This is a great store. Employees are very friendly. Store is always clean. Love the buy one, get one free deals. I usually end up getting more stuff than I need because of these specials. Deli is also great but they have to work on taking care of the customer. Not all of them have the right Publix attitude.

Found everything I was looking for quickly and easily. Store is clean and well managed. Several employees greeted me as I wandered the store and asked if I needed any assistance. My visits to this location are always a pleasure. In the past, employees have been quick to offer and check the inventory in the back for an item that is not on display.

This is currently MY PUBLIX. Everyone recognizes me and they always give fantastic service.Several months ago I ran into a man screaming into the face of a woman in a scooter. He called her stupid for wearing a mask, so I told him to get out. He heard me tell the story to the pharmacist and called me a liar. I firmly told him and his lady friend to leave. They were already on their way out. As far as I know he never came back.

ALWAYS clean...ALWAYS friendly & rarely out of stock on their products! I gave it a 4, instead of a 5, because their prices are higher than other grocery stores. However, their BOGOs are definitely worth checking out! I always walk away with things that arent on my list, but not out of my budget! I always check with them, before going elsewhere! Also, I accidentally left my phone there, the other day, & a manager found it & put it behind the counter, proving that their employees are good honest people! I very much appreciated THAT! Theyre awesome!!!

Smaller publix, but very helpful & friendly workers! I wanted a bakery seasonal product they were out of, they called me the next day to let me know they located 5 of them in another store and went to pick it up for me and had it waiting for me at their store! They went above and beyond for me, excellent customer service

This store is always well stocked and has a pleasant atmosphere as most Publix stores. The employees are always helpful and they typically have whatever I am looking for. I enjoy Publix! Their customer service is top notch! 🙌🏻

To Doug the deli manager. Learn to lead by example. Dont just abandon your 1 employee to serve a line of customers. Shows you dont care about your them.

Nice, clean, always stocked. But they really need to keep there training out of the shopping area. Not only is it frustrating to have to side step a cluster of employees, supervisor, suppliers, etc. In every other aisle, I also dont care to overhear someone being reprimanded over some butcher mistake. Isnt there an employee lounge/ break area for that kind of stuff

So thankful for the very helpful pharmacist, answered all my questions, and helped pick the best meal shake since I am having difficulty eating solid food or holding anything. The cashier lady was also super friendly, those store was clean, plenty of lines open so no waiting, which was great since I have next to no energy right now. I was pleased enough I wrote a review for a grocery/pharmacy.... tell ya anything.

This is my favorite grocery store in Clearwater!!! The gentleman at the customer service desk is beyond helpful, he is so kind & respectful, the entire place is just an experience you have to go & see for yourself!

Friendly hospitality and great service except the bakery section, they do small amounts of bagels and after asking for 3or 4 mores they didnt answer my request even if it was take more times.but they refused. and for some reason I went back to the same store after 45 min and I found out that they made more new bagels.I felt upset

Its a really nice and good store, I find si many vegan ingredients in this store. I really like it and recommend it.

So OVER IT!!! Every time I order subs they mess something up. I complain and nothing changes. Although they taste ok I want what I ordered!! Im not ordering any more.

This is our store. Love the staff. Clean and well organized. Always plenty of staff to offer help and plenty of registers always open and extra people ready to open a register at a given moment. Publix just knows how to do their job.

Wasted my gas coming to this store 5 times all week for a bogo item they haven’t had in stock all week! Not to mention other items and they said this store doesn’t give rain checks for no good reason. Bad customer service and their produce is always spoiled… hardly ever have bread in their bakery as well.

This is the older style Publix so I dont feel like they have as much as the other locations in deli and meat departments. Other than that, always clean and helpful.

Awesome staff from bottom to top. Only a couple wrinkles with curbside out of stock in my experiences but doesnt waiver me from repeat business. Just sad from time to time when I miss out on some of my favorite bogos!

Today I went to the this Publix and I pointed to the cashier that she was charging me the wrong price for an item.She rudely dismissed me.The girl that was helping to bag offered to go to check..I was right..The girl Informed the supervisor about the mistake and instead to apologize she was as rude as the cashier and just refund me for the difference instead give me the item for free.This isnt about money but about how rudely I was treated.I am very disappointed because this isnt the first time that they are rude in this particular Publix.I guess I will not shop there again.

Ive always experienced great service at this Publix. Its a small Publix, but they do have a pharmacy. They dont stock a couple of infrequently needed items I buy, but I have had a store employee ask me what it was that I couldnt find and he offered me an alternative. I do enjoy shopping here vs the big competitor down the street.

Nice, super-friendly, very helpful pharmacy staff. Former pharmacist, Mary, was MARVELOUS!!! She and another guy who used to work there would see me pass by and already grab my meds so they were ready for me when I came back to the counter. Super helpful for years, got discounts for me that I didnt know about, etc. Mary has been gone over a year now and I still miss her, but the current pharmacist is alright.The store often has good prepared food at the deli counter; I have gotten some many times when not able to cook dinner.Although they dont sell loose rolls (good if you dont eat bread a lot but occasionally want a roll or two), the bakery lets you get a couple - Just grab one of the bags of the type youd like and let the bakery staff know how many you want, theyll move them into a bag with new price tag. (Someday would be nice if they just sell individually though, so you dont have to wait for the staff to help you.)
