I love Owens furniture store. I have been going since I was a wee girl with my grandmother and mother.They have a great selection of product. Although I don’t think the quality is as good as it use to be. Not the cheapest, but to each their own.I got a bedroom set, needless to say. They really try to work with you on deliveries and any replacements or adjustments you may need. Customer service exceptional.

This Home Furnishings store has a lot of different items to choose from. From living room furniture like recliners and sofas, to bedroom sets and accessories. Lamps, pictures, historic flags framed, and many other accessories to add to any room. The prices are affordable and the folks working there are downright friendly! 👍👍

I found Owens Furniture to be a great place! The quality super exceeded my expectations and the prices were reasonable.Hats off to all the friendly staff that helped make the shopping experience so pleasurable. I can’t imagine any other place that could be more pleasant.Delivery was on time as scheduled. The team was courteous and very cautious about their work. They placed everything spot on.Everyone should give Owens consideration when looking for their next furniture.

Came in to look at items I’d seen online. Jennifer showed them to me then helped put together a living and dining area. I really appreciated her design help. Happy to find a store to buy good quality brand furniture. I would highly recommend Owens Furniture.

Buyers beware !!!! I’ve never worked with such an unprofessional retailer in my life. I ordered a piece of furniture almost 3 months ago was charged the day I ordered it and have yet to receive it. When I would call them to ask them what was going on they would give me the runaround. They would throw out every name in the book this person is dealing with that person dealing with it. They never would call me back. After stalking them I finally got a tracking number for my shipment that was supposedly being delivered, to find out from the shipping company that it was deactivated because the company never paid them and stopped answering their calls. I’ve been reaching out to them myself for several days and they do not pick up my phone calls either. Save yourself the headache and do not use them !

Do not order. They will steal your money.I ordered a gentlemans chest with custom stain that arrived damaged. Initially, I was told by Alicia Owens (Justin Owens wife) that I needed to donate to a charity then send in receipt proving donation before a replacement would be sent out.Due to COVID, I was not able to donate the piece until Jun 29, 2020, 5:57 PM and was told about a week after this date by Owens Furniture staff, after calling in because I hadnt heard anything, that the replacement item would be delayed by a month due to COVID (I was fine waiting).Since then, Owens has ignored contact requests both by email and phone and has failed in their fiduciary duty to deliver a replacement product or refund in its entirety, the order total.

Very disappointed in Owens. We purchased a dining table beginning of May. Was told 2 weeks by Amanda. It came in faster than expected, which was great, but it was the wrong table and chairs. Amanda blamed it on Rachel for ordering it wrong. Told me I should have ordered through her. That is the first poor customer service(don’t talk about your employees). She told me she would get it on order via text message and we would have it in 1-2 weeks.. still waiting. Every time I call I get a different answer. Amanda explained that, “Rachel has been telling people the wrong dates” when in fact it was the text I have from Amanda that told me the time frame. I was told by Amanda that “I was huffy and puffy because my items were ordered wrong” as well as “the owners do not speak to customers” and would not give me their information. I did try to call Justin, the owner, left a detailed voicemail and he did not call me back. Mistakes happen and I am ok with the table being ordered wrong. The disappointment I have is with customer service and the lack of information. Rachel has been the only one to try and get an ETA for us. Unfortunately, the only answer she can get is, “they will call when it ships, that they do not know!” The furniture at Owens is beautiful, but poorly run business!

We are very disappointed with Owens Furniture! We purchased a love seat from them. However realized with a week that One arm rest was damaged or poorly constructed! Call manage to complain about it only for her to say “I’m sorry!” & We were told that it’s the ONE & ONLY piece of furniture with in the store that’s not under any warranted!!!” We then tried to call owner at both store & left message for owner to call us back! However we never received any call back from owner at all! Very poor run business! We will never return to this business- due to poor quality furniture & irresponsible management! I highly no one else does either! They should have fixed or replaced our love seat or at least given us discount on future purchases! Or at returned our phone calls!!!!!

I purchased some furniture on 8/16/20 to be shipped to Washington State. Still hasnt arrived. I realize now that they are out of business. Does anyone know who they use as a shipper? Im hoping to contact them to see if it ever got shipped.Thank you

Owens has beautiful furniture! The selection is great and so is the quality! The owners are friendly and stand by the quality of their product. I highly recommend this place for a variety of choices for comfy sofas and chairs to choose from, and a great selection of durable fabrics that look great, too!

Everything I’ve gotten from Owens is high quality and has been delivered very quickly. My family has bought whole bedroom sets and still within a week or so it was delivered. Amazing communication for delivery times and days. 6/5 stars!!!

Justin was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to explain the differences in the types of furniture how they are made and which ones have better support. Justin was able to answer all my questions. The information he gave helped me to make my selection. Also, the store is pet friendly!!! I will definitely return. The best experience Ive had furniture shopping!!

They are most unprofessional company, ordered June 2019 sofa, loveseat took 6 weeks to get it. And was damaged. Then took 2 more months to get replacement. And 6 months later now falling apart. Also paid for extended warranty. They sent repai guy in july 2020, never came back with parts. Called in August, they getting a hold of repair guy. Never called back in September kept calling, voice mail box is full. And now out business. The company flex steel probably not going to warranty the furniture.

My mother ordered and paid on a Living room set on 08/31/20, from Cleburne Tx, they told her it would be delivered within 5wks. My mother and her husband have been calling and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. My mother went to the Owens store in Cleburne Tx today 09/22/20 to get some answers (she does not live in Cleburne, but an Hour away), and the doors are locked with a piece of paper that states they filed BANKRUPTCY on 08/27/20! Days before she ordered her Living room! Where is the professional courtesy or even the human compassion to pick up a phone and call the client to inform them of what lies ahead?! Where is her refund? I understand with the rough shape the economy is in today, that you Owens a large Business, had to file Chapter 11, but to know you have no intent to fulfill the purchase order/ delivery and still take hard working Americans money is disgusting and appalling. Very disappointed.ZERO STARS, but obviously to comment i had to choose one.

I love the furniture at this place. I just bought a bed & mattress for my daughter. Great quality stuff. Great customer service in the store and the delivery guys were so nice & very careful while they were moving the bed into the house. They were very efficient & had it set up in no time. I highly recommend.

Very nice store. Great website. Only downfall was the over bearing saleslady that we encountered. Reminded me of buying a used car. After picking out the piece of furniture she walked us to the front of the store and left us for another customer. We were left just standing there. Finally had to ask the girl behind the counter how to check out and get the item purchased delivered. I really expected better customer service from a family owned business. Saleslady was all about the sale.

I’m nervous this is a fraudulent company. Can anyone confirm or give advise to determine if they are real? My payment was processed 6 weeks ago and every time I call they just keep saying it will be shipped soon. It was suppose to be on its way w/in 2-4 weeks and now that tomorrow is the 6week mark I’m getting concerned that I’m out a significant amount of money.I submitted the above post 3 weeks ago. Was called the next day saying it was shipping out early the following week which was 2 weeks ago. I’ve called to get an ETA or tracking information twice in the last two weeks and both individuals said they’d call me back w/tracking information. Tomorrow make 9 weeks since I made my purchase & I still have heard nothing from the shipping company nor any information on how much longer this will take. Super disappointing hoping if they can’t come through that I can get a full refund since I paid in full back in January.

So all the mover called in, and I could not get my furniture delivered. When I went to pick it up, the lady that worked there not only help me load my truck, but she followed me to my house and help me put my furniture in my house..... WOW!! These people are amazing. Keep up the good work.

I went in purchased a file cabinet. Was told it was in stock. It was not still waiting on it. It been 3 month. Was told being built then painted been 2 weeks. Still nothing. Very poor service

I ordered a beautiful table from them, ran into some issues I wasnt happy about but they went above and beyond to make it right and I ended up happy with what they did for me.

I bought two matching couches from the store. They were very nice and holding them for mebeing as I didnt have a place to store them. I pick the couches up and they were rapped for travel. Unbeknownst to me when I finally reached my destination and unwrapped my couches they were two completely different styles. I called and spoke to one of the store associates who said they were going to look into the matter. Here it is a year later and they never did anything to make it right. I am very upset that my couch and loveseat do not match.

Owens has a great selection of unique furniture with outstanding quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful but didn’t hover over us as we shopped. Great experience! We are looking forward to our new loveseat.

Love this store. I was there to purchase a new mattress and box spring and while I was there I also purchased some iron wall art. I love the kids Owen and Parker they are so cute and its nice to have a playroom for the kids while I could shop. Thanks again Justin and Alicia we will be back.

Awesome! They have always been so helpful to us in the store. Never had a problem with any of the furniture we bought, and the delivery guys were so helpful when they brought our furniture. They assembled everything and when they were finished they cleaned up all of the packing material and took it with them. We plan to go back to them for our sectional couch and new barstools.

So friendly and helpful! Also, they were very willing to work with the timeline we needed regarding our furniture purchase and the close of our new home.

The furniture here is beautiful and priced comparable to other stores with the same type of furniture. The associates are friendly but will also leave you alone to look around. Nice place.

When I walk into their store, Im greeted with warm smiles and they are very helpful. They bend over backwards for their customers and because of that I will always use their store for my furniture needs!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! The owner is rude and worthless. He does not back up his furniture!! Bought 2 recliners both broke, repaired several times and still BROKE!! He refused to do anything about it!! But he will take your money!! TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

This is just another business full of scam artist. They will tell you anything that they can just to get your wallet out of your pocket and shut you up. They dont care about you or anyone else that walks in the front door. All they care about is whats in your wallet and will say whatever they have to say to get it out and into the register.
