They quickly responded and within a few minutes we were getting everything scheduled at no cost. Leanna assists you with filing the claim and helps speed the process along. I had a great experience with this company. They were very flexible with our work schedule and considerate of the fact that my husband worked nights so they were very quiet while doing the work so as to not make the dogs bark and wake him up. This may not seem all that important to most people but he is a truck driver and needs good rest in order to be safe on the road. They made the process so easy, starting with notifying the insurance company to completing the installation. I would definitely recommend them.

I had Olympic integrity auto glass replace my windshield when my old one had a chip in it. There was an accident while replacing it and my dash was damaged by accident. They took care of the repair to that as well very quickly and without issue. I was very happy with the service and the quick response to the issue during install it showed great integrity, hence the name I suppose. Since my insurance covered the windshield I even got a check for $50, so I actually made money. Id highly recommend this company and their services

I love Olympic Integrity, they made the process for getting a replacement windshield hassle-free. I spoke with them on a lunch break and didnt have any extra time to chat with my insurance, that was no problem because the lady helping me over the phone actually called my insurance when I was off work that day and then conference called me to confirm all the details. They even performed my windshield replacement in the parking lot of my workplace and only needed me to sign off on the work after showing them which vehicle was mine. If I ever have a loved one that needs to get a windshield replaced, Im definitely suggesting they go to Olympic Integrity!

Victor, whom I had never met or known prior, came into the store where I was working, and told me my windshield had a chip, and he would fix it on the spot and give me $100 for using him. I said I didnt have any chip on my windshield. He wanted to show me and I said I could not leave work to go outside. He left a coupon card with me. He then continued to solicit business in the store parking lot for a few hours until the store manager had to tell him to leave. When I left work at late night, I checked my windshield and found a very visible crack in the center of my windshield, which I never noticed before. The location of the crack was right in front of me at my eye level if I were driving, and It would be nearly impossible to miss that spot driving everyday looking straight at it. I called him and asked him if he had anything to do with it, and he denied, and my call was abruptly disconnected in the middle of the conversation. I just wanted to lay out the facts as is and let the public be the judge.Update: My coworkers at the store just called to tell me that Victor called there and wanted to know my work schedule, and they were concerned about my safety. I intend to limit the scope of this matter to public forum discussions only, without any further escalation. I surely hope Victor and his company will do the same. I did call Victor to discuss my concerns before I went public with the facts, but my call was disconnected abruptly by Victor in the middle of the conversation. A timely response on this forum from Victor telling his side of the story would have been a better choice!Upon reading owners response, I would like to provide my response. I will gladly remove any sentence in my review that is not based on fact and is untrue, if you can point out any of these non fact based sentences. I contacted them to have my windshield fixed originally. My window also got cracked before scheduling an apt. They were able to come out to my work the very next day and get everything fixed. I received a card from Victor in the parking lot of my work on Friday afternoon. I got around to calling Victor back on Sunday and he called my insurance company on the phone right then and there and got me setup with an appointment the next day. Jeremias came out and replaced my windshield within an hour and even provided me with a $50 credit for using their service. They are a great company that makes it easy on the customer.

I called on a Friday afternoon because my windshield had a huge crack in it, and as a mother of a one year old I wasnt comfortable driving with my car in that condition. I was originally satisfied completely, but I received a letter from my insurance company stating that they were forwarding the remaining amount to me because olympic integrity auto glass chargers more than double the amount of most companies! I would have never had them do anything at all had I known the prices were astronomical

So I was a little disappointed that I did not get the check the day of the install. However they did pay me and issues do happen so being a little patient isnt horrible. The guys came out to do my windshield and they were amazing. Apparently Corvette is considered an exotic so the guys were very fluent in exotic cars. I satwith them while they were working and they actually preferred that so I could see any issues. Having my own business I dont like people hovering, though they are different entities. The glass they used is spot on, fits perfect, and is much better than the one thereplaced in quality. Same car but there is a major deference in the two windshields. Upon not getting the check they did an excellent job making sure I got the check so Im not disappointedabout that either. Everything was very smooth and I would highly recommend them all around.

Olympic provided excellent service! Quick, efficient and effective. They handled all aspects with USAA so that I received the new windshield without a deductible and without me needing to talk to USAA. I am very impressed with the company. (If they were a publicly traded company, I would buy their stock). EDIT ALERT : February 22, 2020. USAA called me about the bill. Olympic never pre coordinated with USAA. They just did the work and then sent USAA an excessive bill. Olympic purposively led me to not call USAA prior to the work. Now I know why. I feel duped by Olympic. They were very slick. I strongly suggest that you call your insurance carrier prior to authorizing any work NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE TOLD BY OLYMPIC. I should have known better...

I would give 4 and i guess im giving much.first time using this company to replace my broken windshield, they are not puntual had to wait 4 hours for them to come to me after we scheduled time. 2nd there is a hole made by the machine they used on the panel that holds the winshield blades i dont know the name of that part but it is visible. but overall it was a quick work and the windshield was replaced.

Long story but I’ll try not to leave anything out. I’m a pretty understanding person and try by best to give people the benefit of the doubt and I feel like I’ve been more than accommodating to this company to try and make this situation right. I Had my windshield replace by a tech named Guy from Olympic Integrity Auto Glass. First off, his truck leaked oil all over my clean driveway. Nice enough guy though and Windshield replacement was pretty standard as he did what I thought to be a decent enough job. That is Until my rear view mirror fell off the first time about 3 weeks later. After a couple phone calls he came back to my house and Re-glued my rear view mirror. Fast forward about 4-5 weeks after that and the rear view mirror fell off again. Mind you, I have NOT touched this rear view mirror either time, I am the only one who drives my car. The first time, I got in my car after work and it was just hanging there. The second time I was just driving down the road and it came off as I was driving down the road. I’m annoyed but No biggie, I’ll just call them again and have it repaired. After about 5 calls/messages to “Guy” the repair tech with no reply and several calls to the main office with no return calls from either I called my insurer to see if there was any recourse only to find out that the insurance company has also been having nothing but problems with this company and they now refuse to do any business with Olympic Integridy Auto Glass (OIAG). They also charged my insurance company WAY more than what should have been charged for a glass replacement but apparently like a dummy I signed some piece of paper that gave away my insurance rights to OIAG and gave them full rights to sue my insurer. So I had to put a second claim in with my insurance company to have them fix it. The Safelite Auto Glass came right out and showed my how the OIAG tech (Guy) broke my rear view mirror and that’s why it wasn’t sticking. Then he showed me the shoddy work he did on sealing the windshield. Then he showed me how the OIAG tech (Guy) also broke all of the moulding going around the outside of my windshield which would also have to be replaced. I just want people to be aware of how this company does business.

This place I called the on Monday to schedule a windshield replaced they come out today which is nice okay but they send out people who brought me windshield without a gasket that goes around and charge me 594 dollars just for glass which over price yes it’s for my Volvo truck but i head it done before without a gasket to use the old one is most I pay 250 not 594 the gasket is 200 so if you charge me 594 you better bring a damn gasket that goes with the new windshield now I have to worry about this new windshield not leaking lmao what a ripoff would not recommend this people to my worst enemy.

So far so good, showed up when they said they would and replaced my glass. They were prompt, courteous, and did the job I expected them to.
