I usually forget to leave reviews for chains, but my boyfriend and I have been coming in here relatively often lately for pokemon and I have to give a shout out to Hannah for her customer service. Shes always super friendly and helpful and stands out among other staff Ive dealt with in the past. Also, the stores t-shirt sales and other pricing feels way more reasonable to me than pricing I remember from years ago, and they always have a neat selection of stuff.

Me and my son absolutely love this store. great for little kids and big kids alike. Feels like it was spawned from The Big Bang Theory and Adult Swim. Weve definitely spent some money in this place.

A shell of what it once was. Just anime and Funko Pop nowadays. Even the t-shirt wall is greatly reduced.There were no Star Trek themed items, bit to my pleasant surprise, the lady working the counter was a surprisingly knowledgeable fan of the show.

Good selection of Funko and always a buy 2 get the third free deal going on. If you ever wished GameStop sold more memorabilia, then this is the place for you. Its basically that exclusively, minus any video games.

This is a very cool store. They have some very cool stuff here. lots of nostalgia. There is a huge variety of things here. Toys, a lot of different collectables. Any true geek would love all the stuff here!! The items are pretty overpriced for what they are in this store. A fun place to shop though. Clean store and very well organized. The staff seems to be pretty helpful too.

Im honestly less of a fan since they quit carrying Gunpla, but they still carry a wide selection od game and anime merchandise.

I always find something I want when I go in, whether its a plushie, a commander deck, or even a Funko Pop. The staff are so friendly and sweet when it comes to helping you. This is one of my favorite stores to come to and is usually the first store I go to when my bf and I get to the mall.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of Funko Pops and T-shirts and other pop culture memorabilia.

I like this store because it is one of my daughters favorite stores. They have a large variety of Funko Pops. I give this one 1 star because I didnt like the employee that was working. We went while they were still on a mask mandate and my boyfriend and I had just got some coffee before going into this store. I had my mask on because I wasnt actively drinking but my boyfriend had is pulled down in order to be drinking. He went to the register to ask the employee a question about one of the products. She immediately stopped him mid question and started freaking out that his mask was pulled down. We thought it was ridiculous the way she treated it so needless to say my boyfriend told her well you must not want my money. We left that store without purchasing anything. She just didnt handle the issue at hand very well.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Stores got all kinds fun gift ideas and collectibles.

Visited a few days ago since I had never seen a physical store only the online store which Ive bought from numerous times. Store was well maintained and had a great selection of the popular shows and such out right now. I would highly recommend visiting!

To much stuff you can find at hot topic and Game stop. Not enough actual Think Geek products. The Iron Man replica was cool.

9/17/18 - Great Job! Went in to purchase an identical Captain America backpack I had purchased in August and the store was out (other son wanted one as well). Hannah helped me locate the same on the store computer. No image on the website so she went out of the way to call another store to get a positive ID and I bought it with free home shipping. Thanks Hannah!!9/20/18 - 9/22/18 - Received wrong backpack. (Bought a $70 backpack, got a $15 knock-ff!) Called ThinkGeek store and Hannah answered. She was as upset as me and started calling the other stores to get one sent directly to the store for her approval. 2 Days and several phone calls from her keeping me updated later, Hannah got me my backpack and I couldnt be more pleased! Kudos to Hannahs positivity and professionalism! Definitely will be a return customer and have recommended this place to all my Geek friends! Thanks!!!!

The products change all the time so whenever I come back in, I get to see something new. They always have a Pop sale going on, which is great for collectors. The employees are always welcoming, whether you are new or a regular.

This is a fun place to look around and occasionally find some obscure gaming or various other type of memorabilia and things of that nature. Recommended if you’re in the mall and window shopping and want a cool place to browse.

This is a very specific store. If youre into star war and superheroes, you will feel like you walked into geek heaven. However, unless youre a collector or have kids, you probably wont find yourself visiting this store very often. Even though it is a bit of a niche market, it is definitely good for what it is

Geek collectable heaven. We learned our lesson to never take Pop Vinyls out of their packaging. Trying to sell without original boxes Pops are worthless. Ouch. And oops.

I had a young lady named Cassidy help me out. she helped me find all the stuff i was looking for and was very up beat the whole time. i highly recommend her if you are looking for something specific.

I was once a longtime devoted fan of think geek website until. They were bought by gamestop. I was quite disappointed with the physical store, i was expecting more gadgets and useful geek items but it was only a very limited selection of pop culture items.

Great selection! The only thing I would recommend is to get some newer star wars vintage collection figures. Great store!

A lot of really cool and fun things. Unique things too. What I really liked is that it is not a overly small and crowded store. It is a comfortable place to shop.

How can you not love this place? Anything nerdy, anime or videogame is here. The staff are incredible people who have a passion for what they do and are very approachable and knowledgeable. I had questions about a gift for my nephew, and they helped me find the perfect gift through questions and insight. Highly recommended!!

This Store Is The Best! Whenever I Go stop by at the mall this is one of the essential stores I go to! For starters, what ever they have on display like a Thor Hammer or a Lightsaber you can play with it/ test it out! They have really good sales also (sometimes) I’m personally a Funko! Pop collector and dang do they have some good ones!The store can be a little pricey but it’s ok the Iron Man Suite Makes Up For It... Lol I love this store so much and you should check it out!

3 because the staff was awesome. -2 because it’s all franchise merch. They didn’t have any of the cube/work or tech toys and next to no house stuff, unless it was a franchise coffee mug like Star Wars or something. A ton of figurines and that sort of thing though. Not an accurate representation of their online presence.

Tons of awesome trinkets and other fun things. Prices could be a little lower but they have a few deals some times which makes it a little easier. Definitely recommend going if your a gamer or NOOB haha. 5 stars for the clean friendly and POLITE workers!!

Well you get what you pay for, this is an upper-end toy store, some items can be very pricy, they are a collectible toy and hobby store. But get ready to dish out some serious cash, if you want superhero statues, figures, and comic items.
