Spoke with sales representative Mike J. and was assured that my order wold be pulled and waiting for pick-up for when I arrive. I traveled (4) hours from Jacksonville for the products I purchased, only to hear that I would need to wait (15) minutes because he failed or lied about doing his job, or what he said he would do. Very unprofessional. Lost my business.Thanks Mike for wasting my time.
The customer service is not very good at the new operation/ management. I called to have my plotter fixed and explained it was a time sensitive issue. The customer service person(Brandon) tells me we need to set up an account. Ok, I do and then it takes several days to get the paperwork completed. I asked can we drop it off asap as we really needed this done to get orders out. No, need the paperwork done first. I wait a few days. He emails me asking me what kind of plotter we have... then a last email to tell me since we didnt buy it form them they wouldnt work on it. We could have been told that a week ago and have had another solution. Pretty frustrating! They should be upfront and let you know what they can and cant do instead of stringing you along for a week.

In September I ordered 5 rolls of Oracal 651... 24 x 40 yards in a color cost me $92.80. I went in today, not two months later and paid $118.80!!!! That is a $26.00 price hike on one roll!!! More than a %25 increase without any notification!!! I didnt notice the increase until I got back to my business and called them, asking if they had made an error in my billing... nope! They said the price was across the board right from Oracal and didnt apologize for not notifying us for the increase...nothing!I called other supplier...,no price increase! Bye-Bye Mac Papers!
