Great work at a fair price. And the owner likes to educate his clients on vehicle or boat maintenance as well as the repairs hes made. Hes never disappointed me.
I give Harrington Auto & Boat, a 10 in my experience with Auto repair!!! I thank my friend that referred me, and I Thank you Roger!!! I will spread your Excellence!!!!
Awesome service. First person who was able to figure out what was wrong with our boat and get us out on the water. Very thorough and smart. Reasonable prices too.
I visited Roger’s shop initially to see if he could help me find replacement handles for my car. He ordered, painted, and replaced the handles for a fraction of what the dealer charges. While I was there, he straightened out an ongoing electrical problem with my other vehicle. He is impressively knowledgeable and very reasonable. Thank you so much for getting a handle on my problem!
Roger is a true jack of all trades. He has performed all the mechanical needs I have had on my Chrysler convertible, our Ford pick-up and our Harley. For years I have trusted him to do excellent, timely, affordable work. His education and years of experience are reflected in his work. I just wish I had a boat he could work on!
If youre looking for an honest man heres where you find him
Great service. Repairs are completed with honesty snd great prices. Always satisfied.
Great communication. Fair and reasonable pricing. I will totally recommend him to my friends and family.
Roger has worked on several of our boats. Most recently he rebuilt the lower unit on my 4 stroke yamaha. He was very patient and took the time to go throuh it and make sure what was really needed, and salvage reusable parts to help try and reduce the cost.. It works great.!
Very good mechanic if he cant fix it no one can.
Hi my name is Ryan I have done lots of work with roger and his son he redid all my wiring on my small bass tracker and done some welding on my brothers boat when the trailer rusted in half and welded a steel bar which still holds well for my trolling he’s good at his wrk and is honest on price and charges far less then most boat mechanics.
Seven months and 2k later I have my boat back. About $500 of it was stuff that I didnt ask to have done and could have done myself but he took it upon himself to do. I told him how to turn the cabin bilge pump on and off but when the bilge pump was continuously running (because he wired the boat back up incorrectly) his solution was to cut the wiring to the bilge pump instead of just asking me if there was a switch for it or pulling the fuse or wiring the boat correctly so that there wasnt continuous power to the boat. That being said most of the work seems to have been done correctly but I havent had much of a chance to actually put the boat in the water to find out as I have spent my weekends getting things that I paid for and waited 7 months corrected.Update...after chasing down an overheating issue I decided to check the impeller as when the outdrive was submerged in water there was no discharge. The first thing to do is drain the gear oil. Popped both screws out and nothing came out. On my reciept I was charged for an impeller change which apparently in his world doesnt include oil. I havent gotten any farther with job yet to see what else he didnt do
Great service! Friendly, knowledgeable mechanic😀
Be cautious! Gives you a quote, then when the vehicle is dropped off, he calls back with another quote. Doesnt honor his work, had to go to another mechanic to fix my vehicle. Does not give receipts and then when asked, ignores your call. I threw away $400 and still have the same problem!!
Had new rear struts installed, pick up and delivery of vehicle. Very professional and prompt service.
Thief.
