Care to explain why you’re charging two times the amount of a product then tell me I can’t return it not 5 minutes after I purchased it? If you wanna pay an extra hundred on something you can get online for significantly cheaper then come here. I would get if I walked away for a period of time and opened the box, but it’s pretty deceptive to charge twice the amount of something then say no refunds to save face.

Not open 24 hours drove 30 minutes because it said open.Reply: called three times waited 15 minutes and knocked on door. Last time I came the store was great which is why I drove out for the revisit. Still frustrating voice-mail also stated store was closed.

Giving 3 stars just because of the fact I had mentioned the online add which said I would get 15% off my order which ended up being over 100 bucks & realized once I looked at the receipt that she didn’t give me anything off. & I traveled like a half hour just to get there.

My wife and i love this store and you always have everything we need. Honey is so sweet and even showed us how to put together one item and ensure that they both worked. Excellent work and Im glad to be able to shop local 😌

Thought it was a store but I purchased a Christmas outfit an hour ago.. get home and it looks nothing like the picture .. no returns or exchanges, so I got screwed out of $60.. hopefully will be able to modify it to look half decent. Definitely not the experience I was looking for.

This was the best and busiest place Ive been to in a long time. The sales person was really cool and showed me all around the store and answered all my questions. Being new to the area, it was nice to find a place where I was treated with respect and humor. This was the first place Id been where my wife didnt feel embarrassed to be in the store and buy something because the clerk was so polite.

We stopped by the LoveToy store for the first time the other day and met a really nice employee named Tom. He was very professional and had a super degree of knowledge about all of the different products. We found a number of items we were interested in, and Tom answered all of our questions in a manner that made us totally comfortable. And the store itself is really cool also. It is beautifully set up and is very shopper-friendly. It makes you feel like you are in a really nice place, which you are! Also, they have the largest assortment of quality items and products we have ever seen, all at a fair price. We will definitely be return customers!

This was my first visit to Love Toys. There were a couple of cars in the parking lot, so I felt more comfortable going in. I presented my ID and was politely asked what I was looking for. I was in the market for a silicone based lubricant, which I had never tried. There was a woman working the counter, and she opened up the case where they keep all the different kinds of lube and let me try several on my hand. I didnt even have to ask. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made a couple of recommendations. I settled on a small sized bottle of silicone lube and she even threw in a few sample sizes of other lubes. I was happy with my purchase and noted that their prices and selection were better than another store I had visited. I felt no pressure to buy anything and the interior of the store was clean, well-lit, and cool. I will return again soon!

HORRIBLE. my husband is bisexual and likes to go into the theaters. i was livid that he contracted hepatitis from one of the regulars. they allow oral and intercourse. the bathroom is disgusting and toilet is filled with poop. you cant even comfortably use the bathroom. will never come here again. they promised to fix it two months ago still has not been resolved. There are cockroaches and a bug infestation in that place. The staff embers rarely cleans the booths or theaters.

I wasnt sure about the place because of how it looked on the outside but i walked in and the young lady cashier made me feel super relaxed, gave me options and answered all my wierd questions about the different products. Super cool vibe, felt like i knew her for years and can ask anything without feeling embarrassed. Definitely going back, hopefully she will be there to educate me.

My man n I went shopping there and were over charged $30 when we realized it we were already home. We called and the only offer was to give us store credit even though it was there mistake. There wasn’t anything we really wanted...they don’t have much of a selection. Any way we won’t be going back there again. They should of offered to give us the money back. The response that you gave is so unprofessional as well as a lie considering that it was a $30 screw up on your part. Now I don’t know why u would feel sorry other than it was your mistake and I’m sorry if I exposed the truth n it made u look bad but now u look even worse by lieing n saying Im a retired dancer and I got a lot of items. I received nothing for free in fact it was a major inconvenience to have to go back to your store .

My mate and I have been coming here since we moved to area 9 months ago. We are a gay couple and we havent gotten any bad vibes from anyone who works there, they are nice and friendly. I know at least one of the clerks is gay so that helps to make us feel comfortable.

CREEPY!! Avoid this place. Always cars in the parking lot so I talked my GF into getting a new toy. Upon entering she noticed nobody in the store. Where are the people parked? It appears they have a tiny theater where men go to watch movies. 7 or 8 guys in a tiny room watching porn? A couple guys come out sweaty and head to the door. Nobody says anything to them. My GF said lets GO NOW. So...never will go there again. Unless you are looking to watch porn with other guys AVOID. We both took showers after we got home.

I use to work there when it was XTC superstore. I was let go because the butt head that watched the security cameras from his home claimed that I said something racist to a customer that was trying to pick me up when I very politely told the customer that I had a ride home from work. So I was let go ina few days, but I did enjoy working there even if it was for a short time. I worked with a bunch of great people.
