Runnels is so good. Their office staff communicate very well. I needed both the rear window and front window replaced due to large hail damage. I couldnt do both at the same time so scheduled 2 appointments. Each appointment, they had to order the required window. They came in when they said they would. The price was what they quoted me ( really good prices, by the way) and the work was done before the stated timeframe.The quality of their work is outstanding. Even cleaned my dash and vacuumed the glass out of the seats. I am very impressed with their work and their office staff. I highly recommend them.

I came in at 12 pm to get my windshield replaced and they were fast and very kind. I got out at 1 pm and they told me on the phone about 1-2 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a windshield replaced or repaired!

I had been trying for almost a year to get the seal replaced for my front windshield. All the places I tried (7) made excuses for not wanting to do the work or said I was better off not trying to replace the seal. One place actually sold me the seal and then would not do the installation. Sean took the time to come to our 20 year old RV, looked it over and said no problem Then asked if it would be okay (Not a requirement) with me to bring the RV to Runnels Glass. I have not met a more consummate professional in Sean and his attention to detail was outstanding. I also give my highest respect to Runnels Glass. The company went the extra mile in helping us. The job was done right period.

Referred by 2 co-workers, I decided to give them a try to have a chip fixed. Stacy was very nice and attentive. Chip was fixed in 30 minutes. will definitely be using them again.

They had my RV for 2 weeks to tint it. I had an appointment set up for the first week they had it. One of their techs had a medical issue and their schedule got pushed back. No biggie. I was told on Thursday that it would be done by Saturday and if not someone would be there Sunday to finish it. I get there Sunday and they hadnt even started on it and nobody is there to work on it, like I was told there would be. They did a great job for a great price but I would appreciate not being lied to.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences in my dealings with Runnels glass. I’m a local business that needs vehicle and machinery glass, decals, wraps, vinyls, and shirts and they deliver it all with a great attitude and prompt service. I highly recommend!

I had four (4) separate appointments scheduled for service at my home with Runnels Glass. For two (2) of those appointments no one showed up neither did anyone call to let me know that they would be late or would need to reschedule. Finally on the fourth appointment a service representative came and made a few minor adjustments to a couple of the windows I had requested service on, stated that he would need to get some replacement parts and that someone from the office would soon make contact with me to provide me with an estimate of the parts and labor costs to complete the needed repairs. It has now been about 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a follow-up phone call from the office. Needless to say, I will be getting my future window repairs done by a different and more responsible, reliable company that takes customer service seriously.

I was referred here by classic Chevrolet and I called several times on different days to get a quote for a windshield they kept telling me they would call back and all 3 times in 3 different days I never recieved a call back. If thats how they will treat a prospective customer I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers. Plus I will be calling classic Chevrolet to let them know not to refer customers here because clealry they dont need the work.

I wanted to get my home windows tinted so I called because I have used them before and had a pretty good experience. As soon as they answered I spoke with a lady that really didn’t seem to care for my business but I kept going and I set up an appointment to get an estimate. My wife stayed home all day and no one ever showed up or called. I call and ask what the deal was and the blame was put on the guy that was supposed to come. They said they would call me back to set something up again. Fast forward about a month and I finally hear something from them and the man apologized and tried to make it right by discounting it. I was happy with his service so I agreed and someone finally came out to give me an estimate. We set up a time for him to install a that time came and went without a call. I call today to ask what happened and the lady who barely apologized and sounded mad she had to talk to anyone, said the guy tried to call my wife but no one answered. Come to find out they called the wrong number and didn’t even try to call me. I know they have my number because they called me back a month later on the original ticket. Anyways, she gives me an option now of next week because they are booked till then and it’s to late today to come do it. I agree at first and voiced my frustration to her to which I got a couple of half hearted sorry bout that. I got off the phone and started thinking about why I would want to give my business to people who don’t really seem to care about their customers. I called and told her I changed my mind and didn’t want to reschedule and she really didn’t care just pretty much ok sounds good. I will say the man I talked to before, I think he may have been an owner, was nice and apologetic and actually acted like he cared about having customers. The way the employees act on the phone and not showing up or following up is my problem. I tried to give them another chance and got burned again and to top it off they didn’t care. I would not recommend. I did decide to edit the review and give two stars for Kevin’s help

Had windshield installed and after getting home noticed black sealant all over interior of truck, took two hours to clean and had to re-paint some places on new dash and trim, several big pieces of old sealant in the floor i had to clean up. sent them pictures and no response

Have a life time warranty on my tent they said they would fix my back window but if it peels again they wont fix it whats the point fixing it then? Lifetime warranty means life time warranty know matter what so I guess I will have it fix elsewhere

Had 8am appt.for a air leak on new windshield to be resealed. Called at 12:30 Kevin said they were resealing the bottom of windshield now. He said it would take about one hour. I arrived at 2:30 the ladies in office could not find any order for a reseal on my truck or keys. Kevin stuck his head in door an ask what truck . He said they would bring it to the front. I walked out side an his employees were walking out to truck to start on it. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to reseal windshield. Would not recommend this company for anything. Seams they take your money an care less about fixing anything

Poor customer service, Poor communication skills. Instead of checking product to make sure it was in stock they took my money and I waited a week. I called and was promised a return call that never happened. I wanted to patronize locally but not with this company. Got my money refunded and told my customer who not to use in Cleburne.

I recently had my window fixed there. Now I dont have a single problem with the window infact I think the mechanics deserve a raise for speed and quality. Now when it comes to customer service it fell short. Yea every one was nice but also failed to remember the quote they had given me which was 125 for the installation. I had the parts.So while we are talking I tell them Im prior service military. Thanks me and my dog for our service then charges me 140 and says shes taking 15 off for military discount.Upsetting. Great mechanics though.

Someone broke into my car. Had the drivers window ordered and ready for me within 2 hours. Installed the window perfectly, no leaks, no crookedness. They even cleaned out all of the broken glass in the door, the seat, and the floor. Good people, doing good work as far as my experience goes. I will only use these guys.Same window was busted out again 2 weeks ago. I shall be returning to Runnels as soon as the seat dries out lol.

I dropped a chandelier of in December 2016 to have 1 piece of glass replaced and a decal made. It is the end of July 2017 and I still dont have it. I have called and stopped in and was told on all occasions that they would call me when its done. Im not sure how long that takes, but it seems excessive!

I paid 200$ for window tint on my mustang, I thought it was over priced, but continued and paid cause of the lifetime warranty.A week later I found a plastic cover to my door fuses underneath the passenger seat, they broke it while taking it apart and didnt bother to mention it or fix it. Now it wont fit back on and I have wires underneath my glovebox visible.Dont make my mistake. Listen to the reviews. HORRIBLE workmanship and that is the honest truth.I also didnt get the brow tint on my front windshield like they promised.

They had some guy that looked like he just got out of jail redo the window seals on my 71 GMC truck. They were garbage, and so I took it back. They said they fixed them. They were still garbage. Air leaks out the wazoo, huge gaps in the seals that you could SEE THOUGH. These clowns are nothing but idiots, thats for sure. I recommend that whatever youre having done, regardless of what it is, you stay far far away from runnels glass and have your service provided elsewhere. Someplace that actually gives a rip. Cause these people dont.

I had Runnels Wrap come to my business and asked them to get me a quote and some graphics started so we could have signs made. they stated that it would take a couple of days to accomplish, two weeks later I called and was told that I was next on the list. a week later I called and left a message no return call a week after that I spoke with someone who notified me that they were a million dollar a year company and that they had been busy. all people are looking for is customer service, you dont have any of that for sale and you cant buy it. Went in as a walkin to ask about window tinting at 11:30 AM. Was told, after the lady in front went in the back and asked if I could be back at 1:00 PM and we agreed upon the appt time. Was told it would take about two hours and that was agreed upon as I had other appts afterwards.We left came back at 1 as instructed and walked around for a little bit. Came back at 2 and there was some cars sitting in front and then one was pulled into the back. We waited in the waiting room for the addl hour and asked about our vehicle. They had not even started on it. She said he was about to start and it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. We had already said earlier when we needed it back.We asked for our keys, the lady was very apologetic gave us our keys and we will not return. The only reason for the 2 stars was the ladies in front were so polite.JES

Called to have glass replaced on my home .... Was told 3 times I would be contacted... Month later still no call.... Wouldn’t do business with these folks.

I do not recommend this place at all. Bad customer service, employees have HUGE attitudes and getting anything done is like pulling teeth. I am now stuck with $200 worth of misprinted and worthless material because the guy named NICK doesnt have time to actually send a proof or even follow up with phone calls. This is horrible place to have to do business with and I encourage anyone in the area to PLEASE go somewhere else. They have a stronghold on the area due to lack of competition, if another wrap place came in here people would leave these clowns in the dust. When I think of Runnels Glass, I think Mickey Mouse and his crew could do better work. Runnels Glass, you guys SUCK! By the way, if you do have an issue, expect them to argue, ignore you and treat you like garbage. Just look at their rating now, my point has been made before many times!

Do not use this place, I took a older truck there to have the window resealed in the track, went to pick it up and noticed that they had scratched the tent all up so they redid it and it was terrible, after I got home I noticed that they had broke the rod for the door handle and the window still doesnt work like it is suppose to. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP!

I had a great experience. Rear window shattered this morning and I scrambled to call an auto glass shop. I talked to about 4-5 shops in total between Granbury, Ft. Worth, and Cleburne, and Runnels Glass was the only one that could replace it today AND their quote was cheaper than everyone elses. I took it in for the appointment and they had it ready under 2 hours. Heres hoping it lasts a long time! Thank yall!
