Do not buy or trust. Defective refurbished phone with no recourse. Seems like a fraudulent or at least negligent refurbishing company - I purchased a refurbished iPhone from this company, doing business as BuySaveRepeat, through BackMarket a month ago. The iPhone was defective upon receipt, as it would not charge or turn on. I was provided a return slip to return the phone to BuySaveRepeat/Concept Concept for a refund or replacement - after returning and verifying through tracking the phone was received by seller, I suddenly received a notification of a tracking number back to me. When inquiring as to what was being shipped back, the seller informed me that the BackMarket warranty would not apply to this phone and they had returned said defective phone back to me. Apparently, the battery is not the original battery - which I did not touch or open. As evidence, seller provided photos of the taken apart/open phone with a non-original battery - photos taken after I sent the same phone back to them. I assured them I had not touched the phone - only tried to charge and turn on to no avail - and requested evidence or photos of the inspected phone battery prior to sending to me in the first place. No luck, they just keep telling me they dont have photos and there is no record on their end of the battery being replaced so I must have taken apart the defective phone upon receipt, presumably stole the original Apple battery, replaced it with a defective battery, then mailed right back to them only to have it mailed right back to me. Ive disputed the charges and provided the documented conversation to my credit card company. I would never purchase or trust this company, or BackMarket, again.

I ordered a Samsung phone (new?) and received it NOT IN A BOX and NO INSTRUCTIONS. It was not exactly what I wanted and asked to exchange it but have received NO REPLY. I dont want to send it back without the assurance of being able to exchange it AND receive a phone IN ITS BOX WITH INSTRUCTIONS.

THEY WAITED 2 MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHASE TO REPORT MY CELL STOLEN WHICH BLOCKED IT AND I CANT USE IT. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. they are a scam! i bought a watch, it was delivered late, and is completely broken. i thought they were reliable because they have awesome reviews on ebay, but theyre all lies. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!EDIT: i returned the watch and they issued a 50% refund, claiming I sent a different watch back. What a joke. I opened a case up with eBay and thankfully they honored my request and refunded the rest of my money.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 5s from this company and I am very satisified. the phone looked brand new, no scratches, I got everything I needed on time and the phone is working well, the phone is also in great function to this day. Thanks concept electronics :)

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sell through Amazon under a different name and through eBay. Avoid these people at all costs, they are scammers, their customer service will accuse and threaten you simply for asking for them to send a return slip for a defective item that they sent you. Oddly enough they could send a return slip with a replacement, but I did not want anything from them so they refused to send the return slip. WORST COMPANY EVER

Scam company as other reviewers said. Bought a defective projector, return to them and they said it not the same projector and charge 50% restocking fees.

This place sells stolen phones. Dont buy phone from them. My lawyers will get them shortly. On eBay they are really called concept_electronics. I hope these criminals go out of business and go to jail.
