Wonderful Jeweler! They also have a very nice selection of fine watches like pre owned Rolex, Omega, Brightling, Tag and many more. I love their gold, silver, and platinum bullion offerings with coins or even bars.

All luxury watches have a 20 to 30% higher price compare with the market. They said because they give the customer a 1 year guarantee (many places on the internet offer the same guarantees or more), also if you want to make a trade they do not give you anything for the value of your watch. I do not recommend this place.

I gave the international diamond center five stars. As soon as you walk through the door they welcome you with open arms. They are kind courteous and very professional. A special shout out to Veronica she went out of her way to take care of my needs. You guys are awesome !!

My husband took me here to upgrade my wedding band. There are so many beautiful selections of diamond rings to choose from and different price ranges. I had a lot of help from Rita and she has such a pleasant personality. While my husband was conversing with Keith about gold and platinum, I was able to try on many rings until I found the one! The enhancers along with the round cut diamond was perfect. We left with such a great experience that we’ll definitely be back for sure! 😊

Not impressed. Customer service was horrible. I went in to upgrade my wedding ring. We were greeted when we came in, however, we walked all over the store looking by ourselves before someone even came over to us. Turns out, she wasn’t even a salesperson. After she tried to help for about 30 minutes without full knowledge of the inventory, a salesperson finally came over. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or what, but he was not helpful at all and a bit rude. Luckily gds is just a few doors down and were able to make exactly what I wanted.

I had no idea what I really wanted but David was there to help guide us through the process and helping me (us) decide which engagement ring would fit my personal preference (that I never knew I had!) Not a very good selection. Didn’t see anything worth looking at for wedding bands. The diamond selection wasn’t that great either. This is the second time I went in and not much to see. I feel like if the jeweler would have helped me try on other options, I possibly would have found something but he didn’t try at all.

I trusted them completely to offer me the best diamond available for my taste and budget for the upgrade. We met on several occasions until I found the perfect diamond and band style to match my hand size and accommodate my sensory issues that I sometimes have with specific ring styles. The purchase took some time (over a few weeks) and they were not only responsive to all my inquiries, they were amazingly patient with all my requests. I could not be happier with the end result! Ordered a necklace 4/30/21 was promised the necklace would be in on 5/7/21. It was not in nor was it in the next day. I was issued a refund. Rita just called me today and told me the necklace I ordered was in 2 full weeks after it was ordered and a week late. When I informed her I got a refund she verified it and hung up the phone. Will not go back

There wasnt a huge selection of mens wedding bands, but that wasnt the biggest problem. When my fiances ring was sized and ready to be picked up they had specific instructions to call me, only me. Instead they called my fiance. Thats a surprise and a moment that I cant get back. If any business is going to deal with weddings, there needs to be great attention to details like that. I wont be back.

The International Diamond Center in Tampa is a large jewelry store, with a great selection of diamonds. The staff is very attentive and professional. We worked with Veronica who had some excellent suggestions of design after carefully listening to what we wanted. She is passionate and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family.

We visited the IDC Clearwater for the first time yesterday and I can’t give enough compliments. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, the displays and jewelry are breathtaking and then the customer service was the best we have ever experienced buying jewelry. The staff was interested in what we wanted beyond the dollar amount and down to the reason and emotion we wanted the piece. After explaining that we were searching for several pieces (wedding bands and our sons K- Graduation gift) the staff went above an beyond to help us find the most perfect pieces- all individually unique for the person receiving. They provided professional guidance on color matching & quality but never pushed to put it above our vision. I was warmly greeted by Rita and she was AMAZING throughout the entire process of finding (and creating) exactly what I wanted, with no sales pressure whatsoever. I returned several times, rings looked different on my hand vs online. She was available through texts whenever I had a question or would send her a picture of a ring, to see if it’s available in store. I never felt like I was a bother. I went to several stores in tampa and couldn’t find exactly what I wanted for our 10 year anniversary. The manager, John was AMAZING to help me design a custom ring. He was patient and listened to the details that I wanted. If it wasn’t for him, I would have gone to another store to have it made. I’m so happy with the results. We looked around at a few different jewelers, and got a good vibe the moment we stepped foot inside IDC. We were welcomed by everyone that works there. We needed custom work done and received assistance from sales and their lead designer. Katelyn was our sales rep, and she was wonderful to work with. She understood my vision, wanted me to be happy, and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied with our selections and their service. We selected band styles for mine and my husband’s rings, designed my own engagement ring and matching wedding bands, and my husband did too. Even when we were stressing or weren’t quite as happy, we were always reassured that they would help us until we found what we loved and they wouldn’t let us settle. They (Katelyn) went above and beyond to find the right stone, and worked on getting the ring to fit my finger, without taking anything away from the finished design. My husband was very picky and found a ring he liked, but wanted to change a few things. The final products turned out to be gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a long, sometimes stressful process, but they made it as pleasant as they could have. I LOVE my ring, the bands, and the quality work, and my hubby loves his as well. Went in not realizing the custom ability that they can do. I had an idea of what I wanted and asked them if they could make it. My experience with IDC was amazing. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and get the full attention of one of there lovely employees. We worked with 4 employees but one in particular that helped us throughout the whole process and she was lovely and her name is Katelyn. Choosing a ring to symbolize commitment and marriage is usually no easy task for a female. From its solid reputation and what I researched about it, I knew that International Diamond Center was the only choice for my husband and I to shop at.International Diamond Center is the best place in the area to get quality, high end jewelry and watches in my opinion. I appreciate their business model and I cannot say enough great things about their staff. The staff here do not work on commission which I feel is huge and respectable.I was given stellar service from the time I walked in the door. Michael Hanikeh went above and beyond to ensure I received my dream ring. He kept great correspondence with me regarding the ring ordering process and also showed care and compassion with my situation. Michael is a phenomenal sales sales rep for IDC and allowed me to feel at ease during the process. In addition, on a day there was only one jeweler instead of two, I was able to have my ring both sized and set during the afternoon it came in! I appreciate the jewelers phenomenal work.I would definitely and without hesitation shop at International Diamond Center again. The service and quality are unmatched! We had an amazing experience at IDC choosing an engagement ring and wedding band. The general manager, John was attentive upon our arrival. And our representative, Noam was a perfect match for us. We found the perfect rings and diamonds. We looked at several competitors and the pricing for the quality was far beyond what we saw. Also, we did not feel we were hustled or cattle like many other places. VERY Happy that we choose our diamond rings from IDC!

If you want to enjoy your engagement, don’t shop here. My fiancé bought me the perfect Noam Carver ring. Exactly what I was hoping for! It had a floral shank and rose gold accents on it. IDC resized my ring for me twice. The second time they took it in they rhodium plated over the rose gold accents on the ring! I brought it back in, they said they would fix it and did not. They gave me back a ring that still had plating over the rose gold and the details could barely be seen any longer. At this point I spoke with John, the general manager, who PROMISED me he would personally handle the situation. He stated he would have it sent back to Noam carver to be fixed by the designer himself. I walked out of IDC thinking that it was an honest mistake and being taken care of. After not receiving a follow up call that John stated he would make to me, the following day- I phoned IDC to see what was going on. I was then connected with Michael, the sales manager, whom John had delegated this issue to now. At this moment it was very clear to me that the communication issues within this company were at a management level and a direct result of the poor example set forth by their general manager who evades any situation that he does not want to deal with. Moving on, I was then promised by Michael that my ring would be shipped out over night to Noam in Canada and that I would have it back by the following Wednesday. Fast forward to the following Wednesday, it comes and goes- no phone call from IDC. Surprise, surprise! When I called them on Thursday to find out what was going on, I was told John was on a conference call and couldn’t come to the phone to speak with me on the matter, however he was available enough to relay information to his employee, TWICE. (Another example of not wanting to deal with problems) Finally, I got a voicemail from Michael’s cell phone, on his day off, apologizing for the situation and stating that he would contact Noam again about having the ring shipped out over night. So my fiancé paid outright for a brand new setting and diamond and what I will be getting back is my ring, refurbished, after just one short week of wearing it. I did request from Michael that my wedding band from Noam be sent out at the same time since my engagement ring was already being expedited. Though I don’t feel I should have needed to ask for this accommodation. I wouldn’t recommend IDC to anyone. I’ve had to reschedule engagement photos more than once due to their screw up and was never OFFERED any sort of compensation for the major inconvenience/run around. I won’t be able to use all the “free” services they offer in house (lifetime re-sizing, cleanings, etc.) because I will never allow their jeweler to touch my rings again. I intentionally suggested them to my fiancé over the gold and diamond source and now I am regretting that decision. NEVER AGAIN. What an awful experience and a despicable example of customer service/leadership when a problem arose, right from the “we are sorry for your bad experience” man himself, John Disabatino.

This place is simply amazing. In addition to the expansive (and frequently updated) collections they have here, the customer service is outstanding and will bring me back for life. When I went in to have a custom ring made they didnt even blink and immediately said, we can do that and totally delivered! I recently moved out of state and had to send my ring in for repairs and they were super helpful, accommodating, and professional. From the salesmen to the people answering the phones (shout out to Linzi!) This is a top tier place. Please allow them to service you!

Katelyn at IDC was AWESOME! We came in 15 minutes before closing because jewelry store close by did not have selection and did not even attempt to assist us. Katelyn greeted us enthusiastically and was patient. She helped us find exactly what we wanted. We did not feel hurried even though it was now after closing time. There was no rush. We really appreciate Katelyn and IDC for making the selection and sale a great experience.

I had convinced myself that I was going to buy my diamond online when I came in to IDC to look at engagement ring setting with my girlfriend. We were greeted by Milada who had previously met with my girlfriend when she had come in by herself at a prior date. Milada was very cheerful, informative, yet never pushy. She ended up seeing us multiple times over the next few weeks and always answered our questions with a smile and without sales pressure.Milada even talked to me about buying a diamond online, showed me how to read a GIA certificate, and told me what I needed to be watch out for (inclusions and their placement, floresence, and symmetry) when looking at diamonds online. She mentioned that they could work with me on price if I brought in online pricing information with a GIA certificate.My fiance was set on a Tacori setting so we made an appointment to come in during a Tacori and Forevermark event they were having in October. I brought pricing information and GIA certificates with me from a few good quality diamonds I found online ready to negotiate and ended up working out a great price on a diamond they had in store of better quality than what I was looking at online. We were even able to add a custom touch to the Tacori setting for some additional details in the band. It turned out better than we both could have imagined. I will be giving more business to IDC and Milada in the future.

I imagined what I wanted for a wedding ring and John DiSabatino made it come true. I didnt know this was an option until he told me he could do it. He is a true artist and I have a one of a kind Batman ring!! I would happily do business here again. Ask for John, he can make it happen for you or give you alternative options that will leave you satisfied.

If I could rate 0 stars, I probably would. My partner and I walked into this business looking for an engagement ring; this should be a great experience for us. Upon arrival, the business is under construction, so we knew itd be mirrored on the inside. As soon as we walked inside we were not greeted by any associates as it was clear they had sized us up for money as we walked in. Finally a young man helped us as he stated engagement rings were over there. He did not take the time to find out what we were looking for or even help point us in the right direction. Instead he said hed be around if we needed anything. From a place that has 5 star reviews, I think theyve paid off most of these and/or they do not care about making any sale from a potential buyer. He then proceeded to take his mask off to talk with us after we finally had to ask for help again and all the other associates made it clear they did not want to help us. To top it off, he proceeded to go grab a coffee from the back and Im sorry during this pandemic, this should be only in the back of any business. It was absolutely disgusting he decided to bring his coffee out on the counter while we were looking at rings and talked to us without a mask. This business clearly has zero regards for health and wellness of their patrons and we will not be doing any business at this place.

Two years ago, I was shopping around looking for engagement rings. If you are like me and dont know anything about diamonds, its pretty stressful. I went to several places and felt either pressured or the staff did not seem honest.I went to IDC and met J.D. He was patient and took the time to educate and show me the different types of diamonds, clarity, color, etc. After looking at several diamonds, I decided on an emerald cut stone, now on to the setting. IDC has a large selection of ring settings. I picked a vintage look halo setting. J.D. made the process easy and stress free. J.D. was able to help me stay on budget, I was able to select the perfect diamond, perfect ring for the perfect girl! The ring looks fantastic and is one of a kind and I did not have to spend a fortune to have it!If I did not go to IDC to build the ring at the price I paid. I would have paid a lot more at other stores, believe me Ive checked! This is a purchase that not only makes a statement, but able to be unique and one of a kind.The good news is she said yes! Its now close to the wedding and rings we need to get. So back to IDC of course! Since the ring is unique, the wedding band had to be specially made to compliment her ring. J.D. worked his magic and had an amazing band made.Whenever we go into IDC, J.D. made it a point to say hello and getting the engagement ring cleaned. Its nice when you walk in you are welcomed and never pressured. If you stress about the money part? No worries! They have great financing solutions to help if you need it. Dont know much about diamonds or rings...they will help you!I highly recommend IDC! If you want a cookie cutter something someone else has, thats easy to find at many places. I honestly can not say enough good things about IDC. Don’t bother reading any other reviews, just go in and ask for Rita. She will work with you and make your entire experience absolutely amazing. I went in there knowing little to nothing about diamonds, but Rita and Mr. Blue took the time to teach me everything I need to know. After we found what I wanted I went back online, shopped other local jewelers, and could not find anything that compared to it in price or quality. By the way my fiancé said yes and was blown away by the ring Rita and the IDC team helped me create.
