I bought my third Mercedes here a few weeks ago. The sales man Mark was superb. My car was a certified used 2020 GLE350W4. I never noticed a damaged tow hitch until it was pointed out to me by a friend. I went to the dealership and Mark stated he would need a Sales Manager to look at it. He bought out Frank Harris who immediately came over as arrogant, superior, condescending and rude. I am a 65 year old man and I was taken aback by his attitude and his questioning as he quickly seemed to intimate I had done the damage. The damage is obviously old by appearance of rust etc. I left the dealership and was told Mark would call me the next day. This he did stating the dealership was not prepared to help with this issue. He suggested I go to a tow hitch company to get their take on if the hitch was safe or functional to use. I know this dealership was recently bought by a large Texas Auto group and I can see that the personal and great after sales service and respect has gone.ADDITIONAL COMMENT:-8/11/21Just met with Josh Guest who fully restored my faith in this dealership. He is replacing the hitch and supplying a loan car while the work is performed. After that meeting I will now rate this dealership at 5stars but with a proviso that I do not need to see or talk with Frank Harris again. Thank you Mr Guest.

In 2015 I bought a new mars red Mercedes, but the paint was full of bubbles. i got a letter saying i could get a new paing job due to fhe defective paint since there was a recall, but every mercedes place i went too has said no. WDDPK4HA2FF113294

This literally was the best car buying experience I have EVER had at a dealership by FAR! I will definitely be referring others and coming back for future car buying needs. Honestly, we were in and out with a car in under 2 hours. That has never happened before. The dealer got us a great rate and a fabulous extended warranty to boot! I cant rant and rave enough about how transparent their pricing was, their dealer fees were minimal in comparison to others. I was at another dealership the night before who were going to charge me $750 to register my car with an existing tag, MBC did it for $150. The dealership has superior service and will never be comparable to others. Our sales guy was Greg who was the nicest and down to earth man who didnt give us a line just to sell a car. Greg made our experience great and eased my anxiety about buying a car. He even put a red bow on my car, which Ive NEVER had done before 💓 that made it so special.

My 4 month review. Just shy away and purchase at a better dealership. Pictured is my purchase from March 14 2021, right off of the front corner of the MB of Clearwater lot. 2017 GLS450, just fresh out of warranty. Advertised on their website as a certified vehicle. It wasnt certified but I stupidly bought it anyway after reviewing the service history with the sales team. They had installed two new tires, replaced all brakes and rotors, completed the B service, replaced a piece of trim and replaced a 12V outlet cover. During the first 1800 miles of me driving it, I spent over $6000.00 in customer pay repairs before I finally just traded it on May 31st, 2021. I had to replace: engine mounts, front and rear sway bar linkages, two front air struts, the other two tires that they didnt replace and the mouse track pad in the center console. At this time I cannot get the dealership to respond to my GAP insurance cancellation request. They wont send me the check and they wont acknowledge my request for a status on that money. This was my seventh Mercedes-Benz vehicle but first one ever from MB of Clearwater (Formerly Lokey MB) and my first ever out of warranty. Shame on me for purchasing that, but why would any honest establishment replace a little 12v accessory cover and a piece of trim on a vehicle which failed certification inspection. Why would you pass a vehicle like that on to a customer? For their reference and validations: Deal# 2001218 / Customer # 341038. Ive waited 6 weeks for them before posting such a terrible review.Update: The dealership reached out to me a few hours after I posted this review to let me know that my GAP refund check would take up tp ten weeks to process.

Had the best experience when purchasing my vehicle through them. However, if you purchaser extended warranties and you tell or trade your car in good luck getting in touch with them to cancel the warranty. You will get a lot of responses that says the finance manager is busy I’ll have him call you back with the same response 24 hours later. If you live in the area you may be okay. However I live an hour and a half away with two jobs so you would think it would be simple to drop a paper in the mail that I sign and send back. However, it’s not really a priority for them unless they are making a sale. Not to mention prior to all of this I had questions about how the package worked. Left two voicemails and here it is a month later I haven’t received a call back about that either. Thankfully my local dealership was able to assist me with that.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! I came in to see how much they would give me for my lease/trade and we weren’t getting to the number I needed. Ryan works in used sales and I’m sure they would have made more money if I would have financed a used car. However, Ryan worked with me to ensure I got the best deal for my trade etc. He walked me over to new car sales and got me into a new Mercedes, which ended up working out extremely well for me. Michael (Mike) Groom promptly answered my inquiry regarding a CPO vehicle I saw on the dealerships website. I let him know I was just beginning my car search and that this was one of several vehicles I was considering. When I arrived for my test drive, Mike got me on the road in minutes as he was very organized. He had blocked time for the visit and was attentive. Mike was well informed about this particular vehicle and during the test drive he pointed out many features that I had overlooked. Before I left the dealership that day, I knew the bottom line price. Mike followed up to see whether I had any further questions. On Saturday I returned with my husband, who test drove the car and loved it. John Boraski was fabulous!!! We were flying in from Mississippi and he was right there to pick us up from the airport. The car was in a premiere spot outside and was new car clean. The gas tank was filled more than full. We went for a quick drive, then signed some papers with John immediately. He took us to Manny who also had all the paperwork ready. So from the moment I had walked in everyone greeted Me in a nice way before I have even arrived Dimitri my salesman already had the car clean and ready for me to go everything was done really fast the car is beautiful and I love it they had also made sure since I was along way from home they made sure that I was comfortable driving the car helping me set up everything including the gps i made. We had a terrible experience with this dealership. When we bought our 2020 E350 in August 2020, we specifically ask the salesperson and manager if we could have a loaner for warranty service. We asked if the warranty service was free and they said difentally. We made an appt to pick-up our car for 1pm today the driver arrived at 9am and wanted a credit card for the $295 service fee. I told him we already had an oil change and onlyWanted the warranty items done. The driver. Called the service manager and was told that there was still a charge.itold the driver to leave and it called another Mr exes dealer and interesting enough they dont charges for warrant to work.

I bought my car at this location, and my car gets serviced here as well. The prices for repair or service is high but that comes with a high end car!!! Service is great staff is extremely helpful Ive only had one problem so far. I took my car in and they reserved a loaner when I got there a few days later to drop off my car they told me that a loaner was not avail. I personally think they gave it to someone else. So that particular day I went to Clearwater I stead after they upset me.

I was able to purchase my dream car today the C-43 AMG In Black and was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours after my trade in on my Audi A6. Excellent customer service and commitment! I had a wonderful experience with Tony Diamond. Tony went above and beyond to locate a car for me (on a boat headed across the Atlantic Ocean) and relentlessly followed up to make sure the car arrived to the port and then to the dealership ASAP as I had a maturing MB lease. Everything was done to perfection and I couldnt be more pleased with the overall experiece at MB of Clearwater or with Tony.

Buyer Beware!This dealership is filled with snakes! They only care about making a sale and will make fun of other dealerships if you mention buying a Mercedes from somewhere else. Be prepared to be judged by what you are wearing and the car you trade in. I was lucky to be able to unwind the deal or I wouldve been stuck with $6,000 worth of repairs that passed their inspection. Then they had the nerve to put it back on their lot and raised the price $1,000 more. Shame on them! I am grateful though because my husband and I bought two Mercedes that are newer and in beautiful condition at other dealerships in the same week. Make sure you get any used car inspected by your mechanic before you buy it! Learn from my mistake.

Whew...a hot day in Tampa, what else is new! Im in Orlando with my son and daughter enjoying the attractions but also on the lookout for a good deal on a luxury SUV as my daughter is headed back to college and her BMW X3 suffered a rear end collision. Good car. Saved her from a serious injury. My daughter researched a few vehicles and we test drive a few GLC 300 models in Orlando. For the money, these cars were not up to par. Accidents, not cleaned well inside, too many paint dings. She finds two in Tampa and we ride over to check them out. The first one, a GLC 300, is very clean and well taken care of. We decide on a test drive (not a Mercedes Benz dealer) and as she merges out onto the road the car will not shift gears. And this right after the salesman opined on the detailed checklist they cover before a car is released for sale. We leave and head over to the second car, an address in Clearwater. As we drive up I see a Mercedes Benz dealership....I dont buy from a dealership. Too many markups and fees. My daughter confirms the address is the MB dealership. Hmmmm...since were there lets go ahead and just take a look. My daughter has a very detailed list of what she wants in a car so I dont have much hope as we pull in. We see a very nice gentleman who I later learn is Demetrios Mina. Demo asks what were looking for, quickly lets us know what he has in stock so as not to waste our time and then shows us his inventory. Nothing so far. Demo then checks to ensure we havent missed anything and realizes he has one more in the back row behind the building. Jackpot! right color, right interior, right options, and the car is so clean and detailed it looks like it just came off the showroom floor brand new! This car is pristine. Perfect inside and out. Certified means something to Mercedes Benz. Demo gets it ready for a test drive and it drives better than it looks. It even has the upgraded MB emblem that lights up at night! We go in to talk price and from the recent cars Id checked out I was expecting a high number for such a good car. Not. The pricing was only 2k more than the same model in much worse condition.at the other dealership. Demo completed the paperwork, helped resolve an insurance issue and we were on our way! Great car in mint condition, good price, excellent service. What a great experience with a dealership. See you soon Demo for my next car!

I told him about the SUV I was interested in and within mins he had all the information about the car in my email. He even went as far as going into the lot and taking pictures for me as there were no pictures available at the time. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially for his way of making you feel comfortable and not forcing you to make any decision you don’t want to make. He is incredible!

Totally disappointed that when you lease a vichile from them you must pay for everything. Oil change, even to top off fluid, even car wash. I leased from Crown Buick, never paid a penny for oil change, top off fluid, and a free car wash. Not happy, what is the point of leaseing..very disappointed 😕

My husband and I visited MB of Clearwater to purchase an automobile due to a car accident-not our fault. Naturally it was unexpected and we needed to make a decision quickly. Upon arrival of the dealership this past this Wednesday, Demetrios Mina, sales associate greeted us outside the entrance. We explained our situation to him and he reviewed our options. He was very patient and took his time to understand our needs. With taking all that into consideration he suggested a car that was perfect for a 5’1 and 6’1 couple, lol. We went for a test drive but we still weren’t sure because we wanted to wait for more information from the insurance company. Demetrios sensed we needed more time to make the decision. We told him we would be back over the weekend. On Saturday we came by the dealership and Demetrios cheerfully greeted us outside at the front entrance. We explained to him we still didn’t hear back from the insurance company but needed to consider a vehicle. We went to his office and reviewed a few options. Again Demetrios listened to our concerns and understood our objections. Just when we realized things were not going to work, Demetrios worked his magic with his sales director and we struck a deal. Demetrios fought for us and knew we were serious buyers. If it weren’t for Demetrios we were ready to go to the other MB dealership. He is a true asset to MB and I highly recommend him. I expected great service from a Mercedes dealer and Ron went above and beyond. Communicating with Ron was easy and efficient. We made the deal over the phone and I drove to clearwater from west palm beach to pick up my GL63.When I arrived, Ron had it cleaned and gassed up.From the time I test drove it to the time I left the dealership, it was only 50 minutes.The financing department was just as efficient.
