We had Awning Works install a motorized awning two years ago and it still looks and works like new. We ordered a second awning because they create a very professional product. The installers took extra time to make sure the awning was installed properly and did any little tweak I asked. I have seen other awnings less expensive and two years later they look old and worn. Getting the best is worth the price.

The installation crew did a lights out job, so I will give them a 10. They were very courteous, from what I can see they did a fantastic job installing the structure, Insured that the right size gutter was properly mounted, etc. The next big rain will obviously determine if there are any leaks or anything like that. But I was really impressed with the installation crew and the structure itself.

My neighbors recommended Awning Works to me and I was skeptical at first... because I thought prices would be better if I ordered online... but they were not! Awning Works had MUCH better prices! With so many fabulous fabrics/choices, make sure to seek support from one of the sales team members.For my outdoor cushions, I worked with Davis. For my porch roller shades, I worked with Danielle.... I HIGHLY recommend both!Davis was patient with helping me find the best fabric choice and once production was complete he drove over to drop off the cushions at my house (Great Service!) ....and Danielle is just a joy! She’s fun and super easy to work with! She came to my house two different times bringing fabric choices to help me make my final fabric decision. Danielle was also very quick to respond to my inquiries via phone, email or text... and the installers she sent over were so nice!Overall, great prices/fabric choices & the staff at Awning Works made this a fun and easy project!

A sudden storm damaged my old awning beyond repair so I contacted Awning Works to see about a replacement. My first contact was with Dan Perri who showed a great deal of patience in explaining several options and walked me through the process. I ordered a new 26 foot long aluminum awning. Through the whole process I was kept up to date on how or order was progressing. It was necessary to make several appointments, measurements, removing my old awning and finally installing our new awning. Each appointment was kept in a timely manner by helpful, courteous people.I was very impressed with their professional and courteous service and would definitely recommend them.Jack Spinrad

When I walked into the showroom for the first time, I was amazed at the variety of products and fabrics available. I spent a lot of time just wandering around looking at the colors and the options. The Kodama Zome in the indoor and outdoor showrooms are fun to sit in. The staff were helpful and willing to answer my questions. I really think the gigantic umbrella over the front desk is cool.

Awning Works came out and quoted us a great price and undercut the competitors by a good margin. Their staff and workers are very professional and efficient at doing their tasks. I have dealt with this company on several occasions and was pleased with the way the company did business. My sales person was Connor and he did a great job of presenting me with all my options and then returning all my calls. They installed Key West style shutters on my house and also installed commercial awnings on my kitchen and bath showroom. Their installation team was clean and arrived on time. I stopped in with dimensions to awning works a few weeks ago to get some pricing on KE Motorized sun screen that I could install myselfI totally get the covid safety thing and they need a sales person to get back with me.Dan called me after several days I told him exactly what I was looking for and he estimated around 1200.00 then he tells me it has to go through the next level for final pricing.Several more days have passed Dan calls and says it will be between 2100.00 and 2500.00 with 375.00 for the motor, still not giving me any concrete pricing.I’m here to tell you that this place has a predatory way of doing business !Steer clear you have been warned .

I needed a waterproof awning for a client. I did my research and found the Gennius. Then I researched awning companies and found “Awning Works” I have done business with many companies over the years. Awning works customer service is superior in every way. Steve and Janice went way beyond all my expectations. They even made sure a factory rep was there on our installation day. The job was perfect. I can’t wait for the next one.

Buyer beware! Be sure to have in writing a detailed order of EXACTLY what you want before you sign or pay anything! Dont allow the sales rep to generalize. I placed an order and thought that I was very clear in my request and even took them to another of their installations to show them what I wanted -- then I got something entirely different. After 5 months they still cannot get it to stop leaking! Staff did not listen to my concerns throughout process.

Dont waste your time with these guys. They tag you along on a quoting process and then ask for $150 to complete a survey. Call Red Arc, they are true professionals, know what the hell they are talking about, are happy to come out right away and quote you and get the job done (and quick).

This company posted 3 separate ads on Craigslist stating that on Saturday they had a sale going on. I arrived on Saturday morning to find the store closed. I called the phone number on the door and it was for a rental company. Their Google page says they are open Saturdays, but when I finally found the right number from their website the voicemail said Monday through Friday hours only. If your going to post an ad, I feel being open or removing the ad is part of the responsibility.

It seems to be rare nowadays to get super customer service that comes along with a great price. My friend burned a hole in our couch and this crew created a custom cushion cover at an extremely realistic price and then shipped it right back to my door keeping in contact the entire time so we knew where the cover was along the process! The custom cover fits perfectly and our outdoor Sunbrella world is back looking fabulous 😎 Hats off to an extremely well runcompany with excellent team representatives💕

This place has very knowledgeable staff,I came in to get an estimate on a metal fab project I was working on and the staff I guess though I asked too many questions. So they welded me inside of my 5×5 steel box project and shipped me back to my residential address, other than being a hot steel box with a few air holes in it it was constructed very well.However Im still stuck inside this box and awaiting FEMAs arrival for relief. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars and FEMA gets none for it has been nearly two weeks now without any show of help.

In Spring of 2018, I put down a $7000 deposit to have a Tucci umbrella installed by October of 2018 (takes 6-8 weeks to order). I hadnt heard anything so I gave them a call in September and they hadnt ordered it. We get installation in mid December before Christmas. Even though we were disappointed that it was so late, with all the Red Tide, we couldnt have gone to the beach anyway. First time we try to open it, the $10,000+ umbrella wont turn. It ended up being a mistake on their part . They had directions from 2014, not the current ones and just needed to re-install the base. That worked! Now, its February, weve had our umbrella 6 weeks, and screws, and an arm have come undone from the umbrella (its only been opened once!!), AND their is a TEAR by the seam at the top of the umbrella. The guy who came to look at it asked if our lawn guy flicked a cigarette sure flicked it 10ft up on the air, but there are no burn marks. My Project mgr. Connor said they could patch it but I said it should be replaced. He said (and not in a confident tone) that was up to Tucci, or his President. I have had communication difficulties with this team ever since they received our order. I am very disappointed that we (supposedly) ordered The Best commercial grade umbrella in the industry! Able to withstand Tropical storm winds, made for salt water, beach, etc.... And, its falling apart, or not assembled correctly from Day 1. If this is how they are going to handle this, my recommendation would be to save your money, and aggravation buy a Frontgate for less than $500, and replace every 3 yrs.

Had a chance recently to meet with the staff at Awning Works to discuss different shade solutions for my outdoor space. They were very knowledgeably and provided me with some good options.

Set up an appointment over a 1 1/2 weeks ago to measure waiting for the person to show up I called and now they say they dont have a record of the appointment and they can reschedule for a week from now. Dont these people want business ?

Friendly people but honestly what they did did not cover my needs. I explained to them over and over again i was trying to creat shade on my patio. I drew pictures and sent pictures. I told them i think they should come out and look at the place and see what im trying to do. They never did and said they do this all the time. I sgould have said either come out here and look or im going with someone else. They quoted me 5 to 6 months for one thing and it ended up being closer to 10. Do the shades look good? Yes. Are they what expected? Not exactly but ok. Does it cover my patio? Well i have a large patio for my restaurant and if you consider only giving partial shade to 2 tables coverage then yeah. This was a complete waste of over $14,000 that dont have extra to spend. It does not create more shade for my patrons. Thus does not help me increase my sales. I am thoroughly disappointed and wont reccommend or use them again.

As a subcontractor they will steal your time and not pay what is owed. So if you do your due diligence in looking them up. Keep this in mind. Theft of services.
