The worst customer service I ever had! I ordered three things from them and only received one of them and they want to charge me for something I didn’t get it! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I spoke to a customer service representative named Christina and she was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manger and she quickly hung up on me. Called back several times and still continued to hang up on me.

I bought two chandeliers from World Class Lighting. I could not be any happier. They are gorgeous. The pictures do them no justice. I actually bought 1 and then went back and bought the 2nd light. The model was fantastic! Shipped to me in less time that they advertised, and looks beautiful in our foyer! If you call, ask for Barry! He helped me figure out what model I wanted after explaining the size and design of the room. Was actually going to get a more expensive model, but he recommended a chandelier that was less expensive and was a better fit. He was totally right! Thanks again!

I recently received what turned out to be a more beautiful crystal chandelier than I couldve imagined, I was confused by the directions on how to hang all the crystals, however the staff at World class lighting, proved to be a WORLD CLASS act when it came to helping me understand the method in which to hang the crystals. I Ordered an Alabaster chandelier, I was told it would be 10-12 weeks for delivery, my chandelier arrived on time, and looks better than I couldve imagined! The sales and customer service team was a huge help for me in choosing the correct size for my dining room.

This is the company which will sell you pressed glass instead of ordered crystal. World Class scam that should be avoided at any cost. This is the company with no customer care whatsoever and one of those we need to take to the court to make them follow what etical busines concerned about their customers would do on ther own.Overall dark example of lighting company, so do yourself a favour and look for the light elsewhere.
