I know how this is going to sound, but I HATE DIAMONDS. So why did I go to Helzberg *Diamonds*? For the Moissanite. It turns out that in the Tampa area, Helzberg is one of the biggest carriers of Charles & Colvard certified Moissanite. So we checked it out! I was SO surprised by the affordability, and the reps were incredibly efficient at keeping my ring within my budget! They even had a decent selection of Tungsten rings for my future hubby, and financing options. If you have never heard of Moissanite, do yourself, the world, and your wallet a favor and Google what youre missing. Screw DeBeers.

The staff is so nice but they don’t know how to clean jewelry. I’ve cleaned my ring there three time and each time I leave my ring still looks dusty and dirty under the bridge where the middle diamond is. also the diamonds closet to the middle part always look dirty as well.

Nice place, very beautiful jewlery, but my boyfriend brought me in and they sozed my finger for a ring, sent it to be sodered, had to wait extra time because the man who does it was on vacation, and when we picked it up it was the wrong size! They sized my finger wrong, so we had to send it back again to get it sized correctly, and i had to wait almost 3 weeks in total to be able to wear my ring. Over all its a beautiful ring, I just wish i could have been sized correctly to begin with.

My fiancé and I went in to pick out a wedding set for me and Glenn helped us. He was so, so wonderful!! I can’t express that enough! He was very upfront and honest with us about the different kinds of rings, for me and for a band for my fiancé, you could tell he was genuine and never pushed us towards a more expensive ring just to make a bigger sale. He really only cared that we were happy with what we were getting and also ensured we were getting our moneys worth, something that would last. We went with a beautiful moissanite ring for me as we were not looking to spend the money on a diamond ring and I couldn’t be happier with it!! It’s so beautiful and sparkly!! Garrett and Deb saved my Christmas! Excellent customer service, they helped me cancel an order from a different store that had lied about their sizing times in order to get me to buy a gift for christmas they knew would NEVER be ready in time. Garrett helped me cancel that order while Deb found me the ring I wanted to purchase in the first place. They were up front about the fact that sizing a ring can take a while but I could buy the ring in order to give it to my mother for Christmas, and we could go back and size it later. That is exactly what I did, I appreciated the honesty, they resolved my problem, and Ill definitely be returning for my future gift purchases!

The staff is very friendly and good selection of items. It took them 3 times on my ring to get it the right size and twice for my wedding band. I wasnt very happy but it is what it is. I still love my ring.

The manager here is possibly the rudest person in customer service I have ever met. First she interrupted and yelled at the woman who was helping us for something that happened earlier in the day and then she had the audacity to insult my engagement ring purchased elsewhere. She talks to you like youre an idiot and she is far superior. We were going to buy wedding bands (to match my BEAUTIFUL 2 carat ring) but we are taking our business else where now. Someone higher in the company should probably knock her off of her high horse and teach her how to treat customers. Mickey is her name- I hope you read this too!

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. They have such a beautiful collection! I have had some bad experiences with jewelry stores, as you can’t seem to find a kind associate in sight, but everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It is where I will go for any jewelry needs I have now!

Weve had great experiences in the past with helzberg. Ive bought several pieces of jewelry for my wife and all transactions have been pretty smooth. My wife tried to adhere to their regiment for cleaning/inspections. The last time she went in for a cleaning she was overly pestured and hard sold to buy more jewelry. My wife went to the store to maintain her jewelry and instead received a halfway decent cleaning on one piece and tons of pressure to purchase/put items on layaway/take out a line of credit after making it clear that she wasnt interested.We own a business, we understand sales. But, we would never pressure a customer that hard, especially when they didnt come to purchase anything in the first place.

I stood there for a half hour no store clerk said one word to me and i was skipped in line by a white lady who clearly came in after me Im a black male

First day got my ring great customer service very nice and helpful!! They gave my son little badges so nice, fast forward after week went to pick up my ring and got bad customer service the ring didn’t fit and had to get resized but I tried the ring on and the sales rep didn’t care that it was big he was like it’s ok give a few days if it still don’t fit come back!! the ring was falling off!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ He didn’t care to re size my finger or anything!So I called next day to find out status if I have to get a band or special order of the ring and to let them know I would prefer band and they put the manger on and she was beyond disrespectful and truly talks to you like your an idiot like comment below said! She tells me the jewler has a job he works yeah know! So once he comes in which know one knows when then I’ll get a call!Like it’s just a wedding ring and band no rush 🤬Once I get my ring and talk to manger in person maybe my review will change as of right now I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this location!
