I am disabled and they were VERY helpful to me. The manager was extremely helpful and polite. He went the extra mile! To top it off, the sandwich combo was fabulous. The sandwich was delicious, like homemade ... it was like you cut the ham straight off the bone yourself ... none of that processed meat. I highly recommend this location (23320 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater) and will definitely be returning!

They are allowing people to eat in again, I just had an awesome lunch there, the classic ham sandwich with spicy mustard is delicious. Dont forget about their bean soup, it sells out almost every day!

Im very sorry but my $94.00 ham was just not worth the money. I feel like Ive been pick pocketed. I have wanted to try this ham for years so this Thanksgiving I finally took the plunge. My wife thought I was crazy because of the cost. It turns out she was right on the money (no pun intended). I received a bone in spiral ham with a slightly crunchy honey glaze on it. It was good but quite frankly, it wasnt $94 good. I can buy a spiral ham from Publix and put a very nice glaze on it myself for a quarter of the price. Again, I am very sorry for the low rating because I really expected to be blown away and it just didnt happen. But at the very least I can now say Ive tried a Honey Baked ham.

Excellent experience. Social distancing and masks required and someone at the door monitoring compliance. I felt very safe. Also many registers were open and the line moved super quickly and smoothly.

Its more than just delicious Honey Baked Hams! Love the bacon, blueberry coffee cake and sweet potato casserole. Pick up soup mixes to utilize your hambone. Ive tried split pea and white bean and enjoyed both.

Great staff, very friendly. I forgot how easy it was to come in for lunch or pick up a quick sandwich. I had the Honey Baked ham on a croissant. So good, I think its time for another! I even picked up a turkey breast and sides for dinner...giving me more time to relax with the family.

Went to this store yesterday, no hams available. That was ok, I’m late, and I understood my chances were slim. I asked the person at the door if I may look at the other products, as we often buy a few side dishes/cakes/relish but I was REFUSED entry into the store. Worker kept saying she couldn’t break promises. I wasn’t asking her to break any promises. At this time only 4 customers were inside. Very disappointed.

I bought a bone- in ham, over 10 lbs, that was supposed to be spiral-sliced but they did such a poor job! Only the top 1 1/2 inch of the ham was spiraled. This means each spiral slice was extremely skinny and left us with a big mass of uncut meat in the middle of the ham. Also, more than half of the back of the ham wasnt cut at all. I know theres always some ham left unsliced but we had to slice Most of this ham ourselves. One should not pay such high prices for such shoddy work! Their customer service was great, but we went there for the ham.

Placed my order today. The girl that waited on me was very professional. Cant wait to feast on the ham probably will purchase a couple of sides as well. Im very familiar with this company always got my ham at home in pennsylvania. Merry Christmas to all!!!

Love Honey Baked Ham and go there for every holiday. The staff is always so very friendly and informed and helpful. The COVID restrictions made things a bit different, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but the girl by the door letting people in was kind of rude which is totally not the HBH way. It was off-putting.

Great manager and everyone is fully focused on the best job they can. Products are the best possible and the customers are aware of the friendly interaction and which is repeat business and friendly atmosphere.

They still sell great ham. The ham salad is great. The smoked turkey has a sweet flavor. This store prepackages their ham that morning so service is much faster.Im referring to the sliced ham that is sold by the pound. Its been a while but the last time I visited a Honey Baked Ham they sliced my request as ordered.Did you ever visit Heavenly Ham? Ever wonder what happened to them? So did I. Honey Baked Ham bought them about two years ago. Theres your weekly business trivia.My one gripe is that they close at 6pm. I would like to see them stay open until 8pm. Ciao

We almost didnt stop, couldnt tell if the location was open, glad we did! Super clean, the girl that helped us was super friendly, had the best lunch and the place all to ourselves! I am sure that wont happen again once people realize it was open and how good it is, enjoyed it while it lasts. Definately will be back.

My 1st Thanksgiving that I set up, ordered a ham, pecan pie and mashed potatoes from here. This was one of the best tasting Thanksgivings I have had in years. But get there a min. Is 3 days before the holidays because they get busy.

Easter Ham pick up today. Very long line, pretty much out the door. But I was in and out and happy within 10 mins. They were very efficient. And obviously the ham is great too! Oh yeah AND they had free samples while you wait

We love their ham salad sandwiches. They are big enough for two people to share one sandwich and be moderately satisfied. Pleasant people working there. Im not sure that it is a great business location, since we see very few customers there, but the food makes it worth your going there. We will definitely be back again!

Whats not to love? Its honey baked ham,Yum. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and get us what we want and out the door quick. We went in on Christmas Eve and even in a long line were out in 20mins.

Visited this location for the first time. We really enjoyed our lunch. I had a ham classic and it was fresh and loaded with baked ham on a croissant. Tomato and lettuce was very fresh. All for $6.49! Partner had the turkey cranberry half sandwich with creamy chicken rice soup. $8.08. Very yummy. The staff was very nice and funny! Establishment was very clean. 👍

Easter Sunday had the cranberry stuffed Roast Pork- had not had in about 5 years .. it was amazing good then. Today it was aweful. Overstuffed with red/pink artificial - chemical tasting stuffing! Thank goodness we had plenty of homemade side dishes. Shame on you Honeybaked Ham!!

Holiday Shopping was easy and fully staffed. Sandwich orders are smooth at lunch time. A small.complaint however, their soup varieties are much smaller than the Anderson Road store.
