Very professional. The workers wore masks as they assisted us. Youre able to schedule an appointment beforehand, and when you arrive you wont have to wait for others to finish first. This makes it extremely convenient for people on a tight schedule.

These people took advantage of my elderly mother.She went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades.She left with a bill for over $2000!She was told the work was required to Keep her warranty up. The car is 9 years old and hasnt been under warranty since 2016.I tried to do the right thing and address the store company directly. My complaint at the store level was ignored, and no one at the area level is returning my calls. THESE PEOPLE PREY ON THE ELDERLY.I am contacting the Attorney General and the BBB today.This company should be ashamed of itself.

I needed to get my jeep inspected and dropped by my local Firestone. Been going to Firestone stores for 15 years; first visit to this store. Great people and took care of my inspection right away. Would highly recommend this store

Had an oil change here. The Tech didnt tighten the oil filter all the way and by the time I got home I had almost no oil in my vehicle. Thats not what this is about. 5 stars for the way the handled the issue. Called the store as soon as shut down my engine in my driveway. With in 15 min the Tech and Manager were at my house. They replaced the filter/oil in my driveway and asked if we could take it back to the shop so they could look at it further. At the shop the Tech checked and replaced the oil/oil filter. They checked for engine damage( there was none thankfully), They refunded my charge and offered compensation for the issue, which was more than necessary. The Tech also cleaned the underside of my vehicle, then followed me back to my house to make sure there were no other issues and to clean the oil off my driveway. The Tech also offered to come by after his shift to scrub the stains off my driveway but I convinced him that was not needed. The way the Tech admitted and handled his mistake and how helpful the Manager (Justin ) was will have me as a returning customer (and i will always try to get the Mechanic to do my vehicle services). Yes a mistake was made (hey accidents happen), and yes it could have been bad really bad, but it wasnt, No Harm No Foul. The quick response, the house call, the mature attitude of both the Tech and the Manager, and the dedication to customer service was beyond my expectations. I was expecting them to come out, look at/fix the issue and say something along the lines of if you have any more problems come see us and then be on their way. They went out of their way to ensure things were fixed. Fantastic service, extremely helpful, Mature and humble employees.

I called about having my rotors turned. The fellow told me YES, we turn rotors. I show up with my rotors, a different man sitting outside says the machine is down, however the fellow inside (the one I talked to on the phone) is inside and seemingly unaware the machine is down. The man from outside walks into the shop and comes back with a different fellow who comes in then says Oh no, your rotors are too bad we cant do anything with them. The back rotors I did replace however OReillys was more than happy to turn the front, stating there was no issue with turning them, plenty of metal left. I GUESS FIRESTONE JUST DIDNT WANT TO WORK.

I had a great experience at this location. Came in since they had a tire sale going on. The Store Manager Justin was polite and not pushy. He listened to my concerns about price and made sure I got the best deal. This was the best experience I had at a Firestone. It’s good to see having such great service from the front of house (Justin) and even in the shop (Chris). I will be back for sure!

I like Firestone in general and have used them for years. The stores in Weatherford and Lake Worth have always been very professional and trustworthy. I took my car to the Cleburne location for inspection and tire rotation. Let me preface by saying that I keep my vehicles in top notch condition and do regular preventive maintenance. I was told my oil was only half full and needed to be changed immediately. I declined. (I later checked the oil level and found it was not low at all.) Then someone else came up and told me I had to buy a new set of tires because one tire had more wear than the others. I explained that is normal and the reason I asked for a tire rotation. He rolled his eyes and huffed. They said my 3 year old dealer installed battery needed replacement. I declined. Things went awry when they told me I was legally required to replace my rear windshield wiper or they wouldnt pass inspection. When I showed them the state website saying it wasnt required, the inspector got upset, dropped my phone on the counter, and slammed the window shut. Now, I expect some level of upsell when I take my car to a mechanic but this was over the top. It makes me furious when I think of how they may have taken advantage of my wife or kids had they taken the car up there. Im not going back, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

While traveling on vacation, a vibration developed which I correctly assumed was my tires. I left my family at the hotel and took the van to this shop because it was the nearest Firestone. Chris did a quick inspection and determined the belts were separating on my 2 rear tires (non Firestone brand). He replaced them with equal tires and even found a discount to help out. Very fast service on a very busy day. Thank you to the whole crew.

Good prices on tires, oil changes, and a few other services. They are a little high on some things. The waiting area is decent, and the staff is friendly. They are generally very thorough when they go through your vehicle, which is a two-edged sword. They catch issues that you may have missed that need to be addressed, but their goal in doing that is to sell more services. They are a business, after all. That also means that they take longer to do things, because they take the time to check things you didnt ask or expect them to check.

Very friendly and professional. Will look for and find items that may or do need servicing other then what you came for, which can be helpful, but also appears to be a way to pad up their service income while they have you there. Very good to excellent service.

Very awful place they will try and take advantage of women... Wife went in and tryed to get a tire and they said they could not take off the luggs with out replace all of them and the studs said they were stripped... +When I got home I took all 4 tires off with a tire iron with no problem and none of the lugs and put them on at different spots and nothing was wrong with the studs)... Then she asked a price and said it was going to be $650 just to replace the studs and lugs and what ever the cost of the tire will be plus mount and balance. Will not ever go there for anything will drive hours out of my way to get better service and experience.

I didnt get a chance to submit a survey because I wasnt actually billed. But I wanted to leave a comment about these guys. I got stranded in Alvarado when my rental car got a flat tire at dusk. The spare tire wasnt safe to drive at speed on I-35, so I had to put my family in a hotel for the night. The next day when Firestone opened, these folks got me taken care of quickly with no BS. They were able to bill it straight to Hertz, so I didnt have to do ANYTHING except show up! They were friendly and polite, and they got me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Thanks, guys!!

I go in there and wanted an alignment done they said they cant cause it needed new ball joints and tie rod on left side and replace front right tire total cost over 1800 dollars so I refused went home did research I bought two upper control arms lower ball joint both tie rods and idler arms for 116 bucks before tax and replaced them myself in 6 hours and then went to get an alignment done and got a used tire for the front right side 2 months later truck drives smoothly and it cost me a total of 350 bucks why was it gonna cost 1800 Ive seen how ball joints and stuff is changed it dont take long if you have the right tools I dont trust there pricings

The crew was great, a problem arose with Corporate on payment, and they worked it out. I was able to get the oil changed and then get to Fort Worth before 6pm The folks there are very nice and work to get you in and out!! I do highly recommend them!

Went in with scratchy sounding breaks just to find out I had really messed up everything down there by putting off having I looked at. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and what could wait until I got paid again. I was able to get in the road safely and at a price I can afford. Not to mention they were so understanding I had a 3 yr. Old who was getting ancy and wanted to play with everything!thanks guys yall are the best!

I made an appointment to get my breaks and roters changed because I was told by a different location that they needed to be done. The guys at this location checked everything and said that nothing needed to be done. They could have easily replaced them and took my money but they were honest and sent me on my way.I would give them 5 stars but I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before they even looked at my car.

It was ok but when I picked truck up the driver seat slip cover was hanging off, the seat was all the way up and rear view mirror turned way down. Im guessing it wasnt a 50 year old who worked on my truck. Put it back like you found it.

My girlfriend took her car into this place for a registration safety inspection. They charged her $25. Not sure why as other places Ive been to in the Cleburne and Hillsboro only charged $7. Probably not going back to this establishment again.

I like this place. Its a chain and some of their services are a little pricey, but I feel like the service is top notch. They dont BS you on what they cant do and will stretch a little to help you out when they can.

Wife had an appointment at 12:30 and it took them an hour and a half to do a simple alignment. Then they wanna say that the front now needs camber bolts yet they are in green and the caster is out. This place is a joke!

Incompetent staff and horribly RUDE and crooked management in Cleburne! This store needs a new manager or it will go out of business. This is a small town and it only takes so long before treating customers like theyre stupid will catch up with them. He was rude to us and the 2 customers ahead of us. He was lying through his teeth and tripped all over his words when I questioned him about the thousands of dollars of repair that he claimed we needed. Thankfully, we went to Crowley and found out that the Firestone there is awesome! We only paid $200 in Crowley to repair the car.

The mechanic who serviced my vehicle (Wayne) found and fixed a lighting problem that three other shops, including a dealership, failed to repair. Excellent service and relatively fast.

Firestone Complete Auto Care (really ?), formerly Expert Tire, is more like Incomplete Auto Care. 4 years ago I had a full set of tires installed and also purchased the full service package for rotations, balancing, and road hazards. The tires are of good quality and preform very well but I ran over some debri in the road last week and needed one tire repaired so I decided to have the balancing and rotation done at the same time. The first item on the list of incompleteness was the fact they did not have the proper socket required to even start the job. The second item was when they told me they could not do the job due to condition of the lug nuts, (odd to me as they had no problem with the lug nuts when they sold me the tires). The third strike was their statement on safety, refering to the “bad lug nuts”, this is most interesting. Basicly they do not consider “safety” when there is a tire sale pending considering the lug nuts had only been touched by their technicians and were in this same condition when I drove off with a full set of new tires 4 years ago. I found another local tire shop to preform the services I needed at which point they pointed out a real safety issue, the wheel bearings on the wheel Incomplete Auto Care was working with is in very bad condition and they did not even mention anything about it. So much for genuine concern for customer safety. I recommend using any one of the numerous localy owned and operated tire companies that will give you honesty and integrity up front rather than lame incompetence. I did appreciate the young technician that appologized for not being able to take care of my tire service and told him it was not his fault, the manager was the one incharge of the mess. Unfortunately I could not leave less than 1 star.

Outrageous prices and was there all day....was there at 8:30am and told them i had to be out of there by 2:30 so I could pick up my kids...was NOT out of there until 3...what I was charged was not what I was quoted...it was more...they provide no rides so if you have noone to give you a ride then youre stuck there all day...staff was friendly though and they provide bottled water and keurig coffee if you so desire it
