This was a great experience for me. I was emptying an in house office so it was a one time shredding job. The office staff of ProShred were very responsive to my questions on several occasions. The day of the shredding went easily with two men working, emptying paperwork quickly, and shredding on site. Overall it was actually an easy solution to get rid an enormous amount of secure documents.

The driver called 30 minutes ahead just like we were promised and he showed up early. He was very professional and helpful. We will definitely use Proshred again!

We used Proshred for a community event (Shred Fest) sponsored by Citizens Bank of Florida to benefit a non-profit organization called Hope Helps in Oviedo. Another shred company couldnt fulfill our request and Proshred Security happily stepped up and provided support to the event! They were professional, very happy to be able to help us and they did an even better job than the last company we have used for over 10 years! They showed up at the appointed time, made quick work of loading up a mountain of paperwork for shredding and were gone in a flash. The driver was extremely courteous and professional. I had accumulated about a dozen hard drives over the years from various computing equipment Ive used, and I desired complete physical destruction of these drives to ensure that any data could not possibly be recovered from them, and I wanted to be able to personally witness the destruction. Pro-Shred provided the service I needed to accomplish this. They were able to arrange for one of their mobile shredding/destruction vehicles to come to my location within 2 days of my contact, and the driver/technician arrived at my location in the Tampa suburbs as scheduled, and was friendly, professional, and efficient. For the service of coming to my location so that I could witness the process, it was definitely not inexpensive, but I consider it to be worth it to ensure my information security.If I have any suggestion for improvement, it would be for customers to be able to witness the destruction at their location instead of on-site, so that a lower cost option with witnessing could be provided. They had indicated that if I came to their site it would indeed be cheaper, but would only be a drop-off without personal observation. If customers cant physically gain proximity to the machines at their site, perhaps a camera could be set up in their lobby to be able to witness it?Still, I definitely recommend this vendor for this service.

My family had 40 years of parents records to shred. After burning up one shredder and facing a mountain of old statements filled with account and ID numbers we called ProShred. We arranged a time for their truck to come to the house, we had all the records ready to go. The driver gave us a 30 minute heads up call and was there when he said hed be. He had the truck and bin ready for us in minutes...10 minutes later all our documents were transferred and shredded. The whole process was seamless and painless. We will certainly use them again when we have large volumes of documents to shred.

Received an appointment within two days of when I called with an estimate for cost based on the number of boxes we had. The man who came to do our shredding was nice and efficient. The price didnt change from the estimate and within 15 - 20 minutes they were done. We will definitely use again next time.

I live in Kissimmee and I had a requirement for shredding services. I had a bunch of personal paperwork that I have been lugging around for years...old bills, taxes, personal journals. It took up a couple of bins in my garage. My idea was to try and burn them in a garbage can, but thankfully I used my brain and found out there was a local, mobile shredding company. Proshed set up and appointment, came out and shredded everything...I even got to watch. I was concerned they might see some paperwork as it gets shredded, but it all goes in a bin, and the bin is lifted into the truck. Very professional, and friendly, and worth every penny to know its finally safely gone.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received and the fact that my documents were shredded right in front of me and I could watch on a closed circuit camera from start to finish. The rates were very reasonable and I will use them again if/when the need should arise.Also, I must have changed the appointment date 5 or 6 times because I wanted to be sure I had all my shredding together. I kept finding another box each time I cleaned a section of the garage. Every Monday morning I emailed Nikia to push the date forward and it was never an issue. She was polite, friendly, respectful and most of all flexible to my needs.

I called pro-shred because we had a lot of files that we wont be needing anymore and it was taking too much space. These file are 6 years and older.
