I am so pleased with the continuing service from Budget Blinds. I have been dealing with them for many years, replacing both shutters and shades. They do an awesome job and recommend them. Recently had new shutters and replacement shades done. Robert, the installer was excellent.

Her son Billy and the entire staff are great people who make you feel like a valued customer. Carolyn will go out of her way to make sure that your window treatments are to your liking no matter what it takes.

I am very picky and am more than pleased with everything. The owner was very helpful when we visited the showroom. She scheduled someone to come out and measure all of our windows right away.Once the blinds were in, an appointment for installation was scheduled. Unfortunately, it had to be rescheduled due to possible Covid exposure. We were immediately notified and the employees were tested. Once they received an all clear we were rescheduled. We appreciated the abundance of caution.The installers, Patrick and Chris, called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. Patrick and Chris wore masks the entire time and did a wonderful job with the installation and cleaned up everything before they left.We were very impressed with everything, every step of the way.

Between issues with our general contractor, a creative installation behind a false wall, an incorrect order, an un-level ceiling, the factory shutdown because of the pandemic, and, let’s be honest, my pickiness, my relationship with Billy and Carolyn at Clearwater Budget Blinds now spans well over a year. Despite re-orders, re-installation issues and being a long-distance owner, they never lost their composure or willingness to satisfy me. My shutters look beautiful. My drapes are perfectly hemmed. These people will go above and beyond to get it right! I highly recommend them.

Budget installed my beautiful plantation shutters about a year and a half ago. I had one set of very large windows that gave the installers a really hard time but they stayed until it was done right. Then Hurricane Irma hit in Sep of this year and water intrusion caused a lot of damage to them. Carolyn was able to get them replaced at absolutely no cost to me other than a small installation fee. I’m talking $2,500 worth of shutters! The could’ve easily said it wasn’t their problem and the level of service was just out of this world. HIGHLY recommend!

I can not tell you about the product because as of this date I have not seen the product. It maybe good.I gave a deposit on April 7, 2015. The installer forgot to call me, so that was delayed for a while. I finally called and he did come out and measure. I did say in passing I would be leaving in 4 weeks he said No Problem. I called after I canceled my trip and he had on his own delayed the order. Again they ordered the product and it did not arrive before I had to leave again. I arrived back and I called and no one called me back for 2 days. Again I called and they told me the installer had forgotten to call me and he was going on vacation so it would be another 3 weeks. When I showed my disagreement the answer, well you went on vacation.I am a designer and do a lot of new designs in homes. I was hoping this was a company I could go to with no problems, but instead I find myself writing this bad review. I am out looking for a new company who are more professional. Do you know one???PP

My experience with this crew was a pleasant one. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful. There was a slight delay in delivery time. Great overall. I would definitely recommend this business.

They did a terrific job!! I ordered white shutters for 5 windows, some of which were rounded top windows. They fit perfectly without any problems, and look beautiful.

I do not recommend them. Between Jackie the sales person, and Bruce the installer; you will need to be on top of them to make sure things are done. Jackie lacks technical knowledge about her products, even after 15+ years of being with the company. She also lacks costumer service, she constantly struggle to be nice while answering my questions and concerns.Bruce the installer; you will need to remind him to pickup the debris from the old blinds. Even though I express my concerns about it because I have a 14 months baby, and she puts any minor thing in her mouth. After he left, I had to pick those little things afterwards, he left them all over the rooms.Also, both of them lack communication skills. There were 2 opportunities that they had and explained that things were missing, or not in time. I had to find out by myself when I notice there were missing on installation dates. The worst part is, they did not explained properly. They were both rude. Overall, my wife and I were very disappointed with their services. I would never recommend them.
