Do.Not.Do.Business.With.This.Place. Didnt meet their own 14 week delivery deadline, have made two empty promises since, latest is to deliver in late November, nearly nine months after order. Since this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, I canceled and requested refund. Their response was that refund check would go out in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later and an additional promise, but no check. I have reported to BBB and Florida Attorney General. Stay away.

Ordered cover on November 8, 2020. Arrived May 20, 2021. The advertised 8-10 weeks delivery time is a myth. Once I found out how long the delivery time really was, I was out of the cancelation window to receive a full refund. Bait and switch. I have contacted the Florida Attorney General on this company for fraudulent business practice. Fraudulent in quoted deliver time. They missed 4 promised delivery dates for my ordered cover. They do not tell you a real delivery time until after the full refund cancelation window has closed so no way to get your money back after you have all the facts. The cover was nice though. Just wished the company was more up front with their customers on delivery time. 26 weeks is no where near 8-10 weeks, 3 times as long in reality.

I have two covers with defects on arrival in 8/2020 and a cover lifter that has been sitting in the order system since 7/2020, no one will answer any phone call or emails. they did not respond to a letter from our company lawyer asking for info. Worst customer service ever. Do not shop here. Do not use Affordable Spa Covers either as that is their online store.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered. They state 4 weeks on their website. After 8 weeks I called, or I should say tried to reach a life person. I sent several emails. After 10 weeks I finally received the cover.....damaged. What a joke. Never again.

Been calling for days now, no answer, nor return call

We needed our spa cover warrantied out as it was taking on a ton of water and we were unable to lift it. After working with Laura for quite some time, we were finally able to get a cover ordered for which we just needed to pay shipping. Well, we received the cover (reddish brown) and it is not the same as our original cover (gray). We have tried to call, email, and use the website inquiry to get in touch with someone and no one will call us back. Laura is usually on vacation, out of the office, sick, etc. Does anyone else work there? The customer service is horrible and now it seems that we are stuck with a horrible colored cover for our spa. We will be submitting a complaint to the BBB.

I ordered a cover in April. I still dont have it. Every time I call they say it will ship out this Friday. Its almost October.

This Place is the worse, Customer service is horrible. You could never get a hold of anyone and they will not get back in contact with you. Who can you call to complain about this place? Just submitted a complaint to BBB
