Youve seen antique stores before, but not quite like this one. I had an interest in the old fashion medical equipment they used in the early days. Very unique collection of oddities here. Will come back to purchase something.

AMAZING!! My teens loved this place! It was like walking through a very kooky & original museum without any admission. The prices are very fair, I shop at antique stores quite often so I would know. We bought several really cool & unique items, including a garden stone in the shape of a brain!!❤️❤️

Hands down, THE place to go for curiosity shopping! You can find almost ANYTHING here- old medical equipment, old diving-related equipment, scientific specimens preserved in jars, just about anything to can imagine! You have to check it out for yourself! The place is packed from floor to ceiling with good stuff (odd, for sure)!

Cannot express how much I loved this store. Such cool and cute oddities, some things were pricy, but at the same time some things were great deals! They really do take care of you sometimes, I love the mutual respect they share for their stuff and me as a guest. Came back a few times, will be back again for sure!

Super cool I love this place. They are now open on Thursday, Fridays, and I think maybe either Wednesday or Saturday....just cant remember the 3rd day of the week they are open. I went there without my hubby and loved the place. Im so excited to take my hubby next time I go, he will love it. There is so much to look at and its just amazing how medical technology has changed. I cant wait to get to go back and take my husband this time. 😁

The oddest part of Pinellas. Id say this is closer to a Ripleys Believe It or Not than a traditional antique store. Plentiful art pieces ranging from obscure to obscene. Collectibles galore. A must-visit, even if you dont intend on purchasing anything. Much of the store seems priced specifically to not sell. It should be renamed Oddities and Antiques Museum.

One of the most awesome stores Ive ever been to in my entire life. I love Halloween, so this store was great for me. The name says it all. Everything in here is very odd or very old. You will not find a single ordinary thing in here. This is honestly a very creepy store and I love it. Its also not just set up like a normal store. There are displays around the store that really add to the atmosphere. In the backyard there is a giant fake castle outside as well as a skeleton with wings hanging from a tree outside of it. The whole store has thousands of amazing things in it to look at. From real torture devices from medieval times to creepy vintage dolls, this store has anything out of the ordinary that you can think of! Im going to go back as often as I can to see all the new stuff they get in stock. Absolutely amazing.

The absolute best store in the Tampa Bay area. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and is always willing to negotiate prices if thats your thing. Ive purchased some gorgeous skulls from here myself. Love it!

Did not realize we had this kind of shop around in the area. We went to a similar place in Baltimore, MD last year and my son loved it. Im so glad we found this place! Very cool store with lots of interesting and odd things. Its jam packed with everything imaginable and has quite a few different rooms to explore. If you are a collector of odd things, this is definitely the place for you.We probably spent close to an hour in here just looking around. There was honestly so much to look at. Lots of antique medical supplies, strange things in jars, stuffed animals, womens vintage items, vintage fishing items, little trinkets and baubles, etc. Theres even an outside area with large, strange decorative items. Im not sure if they were for sale or not but they were cool to look at.The store owner/staff pretty much left us alone to look around which was nice (I hate being hovered over). I dont think we were able to discover everything that the shop has to offer, there was just too much inventory. Will take another look soon!

Beyond amazing, fun, fascinating and uber cool place to shop and hang out. The owner Frank is very friendly and knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly, too. We found great unusual antiques and collectibles there, and were fascinated with the decor inside and out. Nothing else like it anywhere! We had a great time and packed our car with great finds. Highly recommended... should have Really Great in front of its name!

My 12 year old daughter loves to browse this disturbing shop with her friends. I must admit it is quite odd and a bit jarring but also historical. The inventory sparks many questions and leads to great conversation. Go with an open mind and curious soul.

Very friendly lady who works here. We did not buy anything but she was sure to thank us for stopping by. It looks like an old car repair business as the side was garage doors. It was clean and inviting. We would come back again.

From the chalk outlines painted on parking spaces to its multiple rooms and patio areas displaying dark and historic artifacts, Oddities and Antiques is as much a mini theme park as a gallery and shop. A sheet-covered mannequin on an old stretcher greets customers. That is, before owner Frank Miranda welcomes you into his little house of dark wonders. Miranda stocks hundreds of items from darker periods in history — old guns, munitions, shackles, whips, medieval cages, Soviet-era gas masks and other disturbing items mixed in with displays of antique medical supplies, skeletons, animal skulls, crystals and other random tchotchkes. Urged to extend the stores hours, Miranda is opening up on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as Thursday through Saturday. (Extracted from my review in the Tampa Bay Times.)

Very awesome place full of cool, bizarre and off the wall things. Definitely worth checking out if you are a fan of the bizarre. Prices are ok. High on some items but that is mostly due tonthe rarity of the items.

Fun little adventure shop and stimulating to the eyes from the time you walk in. From the creepy to the African spears its like tomb raiders or indiana jones and the crystal skulls! Put it this way its fun.

I loved stumbling upon this quirky store! The owner was a funny, very cool guy to talk with. Somethings creeped me out a little but many things both intrigued and fascinated me. I bought an alien sign for my front yard lolAs soon as saw a to thine oddness be true, I thought of Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice and the line I myself am strange and unusual. Great movie! I know I certainly feel that way sometimes :) I know I didnt see everything, so I plan to go back.

Such an interesting place. Old medical supplies, animal bones, Nazi posters, creepy early 20th century dolls. The name is definitely fitting. Also purchased an early 20th century straight razor from Wien (Vienna, Austria) and scored an older flask with a carrying pouch for only 5 bucks!
