Your installation crew, led by Rafael did a phenomenal job. There was a size glitch on the waterfall and that piece could have been sent back for resizing but Rafael mentioned he could make the correction and asked us if we were comfortable with him doing the work. He mentioned he was with your company over 9 years and that was enough for us to say yes. It took a few extra hours, but it was worth the wait as the waterfall fit and looked perfect plus they were able to finished the job. The crew started at 9AM and finished at 8PM but not once was there complaint about the extra time spent on the job. As a matter of fact, they took their time cleaning and making sure the countertop looked perfect. We are truly extremely happy with the quality and the entire process. Thank you.Rafael came back today for a minor service and as anticipated, went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied, need I say more. Thank you again. I added one last picture now that we have our appliances, for a comparison purposes.
TERRIBLE; everything takes two weeks or more. Then they send out installers who cut the holes in the backsplash so big you could not install switches and outlet covers. Its 1.5 weeks and still waiting for them to fix this problem. Then if you want to add something they say your order is already in production and no changes can be made without it taking at least two weeks. Emily half the time does not return emails. All I can say is take your time going over every little detail before signing on the bottom line. Or better yet go some place else.I still do not understand why when your workers mess up you have to go through Cabinets to Go. It was your people who cut the pieces wrong. Cabinets to go has nothing to due with this. Fix the problem and put me back on the schedule, simple. 1.5 weeks go by and you still have not even cut the material and not put me on the schedule, why? No one is going to pay you again for doing the job wrong in the first place.
We worked with our local ProSource Wholesale as we were updating our kitchen for the purpose of resale. They work with different suppliers for there products, so when we ordered our granite, they used Pavimento Inc.We did not know anything about them, but just let me say they are fantastic. It fit perfectly, the installers worked very well together and they did not leave until they made sure we were satisfied. It looks so good I wish we were not selling our home. Thank you.
They installed our Cambria quartz and did a fantastic job. Only one cut behind the cooktop, you cant even see it. They really were amazing! Laser measuring made everything perfect too. Very nice to work with.
John is a great guy. He was so accommodating and helpful! I would definitely recommend you give him a look! The facility is amazing.
Pavimento installed our countertops. They took a dremel and smoothed out an imperfection. It removed the finish. For the last year, they promised to fix it...nothing but empty promises
I had my new house done by Pavimento. Kitchen, laundry, and 3.5 bathrooms. It came out great! Thanks Paulina! Crew was on schedule, very skilled, and cared to do a great job.
Awesome experience! My wife and I were looking to do a new counter top install for our kitchen and bathrooms. We got hooked up with Pavimento through Lowes. Throughout the process Pavimento provide a great level of service especially with the scheduling, however I wish I could say the same thing about Lowes. Myself and Pavimento had to drag Lowes through the entire process and stay on top of them as they were constantly late holding up their end. In the end, I cut Lowes out and worked direct with Pavimento and couldnt be happier with the result.
We love partnering with Pavimento Inc, everyone on their team has shown such great customer service to us here at Kitchen Tune-Up Tampa Central. We appreciate their attention to detail, and our clients have nothing but good things to say about their installers.
I havent had the chance or pleasure of doing any business with them but, I think they do well regardless!
We are a contractor and have never had such a bad experience with a company. Horrible craftsmanship and refused to fix there terrible work. Be very cautious using this company! Pictures soon to come!
I highly recommend the installers Manny and Carl at Pavimento. As a real estate broker I know that it is the employees that make the business rock. These two guys worked constantly for two days and Mannys expertise was so obvious. I’ve seen a lot of jobs which were good but I’m pleased to say my new kitchen countertops and backsplash were perfect when these guys left after 7:30 at night! Better service I couldn’t have asked for.Caroline York M
We use Pavimento for 90% of our stone work and have for several years now. Are they perfect, no, but they always stand behind their product and make sure its right. They were a well established, reputable company prior to us ever working with them and I have watched them grow significantly since. The commercial construction industry is not for everyone, but there are few companies that I trust as much as Pavimento to ensure a quality product that is delivered on schedule.
Best experience Ive ever had with granite selection, price and install. Ive used several granite suppliers over the years and none compare to Pavimento. I would highly recommend Pavimento for anyone looking for updating or building a new home.
This is the worst company to deal with, never get a straight answer on anything, find someone else. Just terrible!!!
Outstanding. Owner takes ownership, team is professional and top notch. Also smoothed out issues that were due to mistakes made by our kitchen remodeler (J&B Cabinet - Bill Parr - yuck) yet Pavimento took the high road, no blame, just solutions, yet we could see what Pavimento was managing behind the scenes. Lovely.
I am rewriting my review after talking with the owner and having the counter top installed today. The owner apologized for the lack of communication in the company and promised to improve it. The counter top was installed quickly and professionally today. The workmen were pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company in the future. They seemed to care very much and worked to correct any problem. I am satisfied .....Cindy Stroud
One word...AMAZING. From the minute I stepped in the door I received nothing but white glove service. The staff walked me around to show me inventory, we discussed my needs and the pros and cons of each product. They asked important questions about use, maintenance and expectations so I would be sure of my investment. The templating was flawless and in days my dream kitchen and bath became a reality. The install crew were neat, skilled and efficient. I couldnt ask for better customer service. I highly - highly recommend Pavimento to anyone shopping for quality, affordable quartz and granite!
Excellent prices, selection, customer service, and installation. We really enjoyed working with Pavimento.
Great company.. My installers (Manuel and Ernesto) were hard workers that did an amazing job and fast!
Great customer service at great prices!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!
Bad pricing and horrible service.Name in spanish thought hard workers or at least quality appearently not. DONT RECOMEND
Only giving them one star because I have to Scheduled a kitchen install at Lowes from out of state and they used his company for the granite. We recently moved to FL and called them to do our granite in our home too. After paying for a measure and picking out granite and repeated emails and phone calls they couldn’t tell me when we could get the job done and installed. Finally a manager sent me an email saying that apparently we went happy and should go to another company after 4 WEEKS! Granite was in stock! Terribly unprofessional. RESPONSE TO PAVIMENTO: Order was Initially thru Lowes. Then tried to use you again on a second job and after weeks of coming to your showroom to pickout granite, paying for a measure, answering questions such as sink size and shape via email, I could never get it fabricated. I kept asking your people where are we????? Tried to pay them, etc. Finally after weeks of asking your people when is this getting done-your operations manager told me to find someone else to do the job, which I did and it was done in 7 days TOTAL! Your management and service SUCKS! If you want me to name names here I will Check her email...
I contracted them through Lowes and I missed work to have the template done for a simple breakfast bar counter with no sink. They could not get their act together and coordinate the job with Lowes and they didnt seem to care. Finally with the job still not scheduled a month later they sent Lowes an updated work order where they added a different style corner to my counter that costs more money and is not what I requested. We are pulling our business from Pavimento.
We used this company as a contractor for Lowes. The process at Lowes was super simple. The final product is great. The stone is beautiful. The man who came to measure and the guys who came to install the counters were all super friendly. The process in the middle was a disaster. Their customer service from the office is awful. They dont answer or return phone calls. I had to harass them or call Lowes to get any information out of them. If you have 3-4 weeks to clear out your calendar to accommodate their schedule then this company is for you, they do great work. Dont expect the other way around. This whole part of the process ruined the experience for us. We are very happy with our countertops but until they sort out the issues in the office we wouldnt go through Pavimento again. Maybe its better to find a smaller / local company that has time and resources to focus on you, the customer.
Went to contract with them mid January 2015. Sent my deposit check via mail. I called to find out when we were on the schedule since we were living without a kitchen. Rep told me I wasn’t on the schedule because they never got a deposit. I sent them a copy of the cancelled check. THEN I was placed on the schedule. I was told around the 22nd of January that my install would be at the “end of next week” putting us around 1/30. I get a call from Tiffany around 2/2 saying my install was scheduled for 2/12! I told her that it was unacceptable and that I was living without a functioning kitchen. She couldn’t have cared less. She wasn’t very friendly and basically told me there is nothing she can do. I tried to reach John Kanne, the owner, but couldn’t. On 2/10, I called and spoke to Michelle to confirm my install on 2/12. She said we were on. I called again the morning of 2/12 for an ETA. She said the guys were on the way then put me on hold. Comes back on the phone to tell me that my slabs never came in! She “rescheduled” me for 2/16. On 2/16, I get a call saying that I was “rescheduled” again for 2/18. I called the owner again and we finally spoke. He said he couldn’t get me installed on the 18th! He said the 23rd for sure. (Their excuse was that the slabs took a long time to come in. That’s fine but why did they schedule and confirm 3 times when they didn’t even have them)? On the 23rd, they did show up around 10AM and I had to ask them to leave at 8pm. They got all but one vanity installed. They didn’t properly install some angles I had on the counter, bar top, and backsplash. None of the corners lined up. Not to mention, they cut the backsplash wrong and had to hack a small piece on the end to fix it where there should not have been a joint. Looks like a hack job. They didn’t have time to finish sealing the joints with the colored epoxy. I told them next time since it was so late. They scheduled my vanity install for 3/26. I told my rep AND the office that they still needed to seal the joints. They assured me they would take care of it. When the new installers came out, they knew nothing about sealing any joints and couldn’t stay to do it. They did take pictures of the joints I complained about and said it wasn’t installed properly and that they’d report it. I never heard anything back. They sent my invoice but I told them they hadn’t even come to seal the joints. They sent out a guy to seal the joints on 4/16. He looked at the issues I was complaining about and shook his head and agreed it wasn’t installed correctly. He also took pictures. I never heard anything. On 4/30, I receive a threatening email from owner John Kanne with a copy of a mechanics lien ready to lien my house and start “foreclosure” proceedings for an unpaid balance. The lien was dated 4/17 which is just 3 weeks after they finished the job and only 1 day after they came back to seal the joints I’ve been complaining about. I emailed John back that he either fixes the joints that don’t line up or compensate me some on the final bill. I never got a response. These people don’t have their act together and have a serious lack of consideration for their work and the customer. Over 20 years of building and flipping houses and it isn’t often I come across such terrible service. I’ll will admit that the crews that came to my house were very considerate but their lack of experience prevailed. The people running the place are cold. I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on my poor experience. I’d pay more elsewhere before I came back here. UPDATE 5/15/15. John Kanne refuses to fix the hack job or offer any kind of concession and ignores my emails and requests to resolve it and files a lien on my house. Stay away from this company. Update 9-7-15. John Kanne did end up calling me after he realized he wasnt getting paid without restitution. He fixed it and I paid him. Not sure why he made it so difficult. Im def leary of the 5 star reviews here. They seem to good to be true and scripted.
Before the response says I had no contract with Pavimento or Lowes, please search under Megan Walsh. My top and number one complaint is that this company cannot seem to get their scheduling done correctly. Just 5 mins ago I called to see where their people were, because through email an 8-10 am install time was and it was 10:30. When I called Michelle was super nice and figured out that even though she and I confirmed 8-10 am, we were actually scheduled on the board for a 1-3 pm time. Just a small side note for perhaps better customer relations... when someone has paid fully and upfront for the countertop, they then take a day off from work to accommodate your installer... Perhaps the installer stopping half way to your kitchen because they can see part of a fake counter top in the kitchen to make it some what functioning and saying with an irritated tone Look, is this like a real job or am I just giving you an estimate isnt the best approach. He can apologize all he wants and blame not having the correct paper work in front of him etc. etc. Thats rude, and if he was simply to give an estimate that would have been my final dealings with your company. Ironic how upset he was at the thought of his time being wasted....
Hot news!!! in my opinion only.I got a complete botched countertop job from them. The counters are crooked and different depths. The templater refused my faucet info and now cannot get the look a want because I cant use the faucet I want. John Kanne the owner told me I should have done my homework and my faucet and sink will not match up and it is my fault. Sorry I hired a proffessional to guide me through this. Now I have crooked counters of varying sizes and overhangs and a tube of caulk his guys left me so I can finish the job. Absolutely deplorable. Even his website calls for having the faucet on site for templating. I am disgusted. He also lies about being a Cambria lexus partner. Checked Cambrias website and they make no mention of him being in that club. In my opinion
The selection is great, the installers are great but the staff inside and the owners daughter are very unprofessional and rude!
Ordered through Lowes. Took several meetings, and they were a no-show when they came to measure templates so I fired them and got my money back - I figured I blown a day from work, and it probably wouldnt get better
Placed large order via Lowes were delays lies poor communication resulting in no product being supplied directly caused loss of income did not receive formal apology or any compensation found alternative supplier who did the job within ten days - avoid !
