.....

Manager promises and doesnt deliver. Staff wonderful. Doesnt carry 2XL or Fishing supplies. You request an item or two and the manager says it will be in by next week...untrue.
