Terrible pharmacy and the number one reason I try to avoid these big chain pharmacies. They are slow and incompetent. Even if you get a text saying your prescription is ready be prepared to wait an hour in the drive-through or standing inside the store. They are the worst and if you can go to a smaller DO IT! They will find a way to screw it up
I’m shocked at the amount of low reviews here, and then I realized that a majority of these people have probably never worked in healthcare before, and think that pharmacies should be like the drive thru at McDonald’s!My step dad’s doctor sent in a script that was very expensive, our insurance covered a majority of it but it was still close to $200. One of the techs quickly managed to find a discount card that brought the cost down to around $30 and we couldn’t have been more grateful! Great customer service!
I have been trying to reach the pharmacy for the last thirty minutes. Twice someone has picked up the phone and hung up without even bothering to say anything. I have seen the people in the pharmacy do this while I was in line, in person at this Walgreens. Very rude. Hire some more people Walgreens, your employees are overworked so they have stooped so low as to not even answer the phone.
This has to be the worst Walgreens I have ever seen. They do not have their act together and that is a direct reflection of the Store management and Pharmacy staff. My wife was in line to pick up a medication she waited three weeks on. They literally put the window down at 6pm and you are basically out of luck even if you have been in line for 30-45 minutes.Maybe they should shut the store down at 6 also so that they can lock the door and service those already in the store. Allow those already in the drive thru to come in and get their prescriptions. Totally uncalled for and completely unprofessional
Its good. At times crowded especially the drive through but catch it during work and school hours Its not too bad.
This pharmacy has always managed to help me get what I need, despite being so understaffed! Within these last couple of days they’ve really turned things around for the better, so I’ll continue to go here.
Pharmacy was great in helping me get my prescription despite the fact that they were so busy!
Ive worked for pharmacies in the past, so I know how hard it can be to do your job when you have ungrateful people shouting at you while you have to have a smile on your face! These technicians are doing the best they can with the long lines and being understaffed. All I needed was some zyrtec, but they made sure to take care of me with a smile even with some people making nasty comments about the service. All I can say is, if you dont like the wait....theres pharmacies all around Cleburne! Take your pick! Good job techs!
Changing pharmacys. Always a problem on their end lately.
The refuse to pick up the phone. There’s no way to get through to a live person.
This is a very lovely set up Walgreens and delightful to navigate. The pharmacy works very hard here and are very consistent in procdures and practices. The staff is polite and even extra kind at times. The quality of foods and ensurance of fresh and well packaged goods is prime standard. The set up is the best I have been in. You do not.easily get overwhelmed by overplacement.I worked as a cashier and lab technician when younger.and their standards of placement were high already. They are doing an excellent job at making shopping inside a pleasant experience. They could use more staff, specifically in pharmacy.
Do yourself a favor and don’t come here, just don’t!
Store was clean and had exactly what I wanted.
Waited over 72 hours for a Covid test result that was supposed to be delivered in 24 hours or less, only to have to call and be put on hold for nearly 20 minutes to get my results. Their phone system is painful as well.
Convenient, great variety of items to choose from, prices are comparable to most places around town.
Extremely rude employees! Very unprofessional accusing customers of things they didn’t do! Will not be returning and telling my family/friends to choose cvs instead where all the employees are always so happy to see each and every customer!
Very efficient and kind staff in the pharmacy
Ijust know how much better they can be!!! Doesnt anyone here enjoy their job?
Really slow service. Shut down pharmacy today due to no pharmacist on site. I guess we need to delay our need for meds until the pharmacist gets back..
Prescription should have been ready today and they say that i cant pick it up for a week. My bottle says the date my bank and my dr say the date yet they wont acknowledge that they messed up. When i ask her to check the book all she did was flip threw the pages and say yup i was wrong asked them to check the cameras how covenant the camera doesnt work. Not worth it was of time higher prices and cant write down the proper date.
I had problems getting my prescription due to insurance approval....Caitlin did a wonderful job letting me know what was happening and keeping me informed. She gave excellent costumer service through the whole ordeal. Thank you Caitlin!
Medium wait. Went above & beyond to help me. Great employees & great service:)
My only visit to Walgreens was so terrible that Ive never considered going in one again. Slow service, out of meds, made no attempt to be helpful. Higher prices for the same medication. Three people were working, no line, but I must have interrupted their conversation, because they didnt even acknowledge my presence at first.
So tell me Walgreens, if your pharmacy isnt open 24 hours, why should I use it? If youre not going to offer me some convenience over your competitors, then why shouldnt I use them instead? Why shouldnt I just go to walmart where the prescriptions are cheaper? Which I have done. Ill switch back if you decide to run the pharmacy 24 hours again.
Every single time I have filled a prescription here, the pharmacy claims that they did not receive it from my doctor. I then have to sit and wait a tremendously long time to get my prescription. Today was the LAST STRAW. My 2 year old twins have double ear infections. The prescription was faxed in at 1:45 pm (proof of receipt from our doctor). I come in after work at 6:30 pm to pickup their medicine, they claim that it did not get sent in. The pharmacist was rude, and talked down to me like I was wrong when I was not. After my doctor sent it in 2 more times I am still sitting here waiting for my childrens medicine while they are home with my husband screaming in discomfort.I will never use a Walgreens ever again so long as I live.
Most helpful 🤕
Very rude..
This pharmacy is a mess and completely unorganized. Expect to wait for a long time just to find out your prescription isnt even ready. Dont expect a consult or any pricing help either. They didnt even bother to tell me they dont accept my insurance anymore.. I never thought this pharmacy could be worse than walmart!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been waiting all day for one prescription! No one will answer the phone, Ive called multiple times. Online it just says in progress. Horrible. Slow. Go somewhere else!
Pharmacist was very patient and informative. She answered all of my questions and was prompt on getting my scripts filled. Even at 1 am she greeted me with a smile and helped me the best she could.
Right in right out
First trip didn’t have enough of the med.second trip didn’t have four meds. Two trips each time. Understaffed?? Inventory Control? Customer service is great, but can’t deliver what isn’t in stock.
3 times they have not had the medications my dr prescribed for my children. When they say it will be ready by a certain time it has never been ready when I come at that time. I have to come an hour or two later and still sometimes it’s not ready.
This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. If they are out of stock on a med they make no attempt to remedy it regardless of how much you need it. They have no idea how to use the computer to check where you can get it. I had to use a Waco branch to do cleburnes job. No one gives you a decent answer. You order a med in person and 3 days later someone different tells you they have no record of it. My advice go to Kroger or walmart. Today made a second trip and of course they still were not ready. I will be transferring my meds after this, I dont care how far I have to drive.
Can they not see the long lines? Do they not care? Horrible Service!!! They almost make CVS look good and we know thats not right at all.
Ive always trusted Walgreens as a place to go when i need all things pharmaceutical, however if you can avoid going to this Walgreens, do. Go to CVS down the street. The customer service at this particular store is completely lacking.
You guys Crack me up same review on every other walgreens website word for word within a 75 mile radius must work for somebody tryimg to bring you more business anyway people they are awesome fast for me I usually take it inside they tell me 20 min and within 5 min Im walking out the door with prescriptions in hand the longest time I waited was 12 min but that was for 4 prescriptions for myself 6 for my wife and 3 for my son and thats with all the insurance signing so you guys give it a try
Always friendly and they have so many choices.
After going to Christy Todd on 3 different time in person and 4 times on the phone I feed up being treated as a number. After 5 years or more of trying to work with them I moved my account to CVS it will cost Walgreens $30,000 a year but they dont care (just a number). Gone to Corp. to talked to people there without any help.
Worst Walgreens ever. Not even worth explaining. Horrible, thats all I can say
3rd time waiting in the drive thru line within an hr! So many excuses!
The young woman at the front register was very polite and informative. The only reason I dont give this place a one star. The elderly woman who was working in the photo section was rude and probably has spent way to much time in customer service and needs to rewatch a video on how customer service should be given. Not all Android phones have the same charger like an iPhone. If you need photos done and might need help from a human being Id just go to CVS or Walmart.
Pharmacy is terrible higher rank employees like to pick on lower rank employees by cussing and giving them a hard time. It makes me sick to my stomach. Only saving grace to the store is Kait shes the best person they have on staff all the rest should be fired for the things they say and do... To bad the surveys dont count unless you give them a 9 star otherwise corporate doesnt look or care about it.......
You better be prepared to wait a long time. If you have 2 toddlers with you go driving around for an hour or you will need additional meds because you have gone crazy.
I have only been in this particular location once and it was for a quick over the counter item.
Very slow need more help I feel for their employees because the management certainly doesnt respect them or the customers
Today was the last straw for me. Please be wary when you choose a pharmacy. Im sure there are people out there that are much more dependent on their medication than I am that could face serious health risks using thos pharmacy. To name a few problems:1. The wait times are always terrible. I have sat in an empty lobby waiting on a prescription for about 30 minutes before which is about the minimum even when the lobby is full. The drive though isnt any better. Ive actually waited an hour and a half in a line of 5 cars.2. Ive recieved numerous phone calls from their automated system stating that my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Every time Id drive to pick them up, they hadnt even started working on them, which 9 of 10 times meant I was in for AT LEAST a 30 minute wait.3. The reason I was finally done with this place today was due to the fact that I was blatently lied to. I called to check on a prescription that was called in by my doctor (3:30 pm) After using my phone number to locate it, the automated system said it would be ready at 4:43 pm. I showed up at about 5:10 pm, waited in line until 5:35 pm, and was told that the prescription was being worked on and that it would take 15-20 minutes. I expected this so I waited. At 5:50, I spoke with the same person at the drive through who then told me that they wouldnt have it for another two days so Id either have to wait or call my doctor and have it moved (of course at this time the doctor had already left for the day). At this point I asked, why did no one call me to tell me that it wasnt able to be filled? They told me that my number wasnt a valid one and that they tried to call it. I told them my number on file was the same one I used to check for my prescription on the automated system. They then told me that I had two numbers on file (Ive only ever had one). I asked what the other one was and she said. Dont worry about that Ive already taken care of it, so the one you just gave us will work? At this point I drove away.I run a business, I dont have time for that s$&@. Again please be careful if you are dependent on your medication. Its sad to say that this place could actually be dangerous for some individuals due to the dishonest people that work here.
Doesnt answer when trying to call
Horrible. Horrible. Worst one Ive ever been too. They had me call my insurance and Dr. Took over an hour calling back and forth and they still cant figure it out. Waste of my life!
Helpful late night pharmacist.
Easy to find things!
Great services from May 😊🎉
The absolute worst walgreens in the state of texas.
Terrible pharmacy, having to wait in the drive thru line for almost an hour. Theyre service is slower than Christmas....
I have never been able to get my meds on time. I even call before heading up there and they still cant have it ready. One of the worst Walgreens Ive been too
Only reason I brought my prescriptions here, was insurance made us. New insurance, new pharmacy! Have never gotten my meds on time. Worst waiting time in the chain!
Short handed but the one poor lady in this evening was very friendly.
Great store and pharmacy
Convenient
Medicine
Awlful ....
