Treasure is a treasure! As a local patron of the cube smart storage on Gulf to Bay, I had Treasure go above and beyond for me when my package was mistakenly delivered to the storage facility instead of my home. She was kind enough to track me down and even “store” my package in the office until I got back into town! So grateful and will always remember the customer service and kindness Treasure gave me. :)

Tresure is the nicest person you’ll ever meet! She helped me with my 10x10 unit that I reserved online, and she told me all the fees that was needed to move in. Very professional.The unit itself was clean and spacious. A heads up: you won’t be able to bring in you own lock since the lock they have are different and made so that people aren’t able to easily get into your unit.

I have never rented a storage unit and been excited about it until I found Cube Smart Storage! We have been researching different facilities for awhile now and I’m so happy we found this place! From the initial phone call with the call center to getting an immediate response from the manager Treasure (who is phenomenal) the whole thing was seamless. Treasure with her friendly and professional disposition is truly an amazing representation of this company. The facilities are safe, clean and easy to access. Treasure took me on a tour of the unit and complex, which is climate controlled and I can’t stress enough CLEAN. Treasure was very clear on how to access units, load/unload, where to find carts and anything else I needed to know to make our lease here comfortable. Thomas provided friendly, helpful, and beneficial customer service. He informed me the renter insurance and that there are 3 different levels. He gave me a tour of the storage area. He explained to me the hours of operation, after hours, loading docks, exits, entrance. I was looking for two different kinds of units: 10 x 10 or 10 x 7. It was quick, easy, and convenient. CubeSmart also calls you the day before your move-in to remind and answer any questions that you have. It was a great day! I would highly recommend this storage unit.

First, I was very impressed by the amazing customer service that Treasure gave to us. Then the clean state of the building and units closed the deal!

On Thursday, 17 September I came to CubeSmart in Clearwater Florida and was quite impressed with the young lady Mrs Treasure Henry, who greeted me even though behind a mask very welcoming. Mrs. Henry was very detailed with me, both on paper and physically taking me to the storage units, to see all the different opportunities of storage units that I was looking for to lease for my dad. All units were clean and areas were well lit. She took the time to show me how to use the lock, showed me where all the exits, and restrooms were located. I highly recommend her and the use of this facility. Awesome experience, thanks CubeSmart.
