Had to exchange a NFL jersey, staff seemed very put out helping me look at jerseys on top row, which you can not do by yourself they are like 15 high, unfortunately you have to have assistance. You spend $145.00 on a jersey even in a mall shop I expected better of the staff, I was courtesy the gentleman and woman working there were not service with a smile kind of staff..Great Jersey though!!

The Store is supposed to open at 10 and its and its 11 oclock a.m. its still not open. The employees are just sitting in the the store chatting. I was going to buy a rays shirt before the game and couldnt even buy anything or enter the store.

Inside the mall. Enter the mall through the entrance near Dillards. We ordered a couple of hats online from LIDS and had them shipped to the store for free. Saved us $5 shipping. Plus the hats were some we wouldnt normally be able to locate around here. Friendly employee. Apologetic for my having to wait. Clean store. There were lots of items on sale.

If being crazy over priced wasnt bad enough, staff with poor customer service skills is the icing on this negative experience. A basic black hat w 4 words embroidered on it for $48 is just insane. At least if your prices are going to be so inflated have the person who programs the machine be friendly and helpful, not acting like hes rather be doing Anything other then helping you out!

Great price during sale. The employee was loudly on the phone and she was talking about personal affairs not appropriate for a place of business. Had to wait for her to be done for her call before she rang us up. -2stars for customer service

My husband gave me a really nice Jersey for Christmas.. ($130.00) it needed letters and numbers for the back so he let me decide after the gift was given. I love the Jersey...good quality and I was thrilled. Visited this location for letters, etc since this was where he purchased. I took it in in early Sunday and we were greeted by 3 young men...we couldnt tell if they were employees or not since no one really greeted us...standing by the front door. I made my request for letters and they said they could have it done in about an hour..we returned 1 1/2 hour, jersey wasnt done. They were closing so we decided to return the next day. I called around 11 am. Jersey wasnt done and told 1 hour. I called at 2pm, jersey wasnt done. They said they would call me when it was ready as I had seen him write my number down on the slip that was with the item..no call for a day and a half. So I waited until Wednesday. Called to pick up on Wednesday, he couldnt find the jersey???? REALLY??? He said he would try to find it and letter it in about an hour after the machine heated up. But called me within a few minutes to say he found it. Hmmmm....The extra lettering costs were $66 which I had already paid on the Sunday drop off and the lettering and jersey were good. Item was great quality as I stated before but the customer service...LACKING. I would recommend for an item purchase but not for personalization... Especially when spending over $200 for jersey and letters.

Little more expensive than I expected, but big supply and great quality products

I ordered a hat online and they sent me the wrong one. When I went to return it they wouldnt give me the money I paid for shipping which was more than the hat. Then, when I asked them to make me the correct hat they refused because they claimed it was copyrighting even though they sell the hat online.

Great selection of hats and jerseys and if they dont the right size they order it for and its at your house within a week...Great job Lids..

Like this better than the lids hat shop. They carry more teams outside the region and four major teams like else where.

If you love collecting hats or wearing hats or just looking for your favorite team lead says many selections of your favorite team all kinds of styles colors and sizes anything you may want as far as a hat goes this is the place to go.
