Ive been to this Starbucks location quite a few times and they NEVER disappoint! They are about customer satisfaction and it shows! By far my favorite location!

Asked for two lattes, one of them being decaf. They wrote down decaf, I paid for decaf, barista called out decaf when it was ready, it was not decaf. My fiance cannot have caffeine and after just a few sips his heart rate jumped through the roof.PLEASE be careful when people request decaf! You could give someone a heart attack!

Just sat in the drive through for 40 min. There were maybe 5 cars ahead of me. I’m now late to work and my coffee doesn’t even taste right. They should broaden their drive through lane so when we give up we’re not trapped in line.

The BEST Starbucks within 500 miles!! Do NOT go to the Alvarado Starbucks, just dont, save yourself the headache!! This one is GREAT though. They make you feel like family, and treat you right each and every time you go, plus they know what they are doing!!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. I ordered ahead online, and my order was ready within the quoted time. But the best part of my visit happened the next day. I forgot a receipt when I picked up my order, so I went back the next day to try and get a copy. The barista worked tirelessly to track it down in the system. I was extremely grateful.

I wish my drink was the same every time I come here! $8 and I never know if it’s going to taste like ice coffe or solid chocolate syrup.

One of my favorite morning stops. Lovely people serving up a cup of 🌅. Such a shame that some customers are so rude and grouchy to them. Its a busy place. After all...the customer is the one who orders the drink with all the special directions.

My wife likes it, I cant see why anyone would pay those prices...

Went through drive through. Asked for a Vente Cookie Crumble add two shots ristretto. They confirm it in the drive-through. We get our order. They gave me original, I pointed this out on the label on the cup. I state nicely we ordered two shots ristretto. They asked me to pull forward next to the tree. So we pull directly across from the door next to a tree.Not only did I watch the door and see nobody come out once. After waiting ten minutes and watch 6 cars go through the drive through I took it upon myself to go in.They said they looked for us outside, they did not. They did not label the cup, and they gave me two extra pumps of some chocolate flavoring something. Not. Ristretto.Will not return. Ever.

The surprise me was so super good the lady made a cream white chocolate frap with strawberry and cinnamon dolce sprinkles

Two lemonade dragon fruit drinks, one large one small, is less than ten dollars.. Customer service was fine. But the downside is youll wait 10+ min for your drink in drive through. We dont go enough to get the app to order so maybe its faster through the app. Overall I dont recommend drive thru unless you got time to wait.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks that always get my drink wrong but this one was on point! Also they’re pretty fast. Was only in the line for a couple minutes and it started out at the street! As a former Starbucks employee I’ve gotta say great job guys!

They were fairly quick. Its always busy in the morning. The employees were very sweet and friendly. And my order was correct. As complicated as it was.

This place was a wreak behind the counter and the employees didn’t have their stuff together.

From the start to finish our experience was very smooth. In need of caffeine after or large Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, I asked for my usual (many MANY places get it wrong) and they made all of our drinks without a bat of an eye. The man that served us was so amiable and accommodating (older, balled gentleman). Did I mention our drinks turned out amazing?!

Dont come here if you want a decent cup of coffee.. I got sick from my Latte I dont know what they put in or if they burnt it or what but I had to throw up After drinking not even half! Please dont waste your money 🤢😥

I always go here to get water, charge my phone, and use their wifi. The staff is always really nice and helpful and its always a good place to stop by.

Great service but when going thru the drive through it does take time, the lines move a little to slow. So if your in a hurry go inside.

I drink Starbucks almost daily and I went to this one twice today in hopes of giving a redemption chance they would do better but both of my drinks today tasted like warm milk water.Its like they didnt put any actual coffee grounds in the machine to brew it.I got a caffe late this morning and a regular cappuccino with an extra shot and still I taste no actual coffee flavor at all in this drink.Like how bad at making coffee do you have to be to make it not have coffee flavor?

Better times and service here now that they have different staff! Let’s just say this was not my favorite location of the past but now I give it the opportunity again and they made some changes to help improve the customer service and quality of every cup

The drive thru takes so long.Edit 2/2021:The other day I went and my drink was horrible. (Grande Cafe mocha w/3 sugar in the raw) This was supposed to be the whip cream topping. It was a weird foam that tasted like water. The whole drink tasted like bitter water with definitely no sugar.

This place oh, they charge a pretty penny but never have change for a bill we usually spend about 25.00 .set thur there 30 min long drive thur but they have no change .and they need to do something about the time it takes in line

They were extremely busy today, line all the way out to the street, but all the ladies continued to work hard and efficiently. They were friendly and very attentive to each individual there. I noticed ones name was Chloe. Great job ladies 🙂 If customers come 10 at a time, dont expect to not have to wait for awhile. Give them a break! They are working so hard.

The baristas are super friendly and helpful. It’s always a great experience going in to grab my drink. They make an effort to know their customers’ names, which is really nice.

I dont know about the afternoon and evening shifts but the morning crew is the absolute best! These ladies and gentlemen are always so professional and upbeat and friendly at 7:00am. I really enjoy stopping by every now and then to pick up my warm blueberry muffin and got a frappuccino to boot. Love this location.

30 minutes waiting in line for 2 coffees, wasnt even the morning rush. Why this Starbucks location gets so much business is beyond me.

Worst location ever. Consistently slow and terrible service. I usually order at least 10 mins ahead and still have to wait another 10 or more once I get there. You tell them you are there for a mobile order and they say your next. And then they make drinks for the 5 people that came in and ordered at the counter after got there. This happens evrytime.

Love the coffee, the people are awesome. Just feel they are understaffed. I waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes. Not convenient at all.

The service was so, so slow that I got out of line because I had waited 20 minutes and had not moved in the line at all! Theres definitely room for improvement here.

I hate that we pay such high prices and dont get the drink we order. I asked for almond milk and clearly got regular milk. I have an allergy to whole milk!!!! Whats sad is I was the only one in line.

Absolutely ridiculous. They have three workers inside and refused to open the door at 2pm, yet plenty of people are sitting outside. The workers looked at me and laughed. I was holding my two month old and a three year old!!!

Over all this is a good spot. Some of the staff have quite unique personalities, but they are all warm and focused on customer service which is always nice given that customer service continues to erode in almost every other market vertical. My order is almost never off (and on the few occasions it was, it could have very well been my fault) Im glad we have a Starbucks here and glad to see that it stay busy.

I just got the worst tasting drink Ive ever gotten from a Starbucks. When I say no whip that doesnt mean no crunch and no caramel. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with no whip. It had no crunch and no caramel. I also dont think it had coffee in it. It also had no taste. My sister tried mine and said it tasted like water. I dont disagree. They also messed up my sisters drink, which she ordered the same thing but with whip. Considering how long yall take to make our drinks, you should at least get our drinks right.

They are a little high but its the best you are paying for what you get. Breakfast like oatmeal is fantastic. Pumpkin, banana, and lemon bread is to die for. Cold frapees are great.

If there are 3 cars in front of you or 20 you will still be sitting in the drive thru for about 45 minutes

Absolute trash of a Starbucks. Employees spilling orders and laughing about it. They are rude, slow. All in all, they just dont care because they know people will still come there. So they dont care how they treat you.

They really make an effort to know their regular patrons. I love this crew. Best management and team, always clean and tidy inside, and fast courteous service.

Very long wait, longer than many people who came and went even though our order was mobile and we arrived on time. Frappuccino was straight liquid once I did get it which is just upsetting after such a long wait. Very disappointed

They only reason i do not give them a 5 star is due to the correction issue that everyone has. You ask for a small and they have to correct you by saying Grande? Grande is large in Spanish and this make no sense to me. Either way ordered a Chestnut praline and it was OK not like i remember it since this is a seasonal flavor.

This Starbucks location is small with limited seating, and the bench seat horribly cracked upholstery needing replacement. The bench is still comfortable for extended stay.The survive is always good with correct orders given quickly. The thing about all corporate locations is lack of friendliness.I can say this as it is not meant as being rude. I feel like its Starbucks- but not their best one see close to it. The energy level here seems so low- like they need to have a drink themselves. They do make my drink consistent though so I can count on getting what I order.

Service was adequate. I bought 2 cinnamon rolls. I did not even look at them until I got home. They were both stale. They are called morning buns. Considering they were $2.95 each I was really upset about this. I will not be returning to a Starbucks any time soon. The coffee was good.

This is THE BEST Starbucks that I have ever been to! Nathan, the manager, and his Baristas are absolutely amazing! I go everyday, and they really treat their customers more like family! They know me and my order as soon as I pull up to the drive thru, or if I go inside! Love these guys! Keep up the good work!!! 5⭐s!!!

The drinks they have are better than great. This was my first time ever going in 3 years. Its the best place to go if you ever want to be wide awake in the morning.

I frequent this location and today I pull through, order my usual and get to the window, only to realize I accidentally left my card at home. I offer to drive back and grab my card (I live right around the corner) they insisted they take care of me. The people that work here have always been good but the kindness of these ladies today really touched me. Its a really small thing but it totally made my day! Thank you ladies!

Great place, very friendly people but store hour dont match website. Went 2 Friday nights in a row about 10pm and both times they were closed when the website said they close at 11pm.
