So my experience with South West didn’t start out the best, but that was only because of one person. But boy did they come back and make up for it. They made my experience there life-changing. Stevie, Charlie, and Jacob were amazing to work with. They made my car buying experience worth it. I can’t say that it wasn’t stressful but what I can say is they worked their tails off for me. I walked out of the dealership tonight with the car of my dreams. I went through four vehicles before I said yes. And they would not stop till I found MY car. Stevie was the best car dealer ever I can’t say enough she was patient she was truthful and she was kind. All I can say is if you are going to buy a car go here. My last buying experience was horrible and they made the car buying experience way better blew the roof off!! So to you guys thank you thank you thank you so very much all three of you I left there with a huge smile on my face and tears in my eyes. All three of you did your best for me to get my car. I made an appointment over a week in advance for repairs. I brought my car in at the appointment time and was told it would take 7-10 days for them to even look at the car. I asked if I could bring it back when they were ready to see it and was told no.The appointment was made so the car could be looked at and I asked about that. I was told that their service center is first come first serve. Why do you take appointments if you dont honor them? I couldve just brought my car in over a week ago.It is a realistic expectation on their part for someone to be without a car for 7-10 days BEFORE they even determine what needs to be fixed.I spoke with the service manager, who was not wiling to leave his office to talk to me. I had to go to him and stand in his doorway. He told me that the call center shouldnt have made the appointment and hes talked to them about it before. His solution is that he would call me within a day or two to let me know when they can see my car. I dont expect I will get a phone call back.Not once did any employee look up my appointment. They had no idea what I needed, but did everything in their power to deter me from getting my car serviced with them. At least that is what if felt like.I feel disrespected and lied to. Dont make appointments you never intend on keeping, dont push your customers away, own up to your mistakes, and make it right.I dont trust this company. If I cant trust you to do the simple things, how can I trust you with the important things? Can I trust that you wont use substandard parts or that you will fix my car brakes properly? Will you sell me a car that you know shouldnt be on the road?I dont think I can and I dont think anyone else should either.

I truly could not find anything wrong in my car buying experience. I can truly say a new standard was set for me after this experience, one truly hard to compete against Caleb Cooper and David brooks and the rest of the teamed at southwest Chrysler has earned my highest respect. I came in with a need in mind and they met that need with my best interest in mind not theirs, and that integrity and customer satisfaction is what true car buying experience should be about.

Just not the same place it used to be when it was Lone Star Cleburne Dodge. I loved doing business with them. Bought 8 vehicles there never once had a issue with sales or service. Sad.
Buying a new vehicle is never really a great experience and always takes four hours too long, but with the group at Southwest Ram they had me in and out with a new pick up faster than any other dealer. I had a 2015 Scion tC release series 9.0 and I customized it with biohazard stickers. I traded my car in for a truck. I owed 13200 on the car. They said they could only give me 7 because of the car fax and because my stickers devalued the car. I asked for at least 8 and they told me no. They also said they would not be able to sell it and that it would be auctioned off instead. It was for sale on the lot not even 7 days after I traded it in. They outright lied to my face and made 50 percent profit off of my car. I do not like being lied too. Not honest salespeople when it comes to trading.

Personnel are all friendly and helpful. Very low pressure approach and willing to go the extra mile to get your business which I appreciate. Only negative is this was a poor time to buy a vehicle due to shortage of chips/other factors so they were unwilling to come off MSRP. I blame corporate greed and not this dealership as I’m sure this direction is coming their owners. Otherwise, will buy from them again but not until the auto industry regains some normalcy. Unwound sale of used Jeep after numerous problems including:Switching out bumper between purchase and delivery. Check engine light coming on within 30 minutes of driving (In fairness they were good about correcting issues and even gave me a loaner while fixing). But the coup de grace was when the wheel came off (while my wife was driving down I-35) after service department had put wheels on at purchase and failed to torque speck lug nuts. But they fixed it and threw it back on the lot so bring on the next victim.
Normally I do not enjoy going to a dealership to buy a car, but Charlie Parsons and the Service team at Southwest did a great job at getting me in the truck I wanted and in a very efficient time. Big thanks to them and I would highly recommend going to get a truck from Charlie and the team at Southwest!

Did not like my experience while negotiating a price on my trade in. Manager attack me on my trade in. And low balled me. Sales rep got the deal done. And then no response back after I have a few issues with new truck. This will be my last vehicle bought at the dealership .... UPDATE. AFTER REACHING OUT TO MANAGER ( no response ) AND DEALERSHIP FOR MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AND IDLIER PULLEY AND TRANSMISSION AND REMOTES ALL HAVING ISSUES. SERVICE TELLS ME 1-2 MONTHS FOR A LOANER, THINK ABOUT THAT..... I pass several Dodge dealerships a day. And 1 very close to my office. I do not recommend this dealership for my future purchases. Not customer user/friendly.

Looking to purchase a new gladiator. I called and left a message on Wed for a sales rep. I called again Thur and actually got a live rep. I had the build I wanted to order as I checked local inventory online. I emailed him the build design with trim, packages, etc. He confirmed he received it and then I never heard back...no email or calls. Id suggest starting your search at Weatherford CDJ as they turned my request around in a day.

I waited to write this review to give myself time to process the events that transpired last Saturday; and now that I have had some time to really understand what I felt took place I can appropriately write this review.Lets just say that this appointment was messed up from the jump. I called to make an appointment two days in advance for around 9-9:15am and when I received my confirmation email it stated 10am. So I assumed that was my appointment time and things had changed. The morning of my salesman reaches out and asks when Ill be there, so I say 10am like the email stated.. he then proceeds to tell me he has another 10am appointment.. There seems to be a lack of organization w/ time management, and that was just the beginning..My salesmen was David, overall nice guy I guess but super salesy. Like SUPER salesy, to the point where halfway through the process, he had attempted on numerous occasions to drop the cliche sales tactics such as many people are interested in this vehicle.. and another favorite of mine being, I had another guy planning on coming by this afternoon but I told him you had your heart set on it. Which was off-putting regardless of the truth behind it.They lowballed my trade in value to a laughable amount (which my car is in absolute pristine condition for being a 2017 with very low miles), and even with his multiple attempts to get to the right number still failed to even offer any further incentives or help us cover the difference because we werent LOCAL. I drove AN HOUR to this location because they were the only ones in the area with the vehicle I was interested in buying, yet because we werent LOCAL to the area, we werent treated the same as someone who lived around Cleburne. So if you arent from the area, Id recommend a different location all together if youre wanting to participate in any incentives or promotions..I used to work for Southwest Ford in Weatherford. I have met Charlie Gilcrest and his son myself as I worked for them, and I am absolutely applaud by the customer service we received that day.Will I be going back to one of the top 5 dealerships in the state? Maybe.. but most likely not.Will I be working with David again?? Absolutely not. Lol.
I was truly happy with EVERYONE there.The sales person (Taylor) was absolutely honest and fair. The finance guy didnt try to load my loan with any thing other than the purchase price. He also worked and was successful with getting me a lower interest rate. I felt like he was upfront with me. Now this is on the use car department not new car sales. Cant speak for them. Didnt buy new.

Went in last Saturday for oil change and rotate. Was told an hour. Took two hours. Was never mad about it. I was mad that this past Monday I took my car to discount tire for new tires and my wheel lock was missing. I made a phone call to dodge and they said I would check into it and call me back within 15 mins. I waited 30 mins while also waiting on discount tire. I called back: went to VM. Called again and lady transferred me and went straight to VM again.Finally drive to dodge and nobody seems to assist me. Finally a nice service advisor (didn’t get her name) in thr 3rd office came and helped me and got it resolved.This was my first experience with southwest dodge as this was the first service I got on my new dodge.Probably won’t go back as they don’t seem to care.

David Brooks is The Guy to see for a new Jeep, Ram or other Chrysler product. David worked with me to get a fantastic deal on a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon all via text and phone, and had the car ready to pick up when I arrived to handle the paperwork on New Years Eve. When I went back a few days later to have some ordered equipment installed, he even provided a brand new car for me to drive while they did the work. Everyone at Southwest provided first rate service from start to finish.

Went today to get my oil and fuel filter changed as well as having an alignment done. They previously told me I needed tires and an alignment. After buying tires brought it in and 3 HOURS later they tell me I need wheel bearings . Really? 3 hrs? I was 1st person there this morning . On top of that they charged me $231 for an oil change and fuel filter. Time to look for somewhere else to go

When I offered to remove my trade, I was told they wont sell trucks unless you trade in at his given appraisal.I guess the Gilchrist promise of transparent pricing is no more at Southwest CJDR. I watched another customer fight for a sale because they wanted to use their own bank. Very disappointed!
