AV Specialists did a TV/Surround Sound total install for us recently and I have to say how pleased we were with their service ! Our salesman, Joe Cook, helped us tremendously with selecting the products that would work best in our home. The installation tech’s, Eric and Tim, were absolutely top notch and did a fantastic job !! They were extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and were very organized and fastidious as they worked through the various stages of the installation. AV Specialists installed a home theater in a shared room (combination living room/theater). They installed Atmos speakers in the ceiling, ran back wires, etc. It was all done in an extremely professional manner, the techs were completely knowledgeable and the installation was excellent. I would recommend AV Specialists to everyone. There are none better and you will be very happy with their work. For over 5 years I have struggled with my home video/audio system since it was it installed. It was installed by a company that I will not name. The equipment except for the TV never performed the way I knew it could. After many years of frustration I was considering a sound bar but someone suggested I contact AV Specialists in Tucson. And I did.. I must say that I am totally satisfied with the service they provided. I called on a Friday and got an appointment on the next Monday. Matt was my technician. He is a very friendly, and customer oriented as well as being totally professional. As he began to troubleshoot the problems, he told me what he was going to do and why. As he used the remotes, he showed me how to operate them and then gave them to me to operate them. When he was finished, he again went over how the system works and how the components inter-react. I want to thank both Matt and AV Specialists. My system now works the way it is intended to. I recommend AV Specialists to anyone.

These guys are eager to work, on time, and busy. Be patient as they may be booked a week out but worth the wait. They are quiet, unintrusive as possible and offer high quality products. I had them mount two TVs and move another two to different rooms. They had the parts, tools, and listened to what I wanted done and any concerns I might have had.

I have used AV Specialists for my restaurants (FlameStone and Besa Grill) where they set up our complete music system and security camera system. I also just finished using them to set up the audio and video system in my man cave and was ecstatic with the results.
