I havent been to Lennys since I was like eight nine years old. It really brought me back to my childhood. Wow. Places hasnt changed a bit. I havent ate here in like thirty thirty one years. Was really nice to catch up. Food was delicious. Service thatll make you smile. Definitely recommend.
This place is amazing! We come here every Sunday for breakfast. The food and service is always amazing. I look forward to every Sunday morning just to eat at Lennys. Keep doing what your doing, its perfect 🥰
Eating here has become one of our holiday traditions after going to Roberts Christmas Wonderland. The staff have always been so warm and friendly. Today our waitress had the cooks split the batter for the mickey mouse pancake into two separate pancakes for our small kids (3 and 1) so they each got their own plate! The food is fantastic. Large portions and delicious. Get the firehouse home fries. You wont be disappointed!
Krison and Mark the Balloon Guy made for an incredible experience. The food was beyond generous in portion, very well priced, with that homemade quality youd expect from nanas. The decor, the entertainment, the cute ceiling tiles, and the fun menu all played into an amazing experience. Well worth your trek out, even if there is a wait, because it will be an experience you wont soon forget!
I love eating at Lennys, especially for their breakfast choices, but today we had their homemade pot roast with mashed potatoes and carrots. This meal was excellent and Id highly recommend ordering it.
This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere is classic diner, super cool and inviting. The food portions are ridiculous, in the best way. So delicious. I am yet to be disappointed in any possible way. Everything is delicious, literally everything! You get danishes or relishes ( coleslaw, macaroni salad, delicious cucumbers and onions, the best!)- cant go wrong with any of them. Theres a reason this place stands the test of time. So, so much to chose from on the menu. If I lived closer, theyd see me every week!
Ive lived in Pinellas county for 33 years and have never happened across this place untiñ my bday which just passed on the 19. 33 years without this place Is absolutely not ok.!! It is located on us 19 frontage road Infront of a really old Magnuson hotel. If there wasnt a crowd outside of this place you would probably pass it. Be ready to look for parking the place is very busy parking overflows to the hotels property all the time. Inside is quaint busy and close to others. My server was a lovely big personalty big smile and big voiced woman who warmly welconed us and made my bday very special and my life. I have a personal love for pickles and Lennys restaurant is the place to go If you love pickles they carry two brothersAnd I dont know why Ive never heard of this grand but they are the most amazing pickles ever Not only with my ruebon amazin In the restaurant food that we ordered that we could not finish these pickles are one reason to stop here I bought a quart of them and brought them home that cost $7 Theyre worth every penny!
This is my favorite breakfast spot and I’ve been going here since I was a kid. It’s got the best diner feel and food in probably all of Pinellas. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The owners are so genuine! The servers are fun and helpful. Make sure you get the danish basket! They never disappoint.
Buzzing with people, the food was very good, the staff amicable and helpful, once you step in and browse the menu you’ll know why it’s a gem, giving the feeling of upstate mom & pop’s diner, long-employed waitresses that know customers by name and their favorites.I just have to come back for sure‼️ 👍🏼
Excellent atsmosphere, with a very kitschy and retro vibe...like stepping into grandpas basement! With unique hand painted sayings on the ceiling tiles.The menus are also funny with breakfast items named after the waitresses.Plus the food is outstanding, especially the Gator Omlette. If youve never eaten alligator and wanted to give it a whirl, this is the place! All the rest of the food is delightful as well.And despite the brunch wait times you might encounter, the service is fast and the food gets to your table quickly.Plus they bring you a little danish basket to tame your hunger beast while you wait.Lennys is a must-do staple of any visit to Clearwater Beach Florida!
Very friendly staff and great food. I did not wait long but other times I have came and it was a line out the door. The home fries were good and wish it would have been seasoned a little more.
One of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten, portions were huge and the complimentary danish basket is to die for! Our waitress was amazing as well! Great food and top notch service!

Woooow, this place is amazing. Joanne is super kind and awesome at what she does. She brought out a slice of watermelon which somehow was the best I’ve had even during the season. Everyone is super friendly and the food is seriously top quality. Thank you!!

Lennys is a classic breakfast and lunch place in clearwater been their for years the staff always great and they been their for years too the breakfast is great everytime with the free pastries u get a nice touch always tremendous food yea u pay a little more for some things but portions more than make up for it and with the pastries u take u are always happy and feel like got monies worth whether your visiting or live here great place check it out.

The eggs were good, the staff was awesome, the coffee was ok.I don’t like the atmosphere, felt like i was transported back to the 80s. This place needs a facelift!They seem to have a big retired crowd which is wonderful, but if you also want to branch out and attract young families I’d say improve the interior and exterior of the place.
A wonderful place to have breakfast for anyone. I traveled from Colorado and am definitely glad that I chose to visit Lennys. The food was great, especially the pastry basket, very cool. The staff were very friendly and the service was great.
We have been driving past Lennys for more than a decade saying we wanted to try the restaurant. Well today we did. Our server was Joanne and we loved her from the start. We were with another couple and they had a great time. The service was stellar and the food was awesome! My eggs were cooked perfectly, everything tasted great. There was a small wait to get a table because this place is popular and trust me, it is well worth the wait! Dont wait! Try Lennys!
Unreal experience! Cant believe I didnt on know about this place sooner.The decor and feel is unique and enjoyable. The family friendly dinner vibe is on point! To add to it though the menu is spectacularly different than any Ive ever seen.Completely distinct and creative menu items give this place a one of a kind nature to it.I was fortunate to be seated immediately (late morning on a weekday), but be prepared for a wait during busy times as the secret about this hot spot is OUT!
What a neat place! It was so busy, and I can imagine it stays that way. Large varied menu. Everything ordered by my table was good. They showed their support for local Pride community too. Will go back next time I’m in Clearwater for sure. Good old fashioned diner done right
Best breakfast in Clearwater or anywhere else! Best eggs Benedict ever and I’d have it all the time but I live the firehouse omelet so much I have to take turns! Love the home fries and get them extra crispy (you have to tell them) they are soooo good! Servers are awesome and owners are too! ♥️ Lenny’s!

Amazing service that is obviously one of their strengths....hospitality and they make you feel like family. This place is popular and you can see why. The menu is huge with lots of typical breakfast combos, but the menu definitely consists of some new an exciting items specials from time to time. Its family oriented, quick, tasty, and reasonable priced. I love how certain items come with a basket of baked treats, which youre given a baggy to take em home. If youre in the mood for smiles and breakfast definitely check this place out. Once leaving the bridge from Tampa you are about 3 minutes from good ol Lennys.
“Nicely” greeted by the lady at the door who told us they open at 7am when myself and another couple of guests waiting outside checked google that says 6am. She said “honey we don’t check google, we use Facebook.” and then rudely closed the door on us.
We loved everything about Lennys Restaurant. The taste of the homemade meal is always our target and we found it there. The portions are very generous. Homemade Danish is delicious. They are in the business for a long time, do not advertise and have a big crowd of regulars. It certainly means something!
The best place to eat breakfast in Clearwater. Seafood omelet superb. Pancakes, waffles and French toast exceptional every time. The service is very friendly even as busy as it gets. The little baked treat bag is that you get is a great touch. I have brought several fiends from out of town and they love this place as I do.

It was so crowded! But finally got seated. And the staff was super nice. However at the time there was a bad scene going on. Bunch drunk people! Cops came and everything. I think the staff could’ve handled it better without disturbing the customers. The food was alright. I got an omelette. Wasn’t what I expected. I do have to say though the banana French toast was amazing!! Coffee was burnt!
Best breakfast in Greater Tampa/St Pete area. Had a pastrami omelet that was incredible. The people match the food here - overall great experience and a delicious inexpensive meal.
Great home style family restaurant and local favorite. Most of the waitresses have been here for years. Great customer service, large portions, good variety and just a fun place to eat.Was lucky to go on a Wednesday, pot roast. Very good. Friend had meatloaf. We shared a condiment plate, cup of chicken noodle and fries. We were super hungry and ended up with leftovers.If you want to go when the Phillies are in town, good luck. This place is packed. Waiting isnt to long and worth it.
The wait was expected due to the day. The pastries while you wait were much less than desirable; however, free. The staff was pleasant, the grandchildren were treated great and they loved the balloon guy. He did a fabulous job! The wait for food in is the reason we most likely will not return. The area was clean and for visitors on a different day, possibly a better outcome.
Just moved to Clearwater. 1st time at Lennys was amazing. Great food and service. LORRAINE was the best server We have had in forever. Total pro, knows the food and menu and anticipates your every need and great personality. Coming back for sure, cant wait to try new things.

Such good breakfast! I ordered the veggie omelette with home fries & fruit so I got the complimentary danish basket with it. The danish basket was filled with delicious treats to tied me over before I got my food and MAN I was not disappointed. The portions were huge and so so delicious. I loved every bite!
Wonderful, upbeat atmosphere! Staff is so easy-going and happy and the food is delicious! I dont see how anything negative could ever be said about Lennys. A place where the locals eat and definitely a place to go as a tourist.
I have been visiting this place for the past 20 years. They serve breakfast and lunch. My favorite dish here is Matzo ball soup and brisketof beef. Sandwiches are great as well.
Lennys was on a recommendations list we read, and I 100% agree! Their food was fantastic, the service was quick and friendly, and there were so many choices that sounded delicious! Great prices too- $20 for myself and my husband. It took us a bit of a trip to get to Lennys from Clearwater Beach, but we would do it again!
Always a great experience, my go to diner now that Ive moved to this area. Affordable, fast, great variety and friendly staff. Definitely a must visit if you are in town
Loved my meal. Everything I tried was delicious. And the service was wonderful. The place was packed, and on a wait when we arrived, but they very quickly were able to fit in our party of 7. Only negative I have to mentioned was that someone in our group ordered the biscuits and gravy and was unimpressed. Said they tasted like too much flour was used in the gravy. They did clarify that they were delicious the last time they had visited Lennys, so maybe today was just an off day for their gravy.

The pancakes are ok.The turkey bacon is terrible (they should invest in higher quality cuts).The veggie omelet was decent.cons:The coffee tasted a little burnt.The Parking situation is very dicey! Very difficult to get a spot :-(

Lennys gets an A+ for wonderful service and a nice menu. Plus its a big place with a cool layout. But my veggie omelet and the home fries were less than memorable. Guess Im spoiled by Country Boys incredible breakfasts in Dunedin.

Oh my we always ordered from work and boy did I miss their breakfast pastries!! Stopped in Sunday for the first time and had breakfast was awesome to eat my breakfast with a balloon hat! Our waitress Marie was on top of everything never was out of a sip of sweet tea! Highly recommend their prices are reasonable and the food is great and the staff is very friendly!

Ive normally had great experiences when visiting in the past, my recent visits has been unpleasant. My friend and I felt as if we were not wanted in their restaurant! I dont want to point out, yet I am, we were the only 2 African Americans in the building aside from a few we seen working there. Things like that doesnt normally bother me because thats how it is in the restaurants we normally choose to eat! But the atmosphere of this one was quite scary in a way! If youre brown of any descent try to just stay away from here !!!! 😔

I really like the food. Breakfast is very good. If you get the home fries they ask do you want onions. They pile it on. A little to many for me. Besides that coffee very good. Rest of the food super great service. Set at the bar it was so good. I really like it. Go to Lennys.
This is an old school diner with warm service and a delicious array of comfort food. We came in for a late breakfast and waited about ten minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it! They started us off with their freshly baked danish baskets, yum, and freshly squeezed orange juice. My daughter ordered a waffle with chicken, gravy, two poached eggs, and a side of the home fries with onions. She claims it was the perfect balance of sweet and salty goodness. My hubby had a gator omelet with hollandaise sauce and ate every bite, plus French toast side. My son and I had scrambled eggs; he had the pancakes as a side and I had the home fries with the best pumpernickel bread. Every single thing was delish and the service was top notch. If you are in town, this is a must.
Such a wonderful experience at Lennys. We were seated and were served drinks almost immediately. The decorations were interesting and created some fun conversations. I especially enjoyed reading the funny blurbs on the ceiling squares. Our waitress Cindy was so kind and helped me choose what to eat as the menu was packed with choices. I had the pastrami deli and cheese on potato knich. It was so good! Portion sizes were a tad big for my taste, but I was able to finish it all the same. We were also given Danish pastries which were delicious! Overall I had a wonderful experience here at Lennys and would definitely recommend it!
