Oh my gosh LOVE this location! Ive been to a couple other Pandoras in the area, usually small boutiques with just a display or two, but these guys are the real deal. They ALWAYS do their best to take care of me, even if its more difficult for them. They are super nice and super knowledgeable and they answer every question I have, no matter how trivial. I wont even order online, because half of the fun is getting to interact with the staff and learn all kinds of new things and get suggestions for styling and charms that I would not have known about otherwise! 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend!

I’ve been to several Pandora stores and this is by far my best experience I’ve had. The employees were all so helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed for my bracelet! I will definitely be back!

I had the associate Jack help me with my purchase, From the moment I walked into the store he acted as if he was not interested in helping me. I fully disclose that I had my mask under my chin when I initially walked in and when asked to cover my mouth (I gave no hesitation to do so). So I asked him what he has in stock and would like to see some pieces. Jack showed me a few pieces that sparked no interest. He gave me a book to find something and doing so the conversation was very tense and awkward (He was rushing me and acted bothered he had to help me). I picked two pieces that I settled on (yes, Settled because I didnt want to come back to purchase something else...Christmas Shopping.) As he was wrapping up my gift I saw another associate showing a customer a few charms from a different section of the store. One caught my eye and I decided I wanted one of her charms. This just attributes that he wasnt willing to show me more than this small section of the store and wanting me to leave as soon as possible. If you work in retail than you should be willing to spend time with customers to ensure they are happy. Jack was very unfriendly and a tad condescending. I rarely write reviews but considering how I was treated I would recommend going to a different location.

I will never be returning back to the countryside location again- the store manager wouldn’t fix any of the issues I had.

So I went here to get my girlfriend a Pandora bracelet for Christmas right before the holidays. I was able to get help from a woman working there and her daughter working there and they were a great team. I wanted to decide on a couple of things and decided to make a couple calls when I came back the daughter helped me. And the end the mother ring everything up and I gave the bracelet to my girlfriend for Christmas and she loved it. Great customer service thank you so much!

The Young lady that assisted me didnt want to sell me the earrings there due to a flaw! Instead ordered them for me.....She could have easily sold me those! THATS A TRUE SALE/CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT 😍

Barely wore my bracelet it got dirty from dust so I decide to clean it with silver jewelry cleaner which my bracelet is silver and it’s destroyed now . $176 down the freaking drain . Took it to the store and they cleaned it and nothing still messed up . Lady at the store said can’t shower, can’t go in pool, can’t wear to beach and can’t use silver cleaner even if it’s silver . I didn’t do anything but the silver cleaner, WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THAT WHEN I BROUGHT IT

Had a very pleasant experience. Ginger, the store manager, helped me and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. She went through all the jewelry cases with me until I found something that my wife would love. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry. Due to her kindness and friendly attitude, I will be returning to this location

This Pandora has great product and great customer service. The employees always talk to me like I’m their friend and I always feel like I’m getting their true opinion. Plus they always clean my jewelry when I’m in without me having to ask.

I’ve never been to a Pandora with worst customer service. You pretty much have to ask for help or else you’ll be standing around for a while. The employees are rude and unhelpful. Your better off going to another place like Jared’s who sells pandora.

Was looking for a birthday present for my girlfriend. Was looking for some help on what to get her because I really wasn’t sure. Lady in the cultural headdress responds “ ok well let me know when you figure it out” ...k thanks. Asked what was holding together the charm and the bracelet and she straight up says “ the bracelet “ GEE thanks. Sterling silver would’ve been fine after attempting to make me look stupid, highly recommend hiring more knowledgeable staff. Not miserable “ have to be here” type workers.

This store is wonderful!! my boyfriend recently bought me the 14k gold ring and was told If the ring didnt fit I could always exchange the size at a different Pandora. well I did just that and when I tell you I called 5 different Pandoras they all gave me hard time just trying to exchange sizes so I went back to the Pandora at countryside they went above and beyond and special ordered the ring for me I am very thankful! and I got it the next day!!!

Great selection and friendly service

I like the jewelry but the store is one of the least accessible store Ive ever visited. It is impossible to view the charms in the displays from a wheelchair. If it is a holiday the staff ignores a wheelchair bound customer my guess is it is easier to ignore than get a wheelchair to the back of the store to pay. Im very disappointed at the price of the charms, etc. I think they could improve the layout.

Beautiful store with even prettier jewelry!

Went to the store today because I had an issue with my necklace. The closure of my chain was stuck inside the pendant probably because of a defect of the pendant. They said cutting in was the only option but they won’t do it because they do not want to replace it. I left the store without a solution but to cut my necklace. It is unacceptable. It is the second time something like that happened. A few months earlier, one of the diamonds of my ring from this store felt off and they didn’t want to replace it. Won’t ever buy something else from this brand.

This is the only location office Pandora store in my area. Love there jewelry but they are too busy during holiday season, need more workers during Christmas, Mothers Day, and Valentines.

Definitely poor costumer service! Came back to return and exchange items but instead waited almost 3 aching hrs since they hav technical issues. No protocol or offer a rainchk but stuck inside the store with the flustered staffs trying to figure how to magically make their tablets work- No accommodations, no offer of water to drink, no compensation for hours that I’ve wasted. I hav asked Amy, Katrina and other staff to see if I can take a rainchk or comeback another time when their machine works but I was told “NO” and it hav to be done that day. Tbh I felt like I was in prisoned and captive and wasnt able to do my other errands which I never completed. Over 3hrs my inquiry wasn’t even completed instead they offer me to rebuy the items and return the other (end up getting charged 2 twice on my cc purchases which I didn’t wanna do or planned on)

Service was great, so was the price. The store is small but they had everything you need when it comes to Pandora products. Overall good experience.

Came in looking for a gift, I was greeted me with a snapping “how can i help you” no personally, didn’t say more than he had to. Costumer service was an all time low. The company carriers a high standard, this experience was pathetic. Downtown Disney/ Disney Springs was WAY better.

Its a very bright store with happy and cheery people willing to help whenever I go there to shop for Pandora for my wife. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to get to work with someone, but it isnt usually too long.

Buyers Beware. This is a franchise store and only will assist people that purchase at the Westfield Mall in Clearwater, Fl. My sons bought me a gift with a faulty lock( I could not get it off) from Colorado. Manager Ginger and assistant Ingrid told me to take my wrist and bracelet back to Colorado Pandora Store for assistance. Ridiculous !!!! I would have been a future customer but now I will never recommend them. Please stay away from this store unless you thrive on bad, bad customer service. Ginger would not even give me the franchisers name to complain. Just BEWARE.

Wish they carried more Disney charms and could backorder items that are discontinued.Service is always great.

The store location was ok, just tucked into a corner near the food court. I visited today to pick up about $500 of charms and a bracelet for my wife for her bday. 3 employees in the front, 2 other customers already in the store.Walked around for about 10 mins. 0 acknowledgement of my existence or an offer to help me with what I was looking for. This place was a waste of my time, so online shopping I went.Sometimes I wonder why I subject myself to a brick and mortar... Customer Service appears to be nonexistant today.

Not impressed. Waited over 20 minutes before even being as acknowledged, then one of the girls says that she will be with us as soon as she checks her customer out...she then walked right past us and helped someone else. Very rude. Finally we got someone to help us, and every time we ask if they had a specific item she would either talk us out of it and tell us that we were making a bad choice or tell us it wasnt in stock. We then find a bracelet and start getting charms, she then tells us that we dont get a warranty unless we spend another $100 on clasps...why would she not tell us that up front??? Thats the kind of thing that gives sales people a bad name, just be honest and up front!!!! Awful customer service.

Wasn’t acknowledged when so walked in. One older lady and another younger who was in training. There were three others in the store. By the time I left there were ten and no progress had been made in helping anyone.Absolutely understaffed and disorganized. Felt very unappreciated and left feeling like I was dumb for wanting to spend a lot of money here.I can wait in line, but I do not have more than a half hour to not be acknowledged.Never again.

I bought a ring to stack under my princess ring the other day and while I was there I requested to have my princess ring cleaned. They informed me that the tumbler was no longer available at this location. So the the lady working there cleaned it very roughly with a rag. Roughly to the point that it bent the ring and I can’t wear it. I didn’t notice until I got home and when I did, I called this pandora location (I even talked to the lady that cleaned the ring) and they informed me that I needed to pay and take it to an actual jewler to fix because they would refuse to fix it if I brought it in.

I didnt like anything about it i was in the store waiting to be call the girl look at me and went to the next person i ask why did she skip me and she said they was before me when they had jus walk in i will never shop there they too rude......

Worst store ever. Went in on a Monday morning to get a ring that was bought for me in a different size. They did not have it so they sent me downstairs to another store that carries Pandora. Well the lady said to me please dont tell me they sent you down from upstairs. I said yes why? She says do you need rose gold. I said yes. She said I was the fourth person today they sent down. And they told them upstairs to stop sending people as they dont carry rose gold. So back upstairs I went. When I told the girl that they dont carry rose gold downstairs she said oh ya sorry I forgot.Needless to say they told me they would call other stores to find it and call me back Monday/Tuesday. It is now Thursday and no phone call. And when I call them I get the run around. Worst store ever.
