Super thankful for this business! We were able to walk in take care of our needs and get out in a very very timely manner. They are super helpful. Thankful this is an option in our community because the DMV is never fast.

The young lady Jessie is a wonderful worker. She is knowledgeable and very friendly. she had me in and out in 5 minutes or less for a transfer. She is a Great worker and I will be coming back in the future for my other DMV needs.

Sometimes they are open. Right now they are not... again. Good service when open, hours very apparently.....

I used their title registration service in 2018. Two years later I get a letter from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration asking for the title tax, plus interest and a penalty. I would have saved myself a lot of trouble driving to an actual DMV anywhere else.EDITED from 1 to 3 stars because they helped me fix my stuff, but it took a lot of work.

So I only have to use this place once a year, and last year was great because they were open when I needed them, since I live in clearlake, this was great due to the fact that our dmv is only open on thrusday. So I went there last Friday and today, and both times were not open. And both times were before noon. And no one was there.

**********DONOT USE THEM ********Went to this place in feb.2018 my daughter paid for everything she had to go get a smog. They said to bring back smog certificate the following week . We went back they were closed. Here its August all she needs is her sticker they keep giving us more bs stories . We need to do something about this . We cannot drive vehicle cause there is no sticker on it the registration is paid for but its not posted with DMV unable to get our money back. The police department do not show a registered owner. They say its never been reported by la kik e dmv. We have copies of everything. DMV in look lakeport says we have to complete everything with look lake dmv. They dont even answer their phones.i drove there they were inside their office door locked I called they dont answer.

Literally the only place within 45 minutes of Clear Lake to print something. it cost me $2 a page for black and white but what else am I going to do go to Walmart and buy a crappy inkjet?
