I am very...direct when it comes to dealerships because they, well, deal with one of the most expensive objects in your lifeI I went their for an oil change about a month and a half ago. My first complain was that on my receipt it noted that my fluids wereTopped off. Well, they werent. When speaking to a customer service rep, he noted that they dont fill them until they are near empty. Okay...that is fine. Then why did they put that on my receipt. Obviously him and I have different understanding on the definition of Topped off. This got me thinking...what else do they just tell you. I replaced my engine air cleaner myself before this oil change. Upon receiving my vehicle, they noted that my engine air filter looked practically new and that I didnt need a new one. They were correct. They also told me that my cabin air filter was near new as well. I didnt change this as I felt like they would have told me if it needed service. While cleaning out my glove-box today I decided to check it myself and what I found is what I took a picture of. They just ASSUMED because my engine air filter was clean that I had a new Cabin air cleaner as well. Why would they tell me it was brand new and not check it?! I am rating this dealership 4 out of 5 simply because of Joe Wheeler. Joe is the service & parts director. I had brought my car in for repairs after a collision. After the repairs, there was an issue that came about. Instead of addressing the issue, Joe aggressively accused my family and I of “trying to get free stuff” from the dealership. He completely dismissed the issue and turned it around as if my issue wasn’t an issue at all, but instead a scam to receive something for free. After catching Joe in multiple false statements about the process of my vehicle and wrongly being accused of nonsense, I met Bob Murray.Bob Murray is the general manger for Ferman auto group.Bob handled everything from that point on. He spoke to me in a legitimate, respectful manner. He understood the issue that I had, and came up with a solution that worked out for both myself and the company.Instead of accusing someone of such nonsense, he took the situation out of Joe Wheeler’s hands and corrected it. I can’t believe the way Joe spoke to me or my family. The way he handles a complaint is ridiculously unprofessional. It is beyond me how he became a manager. The whole Mazda experience today would have been better without Joe in the picture.To add insult to injury, I am NOT one who ever makes complaints or writes reviews. This is the second I have made since dealing with them.I do want to emphasize that Bob Murray is a great asset to the Ferman Mazda. I would have never came back if it wasn’t for him.accused us
Started looking into purchasing a new car so we went online and began going and forth about different models and prices. The salesman was very nice and provided me all the information I asked for. Unfortunately their price was considerably higher (approx. $104 per month) than what we ended up getting the same vehicle for at a different dealership. Although our salesman was very responsive via text/email and very nice, we had to go where the deal made sense for us.
I didn’t buy my 2012 Mazda MX5 from Ferman but bought it new from another dealership. I’ve had it for 5 years and have been going to Ferman for regular service for about 4 years. My experience with their service department has always been friendly and good. I depend on them to keep my car serviced and running well. Facilities are nice and waiting times are reasonable. Should I ever decide to buy another vehicle, I would most likely go to Ferman.
I really have enjoyed my Mazda for two years. I was due for an oil change & needed to have software updated. I had purchased my maintenance when I bought the car, so no problem or expense when I was there the other day. Randall was more than glad to help me and it really took no time at all. Randall was very gracious and knowledgeable. Everyone did a great job.

I stopped by today to look at what was available. I was on the lot for approximately 45 to an hour. I went into the showroom twice. I walked the entire lot multiple times. There was one couple working with a gentleman, but otherwise no buyers.The salesmen didnt find it necessary to even acknowledge me!!! Not happy!Purchased my last Mazda from them. Wont be purchasing from them this time around.
This place was amazing. I drove down from Atlanta for work and my car was making a noise so I took it in under warranty. They had to order a whole new transmission for it. I thought I would be in town long enough for the repair but between changes at work and the transmission shipment being delayed they didnt have it ready in time for me to leave town. They were extremely accommodating; they got me a rental to return to Atlanta and shipped my car home after the repairs were done! Robert was the service advisor and he was just amazing and helped me get everything I needed! Definitely recommend this place for service!
Their estimates for the work given in November were what they charged two months later. My husband and I needed shuttle service from and to Ferman Mazda which was very pleasant and so helpful. The work on the car was done well and I was delighted it included washing the car before it was returned. I have been very pleased with the work done on my Mazda 5 at Ferman in the past and will continue to use their services when needed.
Josh and Skye were both very helpful in explaining and working with me to get me put into a brand new 2013 Mazda 3. They even let me test drive it for a day to make sure I really loved the car! Great service and will definitely be back again for my next Mazda.

I took my Mazda 3 in for an oil change on Saturday 6/30/18 and got quick friendly service and a good price. I just moved to Saint Petersburg from Huntsville, Alabama where I had a wonderful Mazda dealership I used for years. I was very concerned about the service I would receive in a new place, but that fear was quickly appeased from the moment I stepped into Ferman Mazda.
The staff were very friendly and professional. I took my Mazda3 in for service and a check engine light . The service department kept in constant communication with me through email and texts. I recently assisted my daughter in her search for a quality used SUV. She found the right one at Ferman. Eric was the first sales rep that we dealt with. He was kind enough to drive the vehicle to our mechanic (close by) to have him check it out for us. The following day we went back for another test drive to see if this was the one. Eric was off work, so Lincoln (Link) assisted us. He was very kind and helpful, along with the manager, Nick. We came to an agreement on the price and my daughter drove home in her new (used) SUV that afternoon after Lincoln made sure it freshly washed and had a full tank of gas. My wife and I bought a car Thursday 9/12/18. Without being wordy, were analytical buyers. We know what we want, save the sales techniques. This staff did just that. We purchased a new 4 Runner this year, we went about the transaction the same way . 4 hours waiting on finance. Deal was cut in 30 minutes. I will never ever do business or recommend this dealership to anyone! One of the worst experiences. Travelling from out of state to Florida the hinge and bolt on rear window on my 2005 Mazda tribute was coming off. We went there january 10 to get fixed. They were unfriendly since we didnt have appt. And from out of state I suppose. They had to order parts and gave us no date when parts would be in. Gave us poor communication and I even tried to call Mazda corp to get parts. Still searching for parts in warehouses. Multiple calls to them with no updates. As of 3/1/19 still no parts and no alternate plan. Found out ford escape has compatible parts but that option wasnt offered to us. This is a critical fix because hinge being broken compromises the other hinge and latch where whole window could fall off. I finally called and spoke with 2 other Mazda dealers. One ordered the parts and will install in 3 days for us. Another dealer did a nationwide dealer to dealer search and found multiple dealers had my parts on hand. I am so disgusted both with this dealer and Mazda customer service in general. Terrible, terrible terrible!

Fridays are typically busy there and they dropped me off at the Mall for a few hours to Christmas shop. Called to pickup and was a smooth experience. I opted for the built in Oil/Lube and Tire rotation with the car, so nothing like not having to pay either when done :)

The service center for Ford and Mazda has been overhauled as of 2015. It includes a status board of each customer waiting for their vehicle, a fountain drink machine, television, and other amenities. If your vehicle needs service, you cant go wrong with Ferman!

The buying experience was smooth and Bob was able to advocate corrective measures for issues discovered within the 100 day warranty period that the Service Department missed. Very professional and positive experience. Give them a try.
They have such a terrible parts center and customer service. I have been using them for years to buy all of my Mazda parts and never had a problem in the past. This time I ordered a part and was told that they no longer offer a delivery service that I would have to come pick it up. Then when I get there to pick up the part I noticed that they price was incorrect. They did not seem to care that we had been using them for years and always had a different price. The gentleman that was helping me was named Randall and he treated me terribly. Unfortunately due to a deadline I had to pay for and take the part or else I would have canceled the order all together. I will be sure to switch to another Mazda dealer next time I need parts, and I will make sure I let other people know how Randall and the other employees that worked there treat their customers. Just plain poor service.

They replaced a split dash on my 2010 3 for free.. They stick to what Mazda calls for. This repair was also last minute and they did it fast with friendly service

Absolute waste of time, scheduled a service and waited for 2 and half hours and not getting any work done on the car, for the past 6 months I have been there twice and everytime I went there had issues getting work done on my brand new 2014 Mazda 3, Before considering buying a new car, you must consider the after service that you will have maintaining the car, and their service is a HORRIBLE! and all what I get empty excuses!

I loved my experience with the lease of my car. However, I am VERY disappointed with the service department. I told them I needed my car to drive home for Christmas and they told me that every Mazda dealership was booked. I told the lady I talked to that that doesn’t really help me and her response was “have a good day.” Not helpful at all.

Not a nice dealership.Recently got into a car crashed in front of this dealership. A BMW that was being lease here cut 4 lane of traffic causing me to crash into the BMW. The dealership can out and help the people in BMW, Even gave them bottle of water. Didnt even asked if i was OK and didnt even give me a water. The people from the dealership was outside laughing at us.BMW was found a fault.

The car was scheduled in for the second of two air bag recalls. The service was performed as required within the 1.5 - 2 hour time period as scheduled. Car was returned in great condition.
EPIC Fail.. Bought a used car and didnt get offered a free wash or tank of gas. Now today My paper tag has expired when the new plate was included in the deal. I call, no one returns the message. I call again and speak with someone who suggested i drive with no valid tag and to just blame it on them if i get pulled over. Needless to say I will be coming up in there Pissed Off today. Only been here once but didnt have the best experience. I ordered a part and was told one price but when I went to pick it up i was charged 30% more then the real price. If I hadnt done research and knew my prices I would have been had (they adjusted the price when I said something to the correct manufacture price). Seems they make up the prices how ever they want and tend to artificially mark them up.Dont trust this dealer if you go and and make sure you know your prices and cost before hand so you dont get scammed.

I had my car towed there because it wouldnt turn on. They tell me it was a battery issue and replace it with new battery when i get my car back the whole radio screen and buttons dont work or the back up camera. Its says please see dealer. Prior to the new battery everything work perfectly on my car. I tell them they need to fix my issue since it did not come in that way. Long story and i mean long story short.. They kept my car for over a week didnt fix a damn thing lied to my husband and me and told us they did fix it.. Denied me a second loaner car and had me excorted out by police because they didnt want to hear my complaint or fix my car that day anymore. Mind you i have a full platinum warranty and it cover my radio issue. When i got my car back items where taken from my center console. When i called to ask about them and let them know i will be reporting it ..the gentleman that answered my call stated he did not care for me to do what i wanted.. I was called you people when i have a name and am a paying customer.. It was bad service from the jump .. I was disrespected, treated unfair, and embarrased.. All i can say is that the cop they had escort me gave me pointers on my next step.. It could have been handled way better but because of there lack of care or customer service i wouldnt recomend anyone go through this headache... Ps even a sales guy told me that he has seen many a customer come and get treated unfairly so it seems thats just the way that this location likes to do business.

As I pulled in not familiar with the area someone from the service Dept asked me what I needed and directed me to the proper area. I thought it was pretty cool and he showed me how to get there.
This is a classic example of bait and switch so watch out for the finance guys who will try to slip things into your loan. They will also have you sign on the electronic signature pad certain paperwork they dont want you to see. Yes you will get copies, but i didnt catch one of their erroneous mistakes until i got home and now i have to deal with cancelling it. DONT FALL FOR THE GAP INSURANCE!!!!!!!
My brother, myself, and my girlfriend all got are current cars here within at least a year apart from each time. Ive only dealt with this location but never purchased a Mazda, theyre super fair and reasonable and customer-service oriented. We always shop other dealerships for used cars but end up with them because of the pricing and its not pressured, its always a conversation and all the others ones we go to have a cocky air about them once it gets to brass tax and a manager is involved. Matt jones was our most recent purchase, great and knowledgeable5/21/17That was the five star review I had above, this is the first amended review Ive ever done. I spent an entire day, morning and night, helping my friend get his car since he hasnt had one in over 10 years. I preached ferman Mazda and that was our first stop of probably 15 that day. We were headed back home and wanted to make it our last stop because he liked the Cadillac they had. It was a DECENT deal, compared to what we saw running the dealership US 19 gambit, it was on par with everything else we saw. I had him convinced that dealership was the way to go, specifically ferman Mazda, not to go through alternative methods of the internet or private dealers which the deals blow them out of the water but its more of a gamble. In my friends mind, this place wasnt any different because they only had three or four used cars that go fast, but they wouldnt offer us a 100 day warranty. This changed my entire mind of dealerships and hopefully, at least for the used experience, this will be the end of that. Ferman Mazda was in my mind the last bastion in terms of their used department. They didnt have the giant ego dummy manager that comes out and is a complete ass. Well, lo and behold, we come back at 7:30, they close at 8 and get to meet the manager, Aaron, who Ive never dealt with in the past. His literal first remark is snide about I guess you had someone buy a car here or something, well this is how it really works... and I had to stop him and tell him that myself, brother, and girlfriend all over the past year have got our car here. Were asking to walk out at the internet price and skip the hour of negotiating. Because in all three of the instances Ive had over the last year, with tax, title, fee etc. and the negotiation it always came down back to walking out the door at the internet price. Aaron laughed like we were out of our minds that we cant sell what we list it on the internet for. I wanted to break it down logically to this Neanderthal but my friend had me step outside, and after five minutes, he came to the same conclusion and there was no wiggle room. They obviously had some calls about the Cadillac today and Aaron said they had I promise Im quoting we have the best priced Cadillac in Florida. Hey genius, if youre posting youre listing on the internet, thats who youre competing with, and thats the price expected to pay. We had the amount of the car plus 4K in cash on top (obviously didnt say that) and were trying to work out a deal but Ego Caveman Aaron but thats the end of that. Its funny Ive done a complete 180 over the course of a day on used cars. Some of the dealerships have 200k mile warranties even on their used cars so there are some good finds but on used bring a good mechanic and go to the seller. Which is what were doing today, found the same Cadillac with 20k less miles for $1500 less. My only suggestion at this point, because I personally will never go back, is to get your manager Aaron hooked up with a internet data plan on his phone so he knows the competition.

This was THE WORST service experience ever. I dropped my car off for an oil change and warranty work and a month later I am still dealing with issues from what should have been a routine visit. Not to mention, I didn’t even need the oil change. Unknowingly (at the advice of an inexperience sales person at another dealership) I brought my 2013 Mazda3 in at less than 4,000 miles. Would have been wonderful if they informed me of that prior to instead of after changing the oil and charging me for it.My car was damaged by them during this first service visit It was never completely repaired. I was charged for a rental that Mazda said they would cover. In 4 visits they lost my keys, I was completely ignored by the body shop, waited 10 minutes before I walked to sales then service then sales again where it took 3 people and 45 minutes to find my keys. I requested an estimate 3 separate times before being told the “printer was down” only to ask a 4th time the following day to then be told it was just “being written up”. Get it straight folks.Though failed attempts were made to fix this mess; Ryan Murray is probably one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. On Halloween, he was too distracted by his oompa loompa costume to focus on an already extremely unsatisfied customer.When I had a Ford and dealt with Jeremy Bauer, he was wonderful. Unfortunately, Ryan Murray is the only service adviser for Mazda. That needs to be fixed.Emails and phone calls to Paul Stronza have gone ignored. I did not buy my car at Countryside Mazda so I have to hope that their Sale department is better. For I will now endure the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes out of my way to go to another Mazda dealer for service rather than have to ever deal with Countryside Mazda again.

First I would like to thank Dinarte Luz (sales consultant) for taking the time to talk with me and show me the vehicles I was interested in when I first stoped by the dealership over eight months ago. Knowing I wasnt buying at the time, he still had no problem showing me the vehicles inside and out, and with a smile.In all the time I spoke with him he was able to answer or get the answer to the questions I had. This is why I retuned to Countryside Ford/Mazda.I contacted Mr. Luz by email earlier this week to set up a test drive on a Mazda CX-5, and he was able to respond back to me within a few hours, and we were able to set up a date on my schedual. Talking with Mr. Luz there was no presure, and no intimidation, I felt right at home.Ultimately, I found the vehicle I was looking for, and for the price I was looking for, and had a pleasant time purchasing my Mazda CX-5.
