I do not like this company.
So for food and drivers the company is great however corporate is a joke. I was charged for an order that I never placed for almost $200. I called their corporate to resolve the issue and they never called back even though multiple times I was told I’d be called back 24/48 hours after my claim was opened. I spoke to a supervisor in a different department who stated that refunds take 2-4 weeks to be processed once a claim is opened. Holy hell you can take the money out immediately why not put it back just as quick especially when the charge was an error in their end.With the inconsistency in their business process I will no be ordering anymore. I’ve spent hundreds a year with them, but that apparently doesn’t matter
Good product and reliable delivery. Price good if one has a coupon otherwise a little steep in price. The delivery person was nice as well. They stop by consistently if you need anything else. The only complaint I have is I have ordered 2 times and both times at least one of the items I ordered was out of stock which seems odd since I place my order over 1 week in advance. You would think they would plan for that sort of thing. I rate them a 5 because their purpose is to deliver groceries you order, simple as that.
Prompt delivery, wonderful selection.
Great food, friendly service, right to your door for a reasonable price. Who could ask for more. I get my favorite ice cream and dinner for my family all in one awesome visit. Try the appetizers and the snacks too!
The quality of their food is incredible. I love their chicken, steaks, and ice cream. I am hooked on their food!
I WAS CHARGED FOR CHEESY QUIK TATERS AND THE ITEM WASNT IN MY BAG.
For as much as I hate to be the negative Nancy in this review I felt that it was needed to be told, I had an order with Schwans which I missed because I had to work so I called the following day and alerted Customer Service of my absence and was then told that I would be rescheduled for the following Friday between 11am-2pm but the driver never showed up I received no phone call from Schwans or anything I then proceeded to wait until today 12/6/1017 to give them time to call to get a refund on my order and was told that it would take TWO WEEKS to process... never in my life have I ever heard this before! it astounded me Now I must admit I love Schwans the food is delicious and high quality and I feel that no matter how small or large a customers order is that he or she should be a priority but for a reputable business to not contact the customer on an order is simply unprofessional when speaking with the customer service representative I was then Drilled about my order and when it was originally supposed to be delivered, which card did I use etc etc all of which I found to be unnecessary needless to say I have with drawn myself from this company after be a loyal customer for over 5 years I will not be ordering from them any longer. My strong advice to Customer Service is to keep in contact with the customer if an order can not be delivered etc
Ruined my Christmas, I placed an order on the 11th of December and they quoted me the date of December the 22nd for my delivery. I sat home all day waiting and then decided to call, they took it upon themselves to change the date without telling me or asking me and changed it to the 26th. That would not do because it was for Christmas I needed this order. They did NOTHING to help me. I will not order from them again and I am reporting this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.This is no way to run a business or a way to treat your customers. BEWARE THEY CAN CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY TO WHATEVER THEY LIKE AND THE HELL WITH WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.
Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Tried to call to let the driver know I wasnt going to be home and to reschedule my del time but they absolutely refused to even call the drivers main office to let them know!
Great quality great customer service.
I placed an order and was told it would take 11 days for the delivery and that day has come and gone the food I ordered was for my wife who has the mentality of a child due to a recent stroke and she gets upset and doesnt understand and after 5 calls to customer service I got 5 different answers I will never use Schwanns ever again.
Good bunch of guys to work with.
