I find this vitamin shoppe the most inept vitamin shoppe I have ever dealt with! We have tried several times to set up automatic delivery,just can’t understand why such a simple concept doesn’t work. If there was anywhere else I could get Dr Ohhira’s products I would never deal with these people again.

I visit here often. Wide variety of vitamins. If you are looking for something that the drug store does not carry chances are you will find it here. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great staff at this location that are knowledgeable on products and able to assist with suggestions.

Go in once a month or so and spend like $80-150. Last visit, go in to see if they have any propylene glycol. Continually and aggressively asked to let them know if I need anything.I finally just ask them something I’m about to find out myself by looking at the products - “do you have food grade propylene glycol?” Just to have some peace.I find out that they don’t moments later from reading product labels, and go to check out the fiber content of their superfoods powders. “No unfortunately we don’t, why do you want it?” Alright.I’m pretty sure it wasn’t another 5 minutes before I was interrupted again while reading a label. I’ve come to expect this kind of thing at this location.In general, staff here could do a lot better reading social cues and being less creepy. Consider some Tyrosine.

I love the Vitamin Shoppe. Rachel st the Clearwater Mall location is amazing, great source of info and has helped direct me to the proper nutritional support many times.Ive been shopping there for over 7 years. It has everything I need and they have an auto ship program that give large discounts. They have great prices, always have promotional sales.George Jaworowsky

This was my first visit to the Vitamin Shoppe. I have been to GNC and have felt that they were trying to push products on me. This was NOT the case at the Vitamin shoppe. Rachel, well she was amazing! She greeted us as we stepped in and asked if we needed anything. We told her we did and had a list. Rachel took that list and a little shopping cart and went basically shopping for the items on our list. She asked us questions and was informative as we asked questions. She didn’t try to offer us items we were not looking for. Rachel is truly an asset to the Vitamin Shoppe and I recommend this store to everyone. Be sure to ask for Rachel she knows her products and will help you as she did me with the best products at a reasonable price. Thank you Rachel!

The clerk found the magnesium I was looking for behind other bottles so I did not have to make an extra trip to another storeClerk took her time to go on line to search for the answers to questions I had regarding the potassium I was purchasingVitamin shop matched the on-line price of my magnesium I usually purchase online so I could purchase it from Vitamin Shoppe same day

This is my go to place for supplements but the rewards program is subject to deceptive marketing such as telling me I have a $10 reward to redeem when it has long since been used. I am still a loyal customer nonetheless.

Good supply and okay prices overall.The staff is way too pushy though.Dont assume you know more than your customer about which products do what. Let me take my time to decide how I want to mix my products and assess size, price, ingredients, etc.Otherwise Ill just go online.

I love Vitamin Shoppe! I almost always get my daily multi-vitamins here because they are almost always on sale and a lot cheaper than other health food stores. The staff are friendly and the store is kept clean.
