Rack Room used to be a store wed shop at to get good deals with their BOGO 50% deals. Now however, pretty much every shoe that you would want (Converse, Vans, Nike, etc) are either completely excluded from this deal or can only be used as the first pair (the full price pair) and not as the 50% off pair. This means you cant get the BOGO50% deal on two pairs of shoes marked like this - and seriously, the number of shoes marked like this is ridiculous. So unless youre happy to pick a pair of shoes you (nor anyone else) dont really want, you can forget about the BOGO50% deal that Rack Room has been known for. Ill be shopping somewhere else. Preferably somewhere they run the air conditioner too so everyone in the store isnt sweating all over themselves.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Just wish the selection of mens New Balance in sizes less than 8 was better.

Ive been going to this store since I was a kid. I can always find what I need here. I have a wide foot, and the store always has shoes in wide sizes. A great selection of name brand shoes and at a good price. This store often has buy one get one half off. Its always nice to get a couple pairs of good shoes for under 100 bucks. Definitely check this place out in the Westfield countryside mall.

Wrong size didnt return because they were skit resistant shoes and I already had wore them.

Great place to buy shoes and they have many sales there like buy one pair get the other one 50% off. They also give military discounts.

Went in to get nonslip shoes for my daughter for her new job. However, we were followed in by a regular one of your clients & stalked. We were very uncomfortable. We were finally able to leave.

Good overall experience. Store was clean, a lot of employees available to help. Only downside would be the out of stocks for most common shoe sizes.

Really wide selection of shoes with generous promotions. the store is setup to follow cdc guidelines with appropriate and adequate safety measures. Definitely a good place to stop first if looking for shoes to understand a good price.

I went into the store a couple weeks ago looking for some shoes for my 5year old. One of the associates named Jared was extremely helpful. He helped reach up high because I am not very tall and helped me find just what i needed.

Lots of style choices. Didnt have the size we needed though.

First time buyer and the experience was great! Looking for Nike sneakers and what a huge selection. Heres how it works when you walk in...find your brand your looking for, then your style next size. Pull the boxes that have those prerequisites and find a place to sit down, which are everywhere, and start trying them on. No pressure from sales people only if you ask for help. Hopefully, you find what you like then off to checkout! Oh yes by the way, the prices are hard to beat. So, give it a try next time you are in Countryside Mall and see for yourself.

Rack Room Shoes has a great selection. Staff is helpful and willing to assist if needed. Most stock is out for sale and many sizes available. Good sales run often like the buy one get one half off sale. Always worth a quick look to see the latest styles out.

The store is well-lit and well-staffed. Though I found the style of shoe I was looking for, unfortunately I happen to be looking for something that was probably popular because it was not carried in my size. I was given the option to have it delivered directly to my house if I purchased it. Thats pretty convenient.

Selections are alright and sizes always available. I can never find my second pair.

Not happy. I called and asked the worker if they had Reebok classicsand she said yes. So I drove all the way to the mall only to be dissapointed because they dont them in reality and so I asked the guy worker and he also said no and grabbed a pair of reebok and said these are the closest thing to the reebok classics we have and they were nothing close to the classics and all he said was sorry and walked away immediately. You boys and girls need to learn what type of shoes are what and learn how to comfort your customers when wronged.

Heard older gentleman tell a customer when I walked in that a $10.00 coupon was offered with 75.00 purchase. When I checked out I spent over 100.00 n had to ask Jared about coupon. He said its not applied unless you ask about itI find messed up. Everyone should automatically get discounts if spending required amount

Came in to return a pair of shoes that my husband bought the day before, they did not fit him well. When the manger Chris was called to the register, he was rude and tossed the sales receipt at the other employee and spoke rude to us as we walked away. We are a family of four, and require sneakers often. Unfortunately because of the horrible customer service, I will shop else where. I suggest you do as well.
